2Alteration of heat shock protein 20 expression in preeclampticpatients and its effect in vascular and coagulation function显示文摘Preeclampsia (PE) is a pregnancy-specific, multi-system disorder and the leading cause of maternal andperinatal morbidity and mortality in obstetrics worldwide. Excessive vasoconstriction and dysregulatedcoagulation function are closely associated with PE. Heat shock protein 20 (HSP20) is ubiquitously expressedunder normal physiological conditions and has important roles in vascular dilatation and suppression of plateletaggregation. However, the role of HSP20 in the pathogenesis of PE remains unclear. In this study, we collectedchorionic plate resistance arteries (CPAs) and serum from 118 healthy pregnant women and 80 women with PEand detected the levels of HSP20 and its phosphorylated form. Both HSP20 and phosphorylated HSP20 weredownregulated in CPAs from women with PE. Comparison of the vasodilative ability of CPAs from the two groupsshowed impaired relaxation responses to acetyl choline in preeclamptic vessels. In addition to the reduced HSP20in serum from women with PE, the platelet distribution width and mean platelet volume were also decreased, andthe activated partial thromboplastin time and thromboplastin time were elevated. 3A Survey on Negative Transfer显示文摘Transfer learning(TL)utilizes data or knowledge from one or more source domains to facilitate learning in a target domain.It is particularly useful when the target domain has very few or no labeled data,due to annotation expense,privacy concerns,etc.Unfortunately,the effectiveness of TL is not always guaranteed.Negative transfer(NT),i.e.,leveraging source domain data/knowledge undesirably reduces learning performance in the target domain,and has been a long-standing and challenging problem in TL.Various approaches have been proposed in the literature to address this issue.However,there does not exist a systematic survey.This paper fills this gap,by first introducing the definition of NT and its causes,and reviewing over fifty representative approaches for overcoming NT,which fall into three categories:domain similarity estimation,safe transfer,and NT mitigation.Many areas,including computer vision,bioinformatics,natural language processing,recommender systems,and robotics,that use NT mitigation strategies to facilitate positive transfers,are also reviewed.Finally,we give guidelines on NT task construction and baseline algorithms,benchmark existing TL and NT mitigation approaches on three NT-specific datasets,and point out challenges and future research directions.To ensure reproducibility,our code is publicized at https://github.com/chamwen/NT-Benchmark.Wen Zhang Lingfei Deng Lei Zhang Dongrui Wu 2023IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2023,10,2:3
4Sampling Methods for Efficient Training of Graph Convolutional Networks:A Survey显示文摘Graph convolutional networks(GCNs)have received significant attention from various research fields due to the excellent performance in learning graph representations.Although GCN performs well compared with other methods,it still faces challenges.Training a GCN model for large-scale graphs in a conventional way requires high computation and storage costs.Therefore,motivated by an urgent need in terms of efficiency and scalability in training GCN,sampling methods have been proposed and achieved a significant effect.In this paper,we categorize sampling methods based on the sampling mechanisms and provide a comprehensive survey of sampling methods for efficient training of GCN.To highlight the characteristics and differences of sampling methods,we present a detailed comparison within each category and further give an overall comparative analysis for the sampling methods in all categories.Finally,we discuss some challenges and future research directions of the sampling methods.Xin Liu Mingyu Yan Lei Deng Guoqi Li Xiaochun Ye Dongrui Fan 2022IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2022,9,2:2

6Supramolecular-mediated ball-in-ball porous carbon nanospheres for ultrafast energy storage显示文摘Hierarchical porous carbons are the most viable electrode material for supercapacitors because of their balanced capacitive performance and chemical stability.Their pore connectivity plays a pivotal role in electrolyte transport,which is quantified by a new parameter,defined in this work as the longest possible pore separation(LPPS).Herein,we report hierarchical porous carbon nanospheres(HPC-NS)with a unique ball-in-ball structure,which is achieved by the pyrolysis of a supramolecular complex ofγ-cyclodextrin(γ-CD)/PEO-PPO-PEO(F127).This approach differs from the conventional softtemplating method in that,apart from the assembly of the monomicelles that leads to the host nanospheres(approximately 300 nm),theγ-CD-containing monomicelles themselves are converted to small porous carbon nanospheres(<10 nm),which results in an ultralow LPPS of 10 nm,representing the bestknown pore connectivity of the HPC family.The HPC-NS delivers a high specific capacitance(405 F g^(-1)at 1 A g^(-1)and 71%capacitance retention at 200 A g^(-1)),wide voltage window(up to 1.6 V),and simultaneously high energy and power densities(24.3 Wh kg^(-1)at a power density of 151 W kg^(-1)and 9 Wh kg^(-1)at 105 W kg^(-1))in aqueous electrolytes.This new strategy boosts the development of porous carbon electrodes for aqueous supercapacitors with simultaneously high power and energy densities.Lei Yao Junsheng Lin Yuanyuan Chen Xiujuan Li Dongrui Wang Haitao Yang Libo Deng Zijian Zheng 2022InfoMat2022,4,4:1
