24-1 Dielectronic Recombination of 36Ar15+ and 112Sn34+ at the CSRm显示文摘The total recombination rate coefficients of lithium-like 36Ar15+ ions have been measured by employing the electron-ion merged-beams technique at the heavy ion storage ring CSRm at IMP[1]. 5An open-label evaluation of safety and tolerability of coformulated bictegravir/emtricitabine/tenofovir alafenamide for post-exposure prophylaxis following potential exposure to human immunodeficiency virus-1显示文摘Background: Single-tablet regimen (STR) provides a convenient once-daily regimen for the prevention of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. Here, we investigated the safety and tolerability of coformulated bictegravir/emtricitabine/tenofovir alafenamide (BIC/FTC/TAF) as a three-drug, STR for post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) in Chinese individuals.Methods: This was a prospective, open-label, single-arm trial conducted in a sexually transmitted diseases and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome clinic of a tertiary hospital in Beijing, China. Adults requiring PEP were prescribed BIC/FTC/TAF one pill once a day for 28 days. Clinical and laboratory data were collected and analyzed at baseline, weeks 2, 4, 8, 12, and 24.Results: Of 112 participants enrolled in the study, 109 (97.3%) were male and the mean age was 30 ± 8 years. PEP completion was 96.4% (95% confidence interval: 91.1-99.0%). Two participants stopped PEP after 2 days because the source partner was identified as HIV uninfected. One participant was excluded due to hepatitis B virus infection according to the exclusion criteria. One discontinued due to the participant’s decision. No participant acquired HIV through week 24. Adherence was 98.9% (standard deviation [SD]: 3.3%) by self-reporting and 98.5% (SD: 3.5%) by pill count. Only five participants experienced mild clinical adverse events attributed to the study drug (including headache, diarrhea, and nausea) and four participants had elevated serum creatinine (grade 1).Conclusions: A once daily, STR of BIC/FTC/TAF used as PEP was safe and well-tolerated with a high rate of completion and adherence in Chinese. 7重离子冷却储存环CSRm上的类铍^(40)Ar^(14)+离子的双电子复合和三电子复合显示文摘Electron-ion recombination of Be-like ^(40)Ar^(14)+has been measured by employing the electron-ion merged-beams method at the cooler storage ring CSRm.The measured absolute recombination rate coefficients for collision energies from 0 to 60 eV are presented in Fig.1,covering all dielectronic recombination(DR)resonances associated with 2s^(2)→2s2p core transitions.In addition,strong trielectronic recombination(TR)resonances associated with 2s^(2)→2p^(2) core transitions were observed.Both DR and TR processes lead to series of peaks in the measured recombination spectrum,which have been identified by the Rydberg formula.Theoretical calculations of recombination rate coefficients were performed using the state-of-the-art multi-configuration Breit-Pauli(MCBP)atomic structure code AUTOSTRUCTURE to compare with the experimental results.The plasma rate coefficients for DR+TR of Ar14+were deduced from the measured electron-ion recombination rate coefficients in the temperature range from 10^(3) to 10^(7) K,and compared with calculated data from the literature.Huang Zhongkui Wen Weiqiang Wang Hanbing Xu Xin Zhu Linfan Wang shuxing Dou Lijun Zhu Xiaolong Yao ke Xu Tianheng Mao Lijun Li Jie Yang Jiancheng Yuan Youjinand Ma Xinwen 2017IMP & HIRFL Annual Report2017,,1:0
8MiR-194-5p suppresses the warburg effect in ovarian cancer cells through the IGF1R/PI3K/AKT axis显示文摘Background:The Warburg effect is considered as a hallmark of various types of cancers,while the regulatory mechanism is poorly understood.Our previous study demonstrated that miR-194-5p directly targets and regulates insulin-like growth factor1 receptor(IGF1R).In this study,we aimed to investigate the role of miR-194-5p in the regulation of the Warburg effect in ovarian cancer cells.Methods:The stable ovarian cell lines with miR-194-5p overexpression or silencing IGF1R expression were established by lentivirus infection.ATP generation,glucose uptake,lactate production and extracellular acidification rate(ECAR)assay were used to analyze the effects of aerobic glycolysis in ovarian cancer cells.Gene expression was analyzed by quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR)and western blot.Immunohistochemistry assays were performed to assess the expression of the IGF1R protein in ovarian cancer tissues.Results:Overexpression of miR-194-5p or silencing IGF1R expression in ovarian cancer cells decreases ATP generation,glucose uptake,lactate production,and ECAR and inhibits both the mRNA and protein expression of PKM2,LDHA,GLUT1,and GLUT3.While the knockdown of miR-194-5p expression led to opposite results.Overexpression of miR-194-5p or silencing IGF1R expression suppressed the phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/AKT)pathway,whose activation can sustain aerobic glycolysis in cancer cells,and the knockdown of miR-194-5p expression promoted the activation of the PI3K/AKT pathway.Conclusion:Our results suggest that miR-194-5p can inhibit the Warburg effect by negative regulation of IGF1R and further repression of the PI3K/AKT pathway,which provides a theoretical basis for further test of miR-194-5p as a target in the treatment of ovarian cancer.LIJUN DU KAIKAI DOU NIANHAI LIANG JIANMIN SUN RU BAI 2023BIOCELL2023,47,3:0
