| 2 | Clinical Effect of Zishenwan on Elderly Patients with Prediabetes Based on the Method of Sweet-Bitter Therapeutic显示文摘[Objectives]To study the clinical effect of Zishenwan on elderly patients with prediabetes based on the method of Sweet-Bitter Therapeutic.[Methods]Total 64 elderly patients with prediabetes in Suzhou TCM Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from April,2020 to July,2021 were randomly divided into control group(32 cases)and Zishenwan group(32 cases).The control group received basic treatment(diet control and regular luck exercise),while the Zishenwan group was treated with Zishenwan on the basic treatment.[Results]The results of intragroup comparisons after treatment show that both of the groups improved plasma glucose,insulin,plasma lipid metabolism and other related indexes.The results of inter-group comparisons were as follows.(i)The FPG and 2hPG of the Zishenwan group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).(ii)The FINS and HOMA-IR of the Zishenwan group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).(iii)The LDL-C of the Zishenwan group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).(iv)The ADP,hs-CRP,and GLP-1 of the Zishenwan group were significantly improved compared to those of the control group(P<0.05).Although there was no significant difference in other indicators,the improvement trend is better than that of the control group.[Conclusions]Zishenwan can further improve plasma glucose level of the elderly patients with prediabetes on the basis of basic treatment,and to a certain extent,reduce the plasma glucose to normal,which is beneficial to the benign outcome of the elderly patients with prediabetes.In addition,it can improve insulin secretion and reduce insulin resistance,which provides a basis for the disease control of elderly patients with prediabetes.It can also improve the lipid metabolism of elderly patients with prediabetes,and the effect on LDL-C is significant.It is speculated that its mechanism may be closely related to the changes of ADP,hs-CRP and GLP-1 in the body of elderly patients with prediabetes. | Chunbo JIANG Erli LU Guoqiang LIANG | 2022 | Medicinal Plant2022，13，1： | 2 |
| 3 | Effects of Chinese Patent Drug Zishen Pills in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Impaired Glucose Tolerance(IGT)显示文摘[Objectives]To evaluate the efficacy of Zishen Pills(ZSP),a Chinese patent drug,in the treatment of elderly patients with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT)and its effects on the prevention of diabetes mellitus(DM).[Methods]Thirty-five IGT patients were randomized to receive 10 g of ZSP three times daily(ZSP group,n=24)or no drug intervention(control group,n=11)for 12 weeks.Oral glucose tolerance test,glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),body mass index,blood lipids levels,fasting insulin,and insulin resistance calculated using homeostatic model assessment(HOMA-IR)of all the patients were observed and compared before and after the treatment.[Results]Thirty participants completed the trial(20 in ZSP group and 10 in the control group).There were statistically significant decreases in plasma triglycerides(TG),fasting blood-glucose(FBG),2-h plasma glucose(2-h PG),HbA1c,and HOMA-IR in ZSP group compared with the control group after 12 weeks of treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After 12 weeks of treatment,2(20.0%)patients returned to normal blood glucose,and 2(20.0%)patients turned into DM in control group,while in the ZSP group,9(45.0%)patients returned to normal blood glucose and 1(5.0%)patient turned into DM.[Conclusions]ZSP effectively improved glucose control,increased the conversion of IGT to normal glucose,and improved the insulin resistance in elderly patients with IGT.This Chinese patent drug may have a clinical value for IGT. | Yejun WENG Guoqiang LIANG Erli LU | 2022 | Medicinal Plant2022，13，6： | 0 |

| 5 | Validity and reliability of the complementary and integrative health assessment for practitioners scale: CIHAP_(TR)显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to evaluate the validity and reliability of the Complementary and Integrative Health Assessment for Practitioners Scale for Turkish society.Methods:This methodological study was conducted between May~June 2020.The participants were 132 health care practitioners including nurses,physicians,dietitians,physiotherap ists,and psychologists,who were working in 6 different hospitals,and 4 different provinces in Turkey.Content Validity Index,item scale correlations,confirmatory factor analysis were used to evaluate validity.Cronbach’s alpha and test-retest were use d to evaluate reliability.Results:CVI was 0.95(0.81-0.98).Factor loadings ranged from 0.381 to 0.913 and,item scale correlations ranged from 0.302 to 0.837.The Cronbach’s alpha value was found 0.93 in the current study.Intraclass Correlation Coeffic ient ranged from 0.82 to 0.96.Conclusion:CIHAP was found to be valid and reliable tool for Turkish society. | Sadık Hançerlİoğlu İsmail Toygar DeryaÇinar | 2021 | TMR Integrative Nursing2021，5，2： | 0 |
