| 1 | 碘乙酰胺诱导的大鼠胃炎中神经肽免疫阳性神经纤维的变化显示文摘目的:探讨含不同神经肽的神经纤维在碘乙酰胺诱导的大鼠胃炎中的变化,分析神经纤维与免疫细胞的相互关系。方法:采用碘乙酰胺诱导制备大鼠胃炎模型,以纯净水喂养为对照组,采用免疫组织化学法、免疫细胞化学法定量分析对照组及模型组大鼠胃黏膜中含P物质(SP)、神经肽Y(NPY)及血管活性肠肽(VIP)的神经纤维数量及免疫活性细胞。结果:光学显微镜观察模型组和对照组胃黏膜含SP、NPY及VIP神经纤维分布于黏膜层腺体之间。模型组黏膜含SP及VIP的神经纤维数量较对照组明显增加(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠的胃黏膜可见免疫活性细胞,主要为淋巴细胞、浆细胞和肥大细胞,表明SP、NPY表现出免疫活性,免疫细胞与神经纤维毗邻。结论:胃炎模型制作成功;神经肽参与了胃炎的形成过程及免疫调节。 | 陈丽萍 吴山力 Fehēr Erzsēbet Altdorfer Károly 迟宝荣 | 2007 | 吉林大学学报(医学版)2007,33,1: | 5 |

| 14 | Cerebrovascularβ-dystroglycan immunoreactivity in vertebrates:not detected in anurans and in the teleosts Ostariophysi and Euteleostei显示文摘The aim of the present paper was to check for the presence of cerebrovascular dystroglycan in vertebrates,because dystroglycan,which is localized in the vascular astroglial end-feet,has a pivotal function in glio-vascular connections.In mammalian brains,the immunoreactivity ofβ-dystroglycan subunit delineates the vessels.The results of the present study demonstrate similar patterns in other vertebrates,except for anurans and the teleost groups Ostariophysi and Euteleostei.In this study,we investigated 1 or 2 representative species of the main groups of Chondrichthyes,teleost and non-teleost ray-finned fishes,urodeles,anurans,and reptiles.We also investigated 5 mammalian and 3 bird species.Animals were obtained from breeders or fishermen.The presence ofβ-dystroglycan was investigated immunohistochemically in free-floating sections.Pre-embedding electron microscopical immunohistochemistry on Heterodontus japonicus shark brains demonstrated that in Elasmobranchii,β-dystroglycan is also localized in the perivascular glial end-feet despite the different construction of their blood-brain barrier.The results indicated that the cerebrovascularβ-dystroglycan immunoreactivity disappeared separately in anurans,and in teleosts,in the latter group before its division to Ostariophysi and Euteleostei.Immunohistochemistry in muscles and western blots from brain homogenates,however,detected the presence ofβ-dystroglycan,even in anurans and all teleosts.A possible explanation is that in the glial end-feet,β-dystroglycan is masked in these animals,or disappeared during adaptation to the freshwater habitat. | Mihály KÁLMÁN David L.LŐRINCZ Olivér M.SEBŐK Csilla ARI Erzsébet OSZWALD Hiroaki SOMIYA Veronika JANCSIK | 2020 | Integrative Zoology2020,15,1: | 0 |
| 15 | Discrepancies between clinical and autopsy findings in patients who had an acute stroke显示文摘Objectives According to international observations,the incidence of clinical autopsies is declining worldwide,plummeting below 5%in the USA and many European countries.It is an unfavourable trend as,in 7%-12%of cases,recent clinicopathological studies found discrepancies that might have changed the therapy or the outcome if known premortem.As previous large-scale observations have examined varied patient populations,we aimed to focus on the differences between the clinical and pathological diagnostic findings in only patients who had a stroke.Material and methods We assessed the postmortem non-neuropathological and neuropathological findings of 534 consecutive patients who had a stroke who passed away.Systemic neoplasms,pneumonias,thromboembolisms and haemorrhagic transformations revealed only by autopsy were considered severe abnormalities;in addition,benign abnormalities important from an educational or scientific point of view were also recorded.Results In 26 of the 534 cases(4.9%),the presence of systemic neoplasms had already been confirmed in the clinical stage;however,8(1.5%)malignant tumours were only detected during autopsy.Also,80(15%)thromboembolic events,73(13.6%)pneumonias and 66(18%)haemorrhagic transformations were only diagnosed at autopsy.Longer hospital stay(from admission to death)resulted in fewer discrepancies between clinical and autopsy diagnosis of thromboembolic events and pneumonias(p<0.01).In 169 cases,benign findings were detected.Conclusions While the type of acute stroke is reliably diagnosed with imaging techniques,postmortem autopsies are also important in patients who had a stroke as autopsies may reveal clinically silent diseases(eg,tumour),and contribute to knowing the actual incidence of stroke-related thromboembolic and pneumonia complications. | Lilla Hudák Attila Csaba Nagy Sarolta Molnár Gábor Méhes Katalin Erzsébet Nagy LászlóOláh LászlóCsiba | 2022 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,3: | 0 |
