| 1 | Catalytic performance of Cu-and Zr-modified beta zeolite catalysts in the methylation of 2-methylnaphthalene显示文摘2,6-Dimethylnaphthalene(2,6-DMN) is a commercially important chemical for the production of polyethylenenaphthalate and polybutylene naphthalate. However, its complex synthesis procedure and high production cost significantly reduce the use of 2,6-DMN. In this study, the synthesis of 2,6-DMN was investigated with methylation of 2-methylnaphthalene(2-MN) over metal-loaded beta zeolite catalysts including beta zeolite, Cu-impregnated beta zeolite and Zr-impregnated beta zeolite. The experiments were performed in a fixed-bed reactor at atmospheric pressure under a nitrogen atmosphere. The reactor was operated at a temperature range of 400–500 °C and varying weight hourly space velocity between 1 and 3 h^(-1).The results demonstrated that 2,6-DMN can be synthesized by methylation of 2-MN over beta type zeolite catalysts.Besides 2,6-DMN, the product stream also contained other DMN isomers such as 2,7-DMN, 1,3-DMN, 1,2-DMN and 2,3-DMN. The activity and selectivity of beta zeolite catalyst were remarkably enhanced by Zr impregnation, whereas Cu modification of beta zeolite catalyst had an insignificant effect on its selectivity. | 2 | Arterial complication of irreversible electroporation procedure for locally advanced pancreatic cancer显示文摘Irreversible electroporation(IRE) is a non-thermal ablation technique used especially in locally advanced pancreatic carcinomas that are considered surgically unresectable.We present the first case of acute superior mesenteric artery(SMA) occlusion secondary to pancreatic IRE procedure that has not been reported before in the literature.A 66-year-old man underwent neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.IRE procedure was applied to the patient during laparotomy under general anesthesia.After finishing the procedure,an acute intestinal ischemia was detected.A conventional vascular angiography was performed and a metallic stent was successfully placed to the SMA and blood flow was maintained.It is important to be careful in such cases of tumor involvement of SMA when evaluating for IRE procedure of pancreatic tumor. | Yahya Ekici Tugan Tezcaner Hüseyin Onur Aydin Fatih Boyvat G?khan Moray | 2016 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2016，8，10： | 5 |
| 3 | Plasma and aqueous humor levels of adiponutrin and pannexin 1 in patients with and without diabetic retinopathy显示文摘AIM: To evaluate plasma and aqueous levels of adiponutrin and pannexin 1 in patients with and without diabetic retinopathy.METHODS: The study included three age and gendermatched groups of 20 cataract patients with no diabetes or additional disease(Group C), 20 cataract patients with diabetes and no retinopathy(Group DM+C), and 20 cataract patients with diabetic retinopathy(Group DR+C).All the patients were examined with respect to body mass index(BMI), fasting plasma glucose, hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c), and lipid profile.Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens(Phaco+IOL) implantation were performed to all patients in all the groups, and aqueous samples were taken during the operation.The plasma and aqueous adiponutrin and pannexin 1 levels were analyzed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays.RESULTS: A statistically significant difference was determined between the groups with respect to BMI, fasting plasma glucose, and HbA1c levels(P<0.05 for all parameters tested).The plasma adiponutrin levels of Group DR+C were statistically significantly lower than those of Group C and Group DM+C(P<0.001, P=0.004).No statistically significant difference was determined in the aqueous adiponutrin levels in three groups.The plasma pannexin 1 levels of Groups DM+C and DR+C were statistically significantly lower than those of Group C(both P=0.001).The aqueous pannexin 1 levels of Group DR+C were statistically significantly higher than those of Group C and Group DM+C(P=0.001, P<0.001).CONCLUSION: Adiponutrin and pannexin 1, which play an important role in the pathophysiology of diabetes and obesity, and have a regulatory role in hyperglycemia and insulin resistance.The measurement of adiponutrin and pannexin 1 levels may support clinicians in determining the risk of DR development. | Fatih Cem Gül Sabiha Güngör Kobat FatihÇelik Süleyman Aydin Ramazan Fazil Akkoç | 2022 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2022，15，3： | 3 |

| 5 | 前房注射头孢呋辛对术后眼内炎的预防作用(英文)显示文摘目的:研究前房注射头孢呋辛对术后眼内炎的预防作用。方法:回顾性研究6 099例行超声乳化白内障手术的年龄相关性白内障患者。对照组,2001-10/2004-05,3 075例3 075眼行白内障手术未用眼内抗生素,实验组,2004-06/2007-04,3 024例3 024眼术中前房用0.1mL含1mg的头孢呋辛。两组的术前预防措施和手术步骤相同。结果:对照组和实验组分别有13(0.42%)和4(0.13%)例患者发生术后眼内炎[P=0.031;OR =3.20(1.04-9.84)]。两组发生术后眼内炎的平均时间分别是术后30(3 ~75)d和25(2 ~35)d(P=0.35)。研究细菌感染,实验组,烟曲菌和铜绿假单胞菌对头孢呋辛耐药,而肺炎链球菌对头孢呋辛敏感。未发现前房运用头孢呋辛的毒性和过敏性症状。结论:预防性前房运用头孢呋辛是安全的,可以预防术后细菌性眼内炎。然而抗生素抗菌谱窄和抗生素耐药性的可能性需要考虑。 | Güngr Sobaci Yusuf Uysal Fatih M Mutlu Atilla Bayer Rιza Gungor Suat Karagul | 2009 | 国际眼科杂志2009，9，8： | 2 |
