Combined remediation of DDT congeners and cadmium in soil by Sphingobacterium sp.D-6 and Sedum alfredii Hance显示文摘Combined pollution of 1,1,1-trichloro-2,2-bis (4-chlorophenyl) ethane (DDT) and cadmium (Cd) in agricultural soils is of great concern because they present serious risk to food security and human health. In order to develop a cost-effective and safe method for the removal of DDTs and Cd in soil, combined remediation of DDTs and Cd in soil by Sphingobacterium sp.D-6 and the hyperaccumulator,Sedum alfredii Hance was investigated. After treatment for 210 days, the degradation half-lives of DDTs in soils treated by strain D-6 decreased by 8.1% to 68.0% compared with those in the controls. The inoculation of strain D-6 into soil decreased the uptake of DDTs by pak choi and S.alfredii.The shoots/roots ratios of S.alfredii for the Cd accumulation ranged from 12.32 to 21.75.The Cd concentration in soil decreased to 65.8%-71.8% for S.alfredii treatment and 14.1%-58.2% for S.alfredii and strain D-6 combined treatment, respectively, compared with that in the control. The population size of the DDTs-degrading strain,Simpson index (1/D) and soil respiratory rate decreased in the early stage of treatment and then gradually increased, ultimately recovering to or exceeding the initial level. The results indicated that synchronous incorporation of strain D-6 and S.alfredii into soil was found to significantly (p 0.05) enhance the degradation of DDTs in soil and the hyperaccumulation of Cd in S.alfredii.It was concluded that strain D-6 and S.alfredii could be used successfully to control DDTs and Cd in contaminated soil. | Hua Fang Wei Zhou Zhengya Cao Feifan Tang Dandan Wang Kailin Liu Xiangwei Wu Xiao'e Yang Yongge Sun Yunlong Yu | 2012 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,6: | 5
Characteristics and significance of the penecontemporaneous karst in lacustrine carbonate, Da'anzhai Member, Lower Jurassic, Beibei area, eastern Sichuan Basin显示文摘There are few reports about the penecontemporaneous karst of the lacustrine carbonate of Da'anzhai Member which developed on the top of Lower Jurassic Ziliujing Formation, eastern Sichuan Basin.Based on the analysis of the macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of Heping Reservoir section in Beibei area,It is discovered that the penecontemporaneous karst in the lacustrine carbonate,Da'anzhai Member, and its characters as follows:(1)The dissolved fractures and karrens are common, which have been filled with vadose silts, bioclasts, terrigenous quartzes, crystal and intergrown calcites;(2)The penecontemporaneous karstification mainly occurs in the micrites and shell limestones of the middle and upper part of the shallowing-upward sequence, and the desiccation cracks occur in some shallowing-upward sequences;(3)Three meteoric-water diagenetic lenses are identified in this section.By further study we also find the factures, stylolite and burial dissolution pores occur along the karst system(tubes, conduits and caves of the karst). And the asphalt not only fills the stylolites and fractures, but also is mixed with the vadose silt in the karst system, although the pore space formed by penecontemporaneous karstification is filled with vadose material and cements. Therefore it is concluded that the development and modification of the tight lacustrine carbonate reservoir of Da'anzhai Member,to some extent, are relevant with the penecontemporaneous karstification, and the penecontemporaneous karst reservoir may develop in the buried Da'anzhai carbonate of the basin. | Chengpeng Su Xiucheng Tan Kailan Shi Juan Zou Feifan Lu Sicong Luo Hao Tang Xinyu Zhang | 2017 | Petroleum2017,3,3: | 5
New techniques of on-line biological sample processing and their application in the field of biopharmaceutical analysis显示文摘Biological sample pretreatment is an important step in biological sample analysis. Due to the diversity of biological matrices, the analysis of target substances in these samples presents significant challenges to sample processing. To meet these emerging demands on biopharmaceutical analysis, this paper summarizes several new techniques of on-line biological sample processing: solid phase extraction, solid phase micro-extraction, column switching, limited intake filler, molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction, tubular column, and micro-dialysis. We describe new developments, principles, and characteristics of these techniques, and the application of liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry(LC–MS) in biopharmaceutical analysis with these new techniques in on-line biological sample processing. | Jie Peng Fang Tang Rui Zhou Xiang Xie Sanwang Li Feifan Xie Peng Yu Lingli Mu | 2016 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2016,6,6: | 1

Intracellular pharmacokinetic study of zidovudine and its phosphorylated metabolites显示文摘Zidovudine(AZT), the first drug approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) infection, is metabolized in the host cells to 5′-AZT triphosphate(AZT-TP) which inhibits HIV reverse transcriptase. As the pharmacokinetics of AZT and its phosphorylated metabolites in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells(h PBMCs) is limited, the aim of this study was to determine the pharmacokinetic parameters of AZT and its phosphorylated metabolites in h PBMCs from 12 healthy Chinese male subjects after a single oral dose of 600 mg of AZT. Blood samples were collected prior to drug administration, then at 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 h after drug administration. Mononuclear cells collected by Ficoll-Hypaque density gradient centrifugation were used for determination of AZT and metabolites [AZT monophosphate(AZT-MP), AZT diphosphate(AZT-DP) and AZT-TP] and the plasma was used to evaluate the pharmacokinetics of AZT. Plasma concentration of AZT peaked within 0.583 h and intracellular concentrations of AZT, AZT-MP, AZT-DP and AZT-TP peaked within 1.083, 1.500, 1.417 and 1.583 h, respectively. AZT in plasma was eliminated rapidly with t1/2of 2.022 h, and AZT-MP, AZT-DP and AZT-TP were eliminated with t1/2of 13.428,8.285 and 4.240 h, respectively. The plasma concentration of the phosphorylated metabolites was not quantifiable. | Lingli Mu Rui Zhou Fang Tang Xingling Liu Sanwang Li Feifan Xie Xiang Xie Jie Peng Peng Yu | 2016 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2016,6,2: | 1
Deep eutectic solvent-based gel electrolytes for flexible electrochromic devices with excellent high/low temperature durability显示文摘With the increasing interest in the application of electrochromism to flexible and wearable electronics in recent years, flexible electrochromic devices(ECDs)that can function at extreme temperatures are required. However, the functionalities of flexible ECDs are severely hampered by the inadequate choice of electrolytes, which might ultimately result in performance fading during low-and high-temperature operations. Here,we develop a deep eutectic solvent(DES)-based gel electrolyte that can maintain its optical, electrical, and mechanical properties over a wide range of temperatures(-40 to 150℃),exhibiting an extremely high visible-range transmittance over 90%,ion conductivity of 0.63 mS cm^(-1),and fracture strain exceeding 2000%.Owing to the excellent processability of the DES-based electrolytes, provided by dynamic interactions such as the lithium and hydrogen bonding between the DES and polymer matrix,a directly written patterning in ECDs is realized for the first time. The fabricated ECDs exhibit an excellent electrochromic behavior superior to the behavior of the ECDs fabricated with traditional gel electrolytes. The introduction of such DES-based electrolytes is expected to pave the way for a widespread application of electrochromic products. | Peiyan Sun Jian Chen Yaowu Li Xueqing Tang Hongzhao Sun Ge Song Xinyang Mu Taoyang Zhang Xiuling Zha Feifan Li Yanfeng Gao Shan Cong Zhigang Zhao | 2023 | InfoMat2023,5,2: | 0
