2Experimental study of rotor blades vibration and noise in multistage high pressure compressor and their relevance显示文摘Rotor blades fault of aeroengine compressor is mostly caused by mechanical and aerodynamic excitation.And the excitation factor of high intensity sound wave to rotor blades should not be ignored.Experimental researches are conducted on a multistage high pressure compressor.When high level vibration occurs on the first stage of rotor blades, the noise spectrum presents typical characteristic for discrete multi-tone in the compressor.The amplitude of blade vibration displacement and the sound pressure level of characteristic frequency noise increases and decreases simultaneously and reaches the maximum value at the same time.This frequency merely occur on a certain speed range and is locked in a specific range which presents no variation with the rotating speed.When high level vibration occurs on the first stage of rotor blades, the noise spectrum presents a sharp peak and the propagation state of the characteristic frequency is a helix structure in the compressor.It can be confirmed that acoustic resonance occurs in the multistage compressor.The acoustic resonance frequency and its side band frequencies are generated by modulation of a rotating noise source at the rotor speed which is the excitation source of the rotor blades vibration.Fengtong ZHAO Xiaodong JING Mingsui YANG Deyou WANG Yundong SHA Xiaochi LUAN 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,3:11

4Dynamic recrystallization and phase transformation behavior of a wroughtβ-γTiAl alloy during hot compression显示文摘The dynamic recrystallization(DRX)and phase transformation(PT)behavior of a wroughtβ-γTiAl alloy during hot compression under various deformation temperatures were investigated.The typical work hardening and flow softening features indicated that DRX was the dominating softening mechanism.Both y-DRX andβ-DRX took place during the hot compression.y-DRX was triggered at all compression temperatures,while theβ-DRX was induced when the compression temperature was above 1000℃.The hot deformation kinetics was calcu-lated,which showed that DRX behavior existed in the whole hot compression process,and the DRX volume fraction increased with the increase of the compression temperature.Combined with the microstructure ob-servation,it concluded that theβ/B2+a2-+y PT occurred at 850℃and 1000 C,while theγ-+β/B2 PT hap-pened at 1050℃during hot compression,which is important to optimize microstructure.Moreover,the hot compression mechanism changed from dislocation gliding to grain-boundary sliding was discussed.Lei Zhu Jinshan Li Bin Tang Fengtong Zhao Ke Hua Shaopeng Yan Hongchao Kou 2020Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2020,30,4:2
5Light-Triggered Catalytic Performance Enhancement Using Magnetic Nanomotor Ensembles显示文摘Micro/nanomachines have attracted extensive attention in the biomedical and environmental fields for realizing functionalities at small scales.However,they have been rarely investigated as active nanocatalysts.Heterogeneous nanocatalysts have exceptional reusability and recyclability,and integration with magnetic materials enables their recovery with minimum loss.Herein,we propose a model active nanocatalyst using magnetic nanomotor ensembles(MNEs)that can degrade contaminants in an aqueous solution with high catalytic performance.MNEs composed of a magnetite core coated with gold nanoparticles as the nanocatalyst can rotate under the action of a programmable external field and carry out rapid reduction of 4-nitrophenol(4-NP).The hydrogen bubbles generated in the catalytic reaction provide random perturbations for the MNEs to travel in the reaction solution,resulting in uniform processing.The reduction can be further boosted by irradiation with near-infrared(NIR)light.Magnetic field induces the rotation of the MNEs and provides microstirring in the catalysis.Light enhances the catalytic activity via the photothermal effect.These MNEs are also capable of moving to the targeted region through the application of a programmable magnetic field and then process the contaminant in the targeted region.We expect that such magnetic MNEs may help better in applying active heterogeneous nanocatalysts with magnetic field and light-enhanced performance in industrial applications due to their advantages of low material cost and short reaction time.Fengtong Ji Ben Wang Li Zhang 2020Research2020,,1:2
6Microsurgery vs. radiosurgery for the treatment of multiple metastases in the brain: a retrospective cohort study显示文摘Objective:Multiple brain metastases are a severe condition for cancer patients.To date,no general consensus exists regarding the optimal treatment procedure for multiple brain metastases.Radiotherapy is the most commonly used treatment option.The role of surgical resection for multiple brain metastases is unclear.The aim of this study was to compare the outcomes of patients with multiple brain metastases treated with either surgery or stereotactic radiosurgery(SRS).Methods:The medical records of 279 consecutive adult patients with multiple brain metastases treated with either surgery(26 patients)or SRS(253 patients)were retrospectively reviewed.Propensity score matching was conducted to correct for discrepancies in the baseline characteristics,and 78 patients(26 receiving surgery and 52 receiving SRS)were chosen for comparison of outcomes,such as overall survival,local tumor control rate,and symptom improvement.Results:The tumor size in the surgery group was significantly greater than that in the SRS group after propensity score matching.However,the neurological recovery rate,incidence of leptomeningeal metastasis after surgery,1-year local tumor control rate,and overall survival were not significantly different between groups.Conclusions:Our data demonstrate that surgery and radiosurgery have identical overall survival and local tumor control rates in patients with 2 to 4 brain metastases.Although SRS remains the primary and standard option for patients with brain metastasis,surgery offers several distinct advantages,such as establishing a diagnosis or relieving mass effects,and may additionally be beneficial in carefully selected patients with 2–4 brain metastases.Qun Liu Qiang Yin Yang Dong Fengtong Li Wenliang Li Xiaoguang Wang 2022Cancer Biology & Medicine2022,19,6:1

14AN IMPROVED DOS-RESISTANT ID-BASED PASSWORD AUTHENTICATION SCHEME WITHOUT USING SMART CARD显示文摘In 2010,Hwang,et al.proposed a 'DoS-resistant ID-based password authentication scheme using smart cards' as an improvement of Kim-Lee-Yoo's 'ID-based password authentication scheme'.In this paper,we cryptanalyze Hwang,et al.'s scheme and point out that the revealed session key could threat the security of the scheme.We demonstrate that extracting information from smart cards is equal to knowing the session key.Thus known session key attacks are also effective under the as-sumption that the adversary could obtain the information stored in the smart cards.We proposed an improved scheme with security analysis to remedy the weaknesses of Hwang,et al.'s scheme.The new scheme does not only keep all the merits of the original,but also provides several additional phases to improve the flexibility.Finally,the improved scheme is more secure,efficient,practical,and convenient,because elliptic curve cryptosystem is introduced,the expensive smart cards and synchronized clock system are replaced by mobile devices and nonces.Wen Fengtong Li Xuelei Cui Shenjun 2011Journal of Electronics(China)2011,28,4:0

16Physical model for acoustic resonance in annular cavity structure显示文摘A physical model for acoustic resonance in the annular cavity structure is developed to represent the typical characteristic when acoustic resonance occurs.Firstly,the measurement of sound pressure in the casing and rotor blades vibration is operated in a multistage high pressure compressor.The sharp peak frequency and discrete multi-tone occur in the frequency spectrum of sound pressure in the compressor,and the vibration of the first stage of rotor blades synchronously presents the high amplitude.The frequencies associated with rotor blades vibration can be calculated with rotating sound source theory.It is also confirmed that acoustic resonance occurs in the multistage compressor.With acoustic similarity principle,an annular cavity model is established to simulate the typical characteristics of acoustic resonance in the compressor based on Large Eddy Simulation(LES)and Lighthill acoustic analogy.The coupling relationship between cavity acoustic mode and disc vibration mode shape is expounded when acoustic resonance occurs in the model.And acoustic resonance will be locked in the certain flow rate range.All these characteristics match well with those occur in the multistage high pressure compressor.Fengtong ZHAO Mingsui YANG Xiaodong JING Deyou WANG Yundong SHA Yujin LIU 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,12:0
17Recognition of H3K9me1 by maize RNA-directed DNA methylation factor SHH2显示文摘RNA-directed DNA methylation(Rd DM) is a plant-specific de novo DNA methylation pathway,which has extensive cross-talk with histone modifications. Here, we report that the maize RdDM regulator SAWADEE HOMEODOMAIN HOMOLOG 2(SHH2) is an H3 K9 me1 reader. Our structural studies reveal that H3 K9 me1 recognition is achieved by recognition of the methyl group via a classic aromatic cage and hydrogen-bonding and salt-bridge interactions with the free protons of the mono-methyllysine. The di-and tri-methylation states disrupt the polar interactions, decreasing the binding affinity. 18Plant latent defense response to microbial non-pathogenic factors antagonizes compatibility显示文摘Unlike microbe-associated molecular patterns(MAMPs)that are readily targeted by host immunity,microbial non-pathogenic factors(NPFs)appear negligible as they do not elicit defense.Little is known about whether and how NPFs may be monitored by hosts to control compatibility.Herein,a forward genetic screening isolated an Arabidopsis mutant with a loss of plant-rhizobacteria mutualism,leading to the disclosure of a plant latent defense response(LDR)to NPFs.The activation of LDR in the mutant,named rol1 for regulator of LDR 1,is triggered by several non-pathogenic volatile organic compounds and antagonizes plant compatibility with the beneficial bacterium Bacillus amyloliquefaciens GB03.The activation of LDR in rol1 is mediated through the prokaryotic pathway of chloroplastic lipid biosynthesis.The rol1 root microbiome showed a reduced proportion of the Bacillaceae family.We propose that,parallel to the forefront immunity to MAMPs,LDR to certain NPFs provides a hidden layer of defense for controlling compatibility with commensal or beneficial microbes.Yu Yang Shenglan Chen Xiaoxuan Wu Li Peng Juan I.Vílchez Richa Kaushal Xiaomin Liu Sunil K.Singh Danxia He Fengtong Yuan Suhui Lv Rafael J.L.Morcillo Wei Wang Weichang Huang Mingguang Lei Jian-Kang Zhu Paul W.Paré Huiming Zhang 2022National Science Review2022,9,8:0
