| 1 | Effect of Combined Application of Organic Fertilizer and Chemical Fertilizer in Different Ratios on Growth,Yield and Quality of Fluecured Tobacco显示文摘The effect of different ratio of organic and inorganic fertilizers on the growth and the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco was studied.Using randomized blocks design,the data of the test materials K326 were analyzed by using variance analysis,significance test and other methods.The release efficiency of organic fertilizer in the soil was slower,and the effect of organic fertilizer on the growth of tobacco plants was worse than that of chemical fertilizers,and under 25% organic fertilizer + 75% chemical fertilizer treatment,the quality of the fluecured tobacco was good.Under the treatment of 50% organic fertilizer + 50% chemical fertilizer,the production of flue-cured tobacco was high and the ratio of first-class tobacco was high.It is suggested that the organic fertilizer application ratio should be 25%-50% in the agricultural production. | Bing LIANG Kun HUANG Yali FU Hongguang LI Chi WANG Xiaotian ZHONG Qinghua LU Chengxiao HU | 2017 | Asian Agricultural Research2017，9，12： | 9 |

| 3 | Dark matter direct search sensitivity of the PandaX-4T experiment显示文摘The Panda X-4T experiment, a 4-ton scale dark matter direct detection experiment, is being planned at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. In this paper we present a simulation study of the expected background in this experiment. In a 2.8-ton fiducial mass and the signal region between 1-10 keV electron equivalent energy, the total electron recoil background is found to be 4.9 × 10^(-5) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). The nuclear recoil background in the same region is 2.8 × 10^(-7) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). | 13 | Amino acids industry knowledge service platform显示文摘Purpose: This paper introduces an amino acids industry knowledge service platform, which integrates industry data, science literature, and technology knowledge from patents.Design/methodology/approach: From the perspective of knowledge organization, the amino acids industry knowledge service platform comprises a basic data layer, a knowledge representation layer, and a knowledge service layer. The platform integrates heterogeneous information sources by means of a multi-dimensional integration index. It enables users to find technology knowledge from patents by employing the semantic Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ).Findings: This paper constructs an integrated amino acids industry database, which offers a general service oriented to the public, and a technical innovation knowledge base, which offers a value-added service oriented to enterprises.Research limitations: The technical innovation knowledge base only includes parts of amino acids technology knowledge, making it suitable to meet certain specific needs. Practical implications: Semantic annotation of technical innovation knowledge from patents requires manual work by domain experts.Originality/value: The amino acids industry knowledge service platform offers not only an integrated search service for amino acids industry information, but also a deep tech mining service for technical innovation knowledge of amino acids.
