1Effects of deformation twins on microstructure evolution,mechanical properties and corrosion behaviors in magnesium alloys-A review显示文摘Due to lattice reorientation,grain segmentation,induced recrystallization,twins play a very important role in regulating texture,refining grains,improving mechanical properties and corrosion resistance,and has received more extensive attention.Numerous studies have shown that{10-12}<10-11>tensile twins(TTWs)are easily activated in large quantities due to the lower critical resolve shear stresses(CRSS).Introduction of TTWs under uniaxial compression improved the strength,ductility,and formability of magnesium(Mg)alloys.Moreover,TTWs produced by multi-directional impact forging(MDIF)can optimize the microstructure by dividing grains and promoting recrystallization,resulting in significant improvement of mechanical properties.Although{10-11}<10-12>compressive twins(CTWs)and{10-11}-{10-12}double twins(DTWs)can promote dynamic recrystallization(DRX),they are also favorable nucleation sites for cracks.In addition,the type and volume fraction of twins can affect the corrosion resistance,and they also play different roles in the corrosion process of different Mg alloys.Twins have shown great potential for improving structure and properties,but a comprehensive and critical discussion of twins in Mg alloys is still lacking.Therefore,based on previous studies,this article reviews the common types and variants of twins in Mg alloys,influencing factors,and their effects on the microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.In addition,some interesting ideas are being proposed for further research.Lianhui Li Wenhong Liu Fugang Qi Di Wu Zhiqiang Zhang 2022Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,9:5
2Automatic Modulation Recognition Based on CNN and GRU显示文摘Based on a comparative analysis of the Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)and Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU)networks,we optimize the structure of the GRU network and propose a new modulation recognition method based on feature extraction and a deep learning algorithm.High-order cumulant,Signal-to-Noise Ratio(SNR),instantaneous feature,and the cyclic spectrum of signals are extracted firstly,and then input into the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)and the parallel network of GRU for recognition.Eight modulation modes of communication signals are recognized automatically.Simulation results show that the proposed method can achieve high recognition rate at low SNR.Fugang Liu Ziwei Zhang Ruolin Zhou 2022Tsinghua Science and Technology2022,27,2:5
3Large Chip Production Mechanism under the Extreme Load Cutting Conditions显示文摘There has existed a great deal of theory researches in term of chip production and chip breaking characteristics under conventional cutting and high speed cutting conditions,however,there isn't sufficient research on chip formation mechanism as well as its influence on cutting state regarding large workpieces under extreme load cutting.This paper presents a model of large saw-tooth chip through applying finite element simulation method,which gives a profound analysis about the characteristics of the extreme load cutting as well as morphology and removal of the large chip.In the meantime,a calculation formula that gives a quantitative description of the saw-tooth level regarding the large chip is established on the basis of cutting experiments on high temperature and high strength steel2.25Cr-lMo-0.25V.The cutting experiments are carried out by using the scanning electron microscope and super depth of field electron microscope to measure and calculate the large chip produced under different cutting parameters,which can verify the validity of the established model.The calculating results show that the large saw-toothed chip is produced under the squeezing action between workpiece and cutting tools.In the meanwhile,the chip develops a hardened layer where contacts the cutting tool and the saw-tooth of the chip tend to form in transverse direction.This research creates the theoretical model for large chip and performs the cutting experiments under the extreme load cutting condition,as well as analyzes the production mechanism of the large chip in the macro and micro conditions.Therefore,the proposed research could provide theoretical guidance and technical support in improving productivity and cutting technology research.LIU Xianli HE Genghuang YAN Fugang CHENG Yaonan LIU Li 2015Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2015,28,2:5
4Literature Review on Wireless Sensing Wi-Fi Signal-Based Recognition of Human Activities显示文摘With the rapid development and wide deployment of wireless technology, Wi-Fi signals have no longer been confined to the Internet as a communication medium. Wi-Fi signals will be modulated again by human actions when propagating indoors, carrying rich human body state information. Therefore, a novel wireless sensing technology is gradually emerging that can realize gesture recognition, human daily activity detection, identification,indoor localization and human body tracking, vital signs detection, imaging, and emotional recognition by extracting effective feature information about human actions from Wi-Fi signals. Researchers mainly use channel state information or frequency modulated carrier wave in their current implementation schemes of wireless sensing technology, called 'Walls have eyes', and these schemes cover radio-frequency technology, signal processing technology, and machine learning. These available wireless sensing systems can be used in many applications such as smart home, medical health care, search-and-rescue, security, and with the high precision and passively device-free through-wall detection function. This paper elaborates the research actuality and summarizes each system structure and the basic principles of various wireless sensing applications in detail. Meanwhile, two popular implementation schemes are analyzed. 5Quantitative Appraisement on Ecological Carrying Capacity in Coastal Rapid Developing Region of Hainan Province显示文摘The ecological carrying capacity,an important indica- tor to evaluate the sustainable development of the ecosystem, means the potential ability of the natural ecosystem to carry so- cioeconomic development while the ecosystem is healthy.It is limited by the carrying capacity of natural resources and environ- ment and the elasticity of the ecosystem.It will be greatly signifi- cant to study the ecological carrying capacity of Hainan Province, the first ecological province admitted by the State Environmental Protection Administration in China.Not only is the natural eco- system reflected,but also the effects of human activities are em- phasized by integrating the ecosystem health analysis into the ecological carrying capacity research.The research results,using the Factor Analysis tools of software SPSS,indicate that the eco- logical carrying capacity of Hainan Province fluctuated obviously from 1996 to 2005.The level of the ecological carrying capacity of Hainan Province was relatively high in 1996,and reached into trough from 1997 to 1999.It has steadily ascended to be above the middle level since the 21st century.The results also show that policy factors,especially the implementation of the 'Ecological Province' strategy,were important driving forces to influence the ecological carrying capacity.With the population rapidly increas- ing,the land and water resources per capita have decreased quickly.The amount of the ecological carrying capacity was pro- moted remarkably by socioeconomic development especially economic growth and technology applications.All of these will provide useful suggestions to establish and enact regional devel- opment policies,especially for protecting and reconstructing the ecology and environment of Hainan Province.Zhang Fugang Liu Yansui 2008Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2008,6,2:3
6Spatio-temporal Dynamic Patterns of Rural Area Development in Eastern Coastal China显示文摘The aim of this study is to evaluate the current state of rural area development at the county level in the eastern coastal China. An evaluation index system including 18 factors was developed, and a rural development index (RDI) was constructed to evaluate rural development state in 2000, 2004, and 2008. The quantitative evaluation indicated the following results. 1) This study derived four dominating components by means of principal component analysis, which can explain 78.2% of the total information, namely agricultural production input, the basic condition of agriculture, the comparative effectiveness of grain production, and the household′s own basic conditions. 2) Since the turn of the new millennium, the rural area in the eastern coastal China has experienced a rapid development in general. Well developed, developed, moderately developed and undeveloped rural areas respectively occupied 29.32%, 22.33%, 21.91%, and 10.51% in 2008. 3) The countryside had maintained a sound momentum of developing trend between 2000 and 2008, while the rural development in the eastern coastal China lacked sustainability. And 4) industrialization, urbanization, original economic basis, and location are four major driving forces of the disparity of rural area development in the eastern coastal China.
