1Analysis of characteristics and predictive factors of immune checkpoint inhibitor-related adverse events显示文摘Objective:We aimed to retrospectively analyze the toxicity profiles and predictors of immune-related adverse events(irAEs)as well as the correlation between irAEs and the clinical efficacy of multi-type immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)in patients with advanced pan-cancer in a real-world setting.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed data from 105 patients with advanced pan-cancer treated with multi-type ICIs at the First Hospital of Jilin University between January 1,2016 and August 1,2020.We used logistic regression analyses to investigate the associations of irAEs with clinical baseline characteristics,blood count parameters,and biochemical indicators during treatment.Receiver operating characteristic curves were used to determine cutoff values for parameters and area under the curve values.Kaplan–Meier and Cox multivariate regression analyses were performed to estimate the relationships of baseline characteristics and irAEs with progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS).Results:A lower relative lymphocyte count(cutoff=28.5%),higher albumin level(cutoff=39.05 g/L),and higher absolute eosinophil count(AEC)(cutoff=0.175×10^(9)/L)were significantly associated with the occurrence of irAEs,among which a higher AEC(cutoff=0.205×10^(9)/L)was strongly associated with skin-related irAEs[odds ratios(ORs)=0.163,P=0.004].Moreover,a higher lactate dehydrogenase level(cutoff=237.5 U/L)was an independent predictor of irAEs of grade≥3(OR=0.083,P=0.023).In immune cell subgroup analysis,a lower absolute count of CD8+CD28−suppressor T cells(OR=0.806;95%confidence interval:0.643–1.011;P=0.062),which are regulatory T lymphocytes,was associated with the occurrence of irAEs,although the difference was not statistically significant.Furthermore,a higher percentage of CD19+B cells was associated with the occurrence of irAEs of grade≥3(P=0.02)and grade≥2(P=0.051).In addition,patients with any grade of irAE had a significantly high PFS(8.37 vs.3.77 months,hazard ratios(HR)=2.02,P=0.0038)and OS(24.77 vs.13.83 months,HR=1.84;P=0.024).Conclusions:This retrospective study reports clinical profile data for irAEs in unselected patients in a real-world setting and explored some parameters that may be potential predictive markers of the occurrence,type,or grade of irAEs in clinical practice.Evidence of a correlation between safety and efficacy may facilitate a complete assessment of the risk-benefit ratio for patients treated with ICIs.Rilan Bai Naifei Chen Xiao Chen Lingyu Li Wei Song Wei Li Yuguang Zhao Yongfei Zhang Fujun Han Zheng Lyu Jiuwei Cui 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,4:4
2A high-energy-density sodium-ion full battery based on tin anode显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs) have been considered as promising candidates for large-scale energy storage, owing to the high abundance and low cost of sodium(Na) resources. However, the development of full SIB has been hindered by low energy density because of the sluggish kinetics of large Na^+. Here, we report a full SIB with commercial tin(Sn) anode, cross-linked Na_3V_2(PO_4)_3/carbon nanotubes composites(NVP-CNT) cathode, and ether-based electrolyte. Sn is capable of delivering high reversible capacity via formation of Na15 Sn4 and stable solid-electrolyte interface(SEI) in initial cycles. Meanwhile, the NASICON-type NVP enables ultrafast and stable Na^+intercalation/extraction, and the incorporation of CNT can improve its electrical conductivity. The assembled full SIB delivers high output voltage of ~3.2 V, high energy density of 253.4 W h kg^(-1) at1600 W kg^(-1) based on total mass of both cathode and anode, and remarkable capacity retention of 96.1% after 180 cycles. 4The effect of annealing treatment on the performance of bulk heterojunction solar cells with donor and acceptor different weight ratios显示文摘Bulk heterojunction organic solar cells(OSCs) based on the blend of poly(2-methoxy-5(2'-ethyl-hexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene(MEH-PPV) and [6,6]-phenyl C61 butyric acid methyl ester(PCBM) with different weight ratios(from 1:3 to 1:5) have been fabricated and the effect of annealing treatment on the performance of OSCs has also been studied.Experimental results point to the best optimized doping concentration 1:4 for MEH-PPV:PCBM.Furthermore,it is found that the devices with annealing treatment at 150℃ with 8 min show better performance compared with the devices without treatment.The series resistance(Rs) is decreased,while the shunt resistance(Rsh) increased by nearly 1.5 times.The short-circuit current density(Jsc) and fill factor(FF) are improved by annealing treatment.As a result,the power conversion efficiency(PCE) of the devices increases from 0.49 % to 1.21 % with the ratio of 1:3 and from 1.09% to 1.42% with the ratio of 1:4.SONG JingLu XU Zheng ZHANG FuJun ZHAO SuLing HU Tao LI JunMing LIU XiaoDong YUE Xin WANG YongSheng 2009Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2009,52,10:1
5Interaction of methionine sulfoxide reductase B5 with SlMYC2 stimulates the transcription of MeJA-mediated autophagy-related genes in tomato fruit显示文摘Methyl jasmonate(MeJA)has been shown to induce autophagy in various plant stress responses and metabolic pathways.MYC2 is involved in MeJA-mediated postharvest fruit biological metabolism,but it is unclear how it affects MeJA-induced fruit autophagy.In this study,we noticed that silencing SlMYC2 significantly reduced the increase in autophagy-related genes(SlATGs)expression induced by MeJA.SlMYC2 could also bind to the promoters of several SlATGs,including SlATG13a,SlATG13b,SlATG18a,and SlATG18h,and activate their transcript levels.Moreover,SlMsrB5,a methionine sulfoxide reductase,could interact with SlMYC2.Methionine oxidation in SlMYC2 and mimicking sulfoxidation in SlMYC2 by mutation of methionine-542 to glutamine reduced the DNA-binding ability and transcriptional activity of SlMYC2,respectively.SlMsrB5 partially repaired oxidized SlMYC2 and restored its DNA-binding ability.On the other hand,silencing SlMsrB5 inhibited the transcript levels of SlMYC2-targeted genes(SlATG13a,SlATG13b,SlATG18a,and SlATG18h).Similarly,dual-luciferase reporter(DLR)analysis revealed that SlMsrB5–SlMYC2 interaction significantly increased the ability of SlMYC2-mediated transcriptional activation of SlATG13a,SlATG13b,SlATG18a,and SlATG18h.These findings demonstrate that SlMsrB5-mediated cyclic oxidation/reduction of methionine in SlMYC2 inf luences SlATGs expression.Collectively,these findings reveal the mechanism of SlMYC2 in SlATGs transcriptional regulation,providing insight into the mechanism of MeJA-mediated postharvest fruit quality regulation.Dedong Min Fujun Li Maratab Ali Jiong Liu Xiaodong Fu Yanan Song Jun Ding Xiaoan Li Nana Ji Xinhua Zhang 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,3:0
