1Inulin Can Alleviate Metabolism Disorders in ob/ob Mice by Partially Restoring Leptinrelated Pathways Mediated by Gut Microbiota显示文摘Inulin has been used as a prebiotic to alleviate glucose and lipid metabolism disorders in mice and humans by modulating the gut microbiota. However, the mechanism underlying the alleviation of metabolic disorders by inulin through interactions between the gut microbiota and host cells is unclear. We use ob/ob mice as a model to study the effect of inulin on the cecal microbiota by16 S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing and its interaction with host cells by transcriptomics. The inulin-supplemented diet improved glucose and lipid metabolism disorder parameters in ob/ob mice,alleviating fat accumulation and glucose intolerance. The a diversity of gut microbial community of ob/ob mice was reduced after inulin treatment, while the b diversity tended to return to the level of wild type mice. Interestingly, Prevotellaceae UCG 001(family Prevotellaceae) was obviously enriched after inulin treatment. A comparative analysis of the gene expression profile showed that the cecal transcriptome was changed in leptin gene deficiency mice, whereas the inulin-supplemented diet partially reversed the changes in leptin gene-related signaling pathways, especially AMPK signaling pathway, where the levels of gene expression became comparable to those in wild type mice.Further analysis indicated that Prevotellaceae UCG 001 was positively correlated with the AMPK signaling pathway, which was negatively correlated with markers of glycolipid metabolism disorders. 4by a cascade optical field modulation strategy facilitating selective multispectral narrow-band near-infrared photodetection显示文摘Since selective detection of multiple narrow spectral bands in the near-infrared(NIR)region still poses a fundamental challenge,we have,in this work,developed NIR photodetectors(PDs)using photon upconversion nanocrystals(UCNCs)combined with perovskite films.To conquer the relatively high pumping threshold of UCNCs,we designed a novel cascade optical field modulation strategy to boost upconversion luminescence(UCL)by cascading the superlensing effect of dielectric microlens arrays and the plasmonic effect of gold nanorods,which readily leads to a UCL enhancement by more than four orders of magnitude under weak light irradiation.By accommodating multiple optically active lanthanide ions in a core-shell-shell hierarchical architecture,developed PDs on top of this structure can detect three well-separated narrow bands in the NIR region,i.e.,those centered at 808,980,and 1540 nm.Due to the large UCL enhancement,the obtained PDs demonstrate extremely high responsivities of 30.73,23.15,and 12.20 AW^(−1) and detectivities of 5.36,3.45,and 1.91×10^(11) Jones for 808,980,and 1540 nm light detection,respectively,together with short response times in the range of 80-120 ms.Moreover,we demonstrate for the first time that the response to the excitation modulation frequency of a PD can be employed to discriminate the incident light wavelength.We believe that our work provides novel insight for developing NIR PDs and that it can spur the development of other applications using upconversion nanotechnology.Yanan Ji Wen Xu Nan Ding Haitao Yang Hongwei Song Qingyun Liu Hans Agren Jerker Widengren Haichun Liu 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:6
5Production of aryl oxygen-containing compounds by catalytic pyrolysis of bagasse lignin over LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3 prepared by different methods显示文摘To realize the resource and high-value utilization,a new approach,named bagasse lignin(BL) used to produce aryl oxygen-containing compounds by catalytic pyrolysis over perovskite,was proposed,LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3(LTF) samples prepared by the sol-gel method(SG) and the solid-state reaction method(SS)were characterized.The catalytic action on BL pyrolysis was performed by the test of TG-DTG and the evaluation of the fixed bed micro-reactor,the components and contents of the products were determined.The results show that LTF samples have cubic perovskite phase,LTF prepared by SG(LTF-SG) is porous with larger specific surface area than LTF prepared by SS(LTF-SS).During the pyrolysis of BL,the addition of LTF lowers the pyrolysis temperature and the activation energy,the contents of CO2 and CO in gaseous products reduce by 4.6%-8.0% and 30.7%-34.3%,respectively,the total content of aryl oxygencontaining compounds(including phenolics,guaiacols,syringols and phenylates) in liquid products increases from 62 wt% to more than 72 wt%,and LTF-SG shows better catalytic performance.LTF samples have nice phase and catalytic stabilities for BL pyrolysis after five successive redox cycles.Haiying Wang Hongjing Han Enhao Sun Yanan Zhang Jinxin Li Yanguang Chen Hua Song Hongzhi Zhao Yue Kang 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,1:5

8Production of aryl oxygen-containing compounds from catalytic pyrolysis of bagasse lignin over LaTixFe1xO3显示文摘A new approach,named production of aryl oxygen-containing compounds from the catalytic pyrolysis of bagasse lignin(BL) over perovskite oxide,was proposed,A series of LaTixFe1-xO3(LTF-x) samples were prepared by the solid state reaction method.The crystal phase and morphology of LTF-x were characterized by XRD and SEM respectively.Catalytic pyrolysis performance of LTF-x was performed by TG-DTG and the distribution patterns of gaseous,liquid and solid products from BL was investigated using a fixed-bed micro-reactor.The optimal reaction conditions were determined:the pyrolysis temperature was 600℃,the mass ratio of mBL:mLTF-0.2 was 3:1,the veloeity of earrier gas was 100 ml·min-1.The gaseous produets were mainly eomposed of CO2,CO,CH4 and CnHm(n=2-4,m=2 n+2 or m=2 n),The main aryl oxygen-containing compounds in liquid products were phenolics,guaiacols,syringols and phenylates,the rest were benzenes,furans,esters and carboxylic acid.The total contents of aryl oxygencontaining compounds were from 62% up to more than 72% under the action of the perovskite.Moreover,the LTF-0.2 sample had nice regenerability.Haiying Wang Hongjing Han Enhao Sun Yanan Zhang Jinxin Li Yanguang Chen Hua Song Hongzhi Zhao 2019Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2019,27,8:4
9Influence of calcination temperature for LaTi0.2Fe0.8O3 on catalytic pyrolysis of bagasse lignin显示文摘LaTi(0.2)Fe(0.8)O3(LTF)was prepared by the sol-gel method,and the effects of calcination temperature on the structure and properties were investigated,A new method of preparing aryl oxygen-containing compounds from bagasse lignin(BL)by the catalytic pyrolysis over LTF was proposed.The results show that LTF has cubic crystal phase and porous structure and its optimal calcination temperature is 800℃(LTF-800).In the test for catalytic pyrolysis of BL,with the addition of LTF-800,the yield of liquid product reaches the maximum;the contents of phenolics,guaiacols,syringols,phenylates and furans increase obviously,while those of benzenes,esters and carboxylic acid decrease.The total content of aryl oxygencompounds(including phenolics,guaiacols,syringols and phenylates)in liquid product is more than 74 wt%with the addition of LTF-800,larger than that obtained by single BL pyrolysis(62 wt%).LTF could avoid oxygen-containing functional groups from being excessively destroyed.It has nice regeneration performance by controlled combustion of char even after 5 cycles.Haiying Wang Hongjing Han Yanan Zhang Jinxin Li Yanguang Chen Hua Song Enhao Sun Hongzhi Zhao Mei Zhang Dandan Yuan 2019Journal of Rare Earths2019,37,8:3
10Sliding mode control for consensus tracking of second-order nonlinear multi-agent systems driven by Brownian motion显示文摘The consensus tracking problem of nonlinear stochastic multi-agent systems with directed topologies is investigated in this study. To solve the consensus tracking problem, first, an innovative concept of sub-reachability is introduced, and then, the specified sliding hyperplane is designed. A novel consensus tracking protocol is then proposed by using sliding mode techniques. With the help of It?o integral techniques and stochastic Lyapunov method, the sub-reachability of sliding motion and consensus tracking are proved;that is, the sliding mode variable structure control protocol steers the consensus errors to the given sliding surface in a finite time, and the sliding motion is exponentially stable in the sense of mean square. 11Flotillin1 promotes EMT of human small cell lung cancer via TGF-β signaling pathway显示文摘Objective:Small cell lung carcinoma(SCLC)is considered one of the most aggressive types of lung cancer due to its rapid growth and early metastasis.No tumor markers or therapeutic targets have been demonstrated to be specific or effective in SCLC to date.This study aims to evaluate the potential of Flotillin1(Flot1)as a target of SCLC treatment.Methods:Flot1 expression level in the tissue of SCLC and other tissue of lung disease was detected using immunohistochemical staining.Transwell and Matrigel assays were employed to examine migration and invasion of cancer cells.Flow cytometry and xCELLigence system were used to evaluate cell apoptosis and cell viability,respectively.Expression levels of Flot1,epithelialmesenchymal transition(EMT)marker E-cadherin,vimentin,cyclinD1,TGF-β-Smad2/3,and p-AKT were examined using Western blot.Furthermore,xenograft tumor in nude mice was used to evaluate the growth and metastasis of NCI-H446 cells in vivo.Results:Our results demonstrated that Flot1 is highly expressed in SCLC samples and that its expression correlates strongly with clinical stage,distant metastasis,and poor survival.The knockdown of Flot1 decreased the growth,migration,and invasiveness of SCLC cells and reversed EMT phenotype in vitro and in vivo,while enhanced Flot1 expression exhibited the opposite behavior.Gene expression profile analysis demonstrated that Flot1-regulated genes frequently mapped to the AKT and TGF-β-Smad2/3pathways.Our results further revealed that Flot1 affected the progression of SCLC via regulation of EMT progression.Conclusions:These findings indicated an oncogenic role of Flot1 via promoting EMT in SCLC and suggested its potential as a tumor marker and prognostic indicator.Lianmei Zhao Jie Li Yueping Liu Wei Zhou Yanan Shan Xinyi Fan Xinliang Zhou Baoen Shan Yongmei Song Qimin Zhan 2018Cancer Biology & Medicine2018,15,4:3

13Synergy of a hierarchical porous morphology and anionic defects of nanosized Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12) toward a high-rate and large-capacity lithium-ion battery显示文摘Exploring electrode materials with a high volumetric energy density and high rate capability remains of a great challenge for nanosized-Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12)(LTO)batteries.Here,hierarchical porous Ti^(3+)-C-N-Br co-doped LTO(LTOCPB-CC)is synthesized using carboxyl-grafted nanocarbon(CC)and cetylpyridinium bromide(CPB)as combined structure-directing agents.Ti^(4+)-O-CPB/Li^(+)-CC is designed as a new molecular chelate,in which CPB and CC promote the uniform mixing of Li^(+)and Ti^(4+)and control the morphology of TiO_(2) and the final product.The defects(oxygen vacancies and ion dopants)formed during the annealing process increase the electron/hole concentration and reduce the band gap,both of which enhance the n-type electron modification of LTO.As-prepared LTOCPB-CC has a large specific surface area and high tap density,as well as a high electronic conductivity(2.84×10^(-4) S cm^(-1))and ionic conductivity(3.82×10^(-12)cm^(2) s^(-1)),which are responsible for its excellent rate capability(157.7 mA h g^(-1) at 20 C)and stable long-term cycling performance(0.008% fade per cycle after 1000 cycles at 20 C).Yanan Li Qianlin Chen Qiangqiang Meng Shulai Lei Fangxiang Song Jingbo Ma 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,3:2
