| 1 | 一种变步长Proportionate NLMS自适应滤波算法及其在网络回声消除中的应用显示文摘Proportionate自适应算法利用稀疏冲激响应的结构特征,极大地加速了算法的收敛速度.但是快速收敛与低稳态失调是一对矛盾的需求,固定步长算法必需折中选择一个步长参数来满足应用的要求.本文提出了一种适用于Proportionate算法的变步长方法,有效解决了收敛速度和稳态失调之间的矛盾.所提的算法首先利用最小干扰原理,得到了一个Proportionate NLMS算法的推导;进而将干扰信号考虑进算法的系数更新过程,通过在每一步迭代中用后验误差去补偿干扰信号的负面作用,得到一个新的优化准则;最后利用这个准侧,推导出了一个适用于Proportionate算法的步长调节方法.仿真实验验证了本文方法的有效性. | 刘立刚 FUKUMOTO Masahiro 张世永 | 2010 | 电子学报2010，38，4： | 26 |
| 2 | Surgical spacer placement and proton radiotherapy for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Few potentially curative treatment options exist apart from hepatic resection for patients with huge hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Proton radiotherapy is a promising new modality which has an inherent antitumor effect against HCC. However, the application of proton radiotherapy for tumors adjacent to the gastrointestinal tract is restricted because the tolerance dose of the intestine is extremely low. A novel two-step treatment was developed with surgical spacer placement and subsequent proton radiotherapy to administer proton radiotherapy with curative intent. This report presents a case of a patient with a huge unresectable HCC treated by this method who achieved disease-free survival of more than 2 years. | 3 | Response of Rice to Insect Elicitors and the Role of OsJAR1 in Wound and Herbivory-Induced JA-lle Accumulation显示文摘Plants produce jasmonic acid(JA) and its amino acid conjugate,jasmonoyl-L-isoleucine(JA-lle) as major defense signals in response to wounding and herbivory.In rice(Oryza sativa),JA and JA-lle rapidly increased after mechanical damage,and this increase was further amplified when the wounds were treated with oral secretions from generalist herbivore larvae,lawn armyworms(Spodoptera mauritia),revealing for the first time active perception mechanisms of herbivore-associated elicitor(s) in rice.In the rice genome, two OsJAR genes can conjugate JA and lle and form JA-lle in vitro;however,their function in herbivoryinduced accumulation of JA-lle has not been investigated.By functional characterization of TOS17 retrotransposon-tagged Osjar1 plants and their response to simulated herbivory,we show that OsJAR1 is essential for JA-lle production in herbivore-attacked,field-grown plants.In addition,OsJAFM was required for normal seed development in rice under field conditions.Our results suggest that OsJAR1 possesses at least two major functions in rice defense and development that cannot be complemented by the additional OsJAR2 gene function,although this gene previously showed overlapping enzyme activity in vitro. | Kaori Fukumoto Kabir Md Alamgir Yuko Yamashita Izumi C.Mori Hideyuki Matsuura Ivan Galis | 2013 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2013，55，8： | 5 |
| 4 | Pseudomembranous colitis presenting as acute colonic obstruction without diarrhea in a patient with gastric Burkitt lymphoma显示文摘Pseudomembranous colitis (PMC) usually manifests asfever and diarrhea in hospitalized patients treated withsystemic antibiotics. We described a case of PMC withintestinal obstruction but without diarrhea. A 60-yearold man was hospitalized for chemotherapy for the treatment of Burkitt lymphoma of the stomach. The patient became febrile and complained of crampy abdominal pain during the post-chemotherapy nadir. Plain abdominal radiography showed some intestinal gas and niveau. Because stool cytotoxin assay for clostridium difficile was positive and colon fiberscopic examination showed a pseudomembrane at the left side of the colon,and a diagnosis of PMC was made. Treatment with intracolonic vancomycin administration by colonoscopy and nasoileus tube was successful. | 5 | Ethnic difference of Helicobacter pylori gastritis: Korean and Japanese gastritis is characterized by male- and antrum-predominant acute foveolitis in comparison with American gastritis显示文摘AIM: To investigate the clinicopathological factors underlying the ethnic differences of Helicobacter pylori gastritis and cancer.METHODS: We analyzed clinicopathological parameters of gastric biopsies having H pylori infection that were randomly selected from different ethnic populations including 147 Americans, 149 Japanese, and 181 Koreans.RESULTS: Males were predominant in Japanese and Korean populations (77.9 and 67.4% respectively) in comparison with Americans (48.3%) (P<0.001). H pylori gastritis in Koreans and Japanese was characterized by the predominant antral involvement. In the antrum,neutrophilic infiltration into the proliferative zone of pit, i,e.acute foveolitis, was more frequent in Koreans (82%) than in Japanese (71%) (P<0.05) and Americans (61%) (P<0.001).Interstitial neutrophilic infiltration, intestinal metaplasia and atrophy were also frequent in Koreans and Japanese. In the body, the prevalence of acute foveolitis was not significantly different among the populations while chronic interstitial inflammation and lymphoid follicles were more pronounced in the body of Americans than in the body of others (P<0.01).CONCLUSION: The male-, and antrum-predominant Hpylori gastritis in Koreans and Japanese is compatible with the pattern of sex and topographical distribution of gastric cancer incidence. | 15 | Analysis of antioxidant prenylflavonoids in different parts of Macaranga tanarius,the plant origin of Okinawan propolis显示文摘Objective:To analyze the antioxidant prenylilavonoids in different parts of Macaranga tanarius(M.tanarius)(Euphorbiaceae)including the leaf,petiole,stem,leaflet,flower and fruit(only in female plant),and to evaluate their antioxidant properties.Methods:Methanol extracts of each part of M.tanarius were prepared and five prenylilavonoids in them were quantitatively analyzed using HPLC.The fruits from female plant were further separated into seed,pericarp,and glandular trichome.After the quantitative analyses of prenylflavonoids in each part of M.tanarius,antioxidant activity of the extracts was evaluated by 2,2-diphenyl-l-picryI-hydrazyl(DPPH)radical scavenging assay.Results:The leaf of M.tanarius contained two prenylflavonoids as main components in both male and female plants.Both flowers(male and female)contained five kinds of prenylflavonoids.In the petiole,stem and leaflet of both male and female plants,the prenylflavonoids were not delected or their amounts were very low.Five kinds of prenylflavonoids were detected in the seed,pericarp and glandular trichome of female M.tanarius.In particular,the glandular trichome had the highest level of total prenylflavonoids(235 mg/g of fresh plant).DPPH radical scavenging activity of all parts was more than 30%.Conclusions:We found that different parts of M.tanarius contained antioxidant prenylflavonoids.In particular,not only the glandular trichome but also the leaf contained prenylflavonoids,which indicated that M.tanarius may be developed as a functional plant,because the leaves of this plant can be easily collected. | Shigenori Kumazawa Masayo Murase Noboru Momose Syuichi Fukumoto | 2014 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2014，7，1： | 2 |
