2Multi-aiming Strategy Design for Quadruple Prism Shaped Central Receiver in Solar Power Tower System显示文摘For solar power tower technology, the improvement of interception efficiency of heliostat field and the extension of central receiver's life time are two technical difficulties. To the receiver, higher interception efficiency means more thermal shocks and stronger stresses of high temperatures mainly contribute to the reduction of receiver's life time. To address these problems,a semi-random distribution strategy is proposed to select the best aiming point of the heliostat, and the distribution of onedimensional array arranged on the centerline of the receiver is carried out for further optimization. 4Treatment‐related adverse events of antibody‐drug conjugates in clinical trials:A systematic review and meta‐analysis显示文摘Background:The wide use of antibody‐drug conjugates(ADCs)is transforming the cancer‐treatment landscape.Understanding the treatment‐related adverse events(AEs)of ADCs is crucial for their clinical application.We conducted a meta‐analysis to analyze the profile and incidence of AEs related to ADC use in the treatment of solid tumors and hematological malignancies.Methods:We searched the PubMed,Embase,and Cochrane Library databases for articles published from January 2001 to October 2022.The overall profile and incidence of all‐grade and grade≥3 treatment‐related AEs were the primary outcomes of the analysis.Results:A total of 138 trials involving 15,473 patients were included in this study.The overall incidence of any‐grade treatment‐related AEs was 100.0%(95%confidence interval[CI]:99.9%–100.0%;I2=89%)and the incidence of grade≥3 treatment‐related AEs was 6.2%(95%CI:3.0%–12.4%;I2=99%).Conclusions:This study provides a comprehensive overview of AEs related to ADCs used for cancer treatment.ADC use resulted in a high incidence of any‐grade AEs but a low incidence of grade≥3 AEs.The AE profiles and incidence differed according to cancer type,ADC type,and ADC components.Jinming Li Guoshuang Shen Zhen Liu Yaobang Liu Miaozhou Wang Fuxing Zhao Dengfeng Ren Qiqi Xie Zitao Li Zhilin Liu Yi Zhao Fei Ma Xinlan Liu Zhengbo Xu Jiuda Zhao 2023Cancer Innovation2023,2,5:1

7High-power microwaves response characteristics of silicon and GaAs solar cells显示文摘The high-power microwave(HPM)effect heats solar cells,which is an important component of a satellite.This creates a serious reliability problem and affects the normal operation of a satellite.In this paper,the different HPM response characteristics of two kinds of solar cells are comparatively researched by simulation.The results show that there are similarities and differences in hot spot distribution and damage mechanisms between both kinds of solar cell,which are related to the amplitude of HPM.In addition,the duty cycle of repetition frequency contributes more to the temperature accumulation of the solar cells than the carrier frequency.These results will help future research of damage assessment technology,reliability enhancement and the selection of materials for solar cells.Xiangrui Meng Changchun Chai Fuxing Li Yi Sun Yintang Yang 2022Journal of Semiconductors2022,43,11:0
85.9 GHz Vehicular Channels Comparisons Between Two Traffic Status for Dense Urban Area显示文摘This study focused on differences in vehicle-to-vehicle radio channel characteristics in the same region but different traffic density and speeds at 5.9 GHz(congestion and non-congestion). The continuous measurement campaign was conducted on a city expressway through the complex dense urban area in Wuhan, China. Small-scale channel characteristics including power delay profile, amplitude fading distribution, K-factor, delay spread and Doppler shift were obtained, respectively. Specifically, the cumulative distribution function of root mean square delay spreads and root mean square Doppler spreads in the non-congested scenario and congested scenario were all fitted well with Lognormal distribution. We also found out that different intensity of traffic and speed of vehicles have little effect on root mean square delay spreads, but have a big impact on root mean square Doppler spreads and level crossing rate. According to estimation outcomes, the V2 V channel characteristics for urban areas in Chinese big city were different from the previous measured results under similar scenarios in Europe.
