| 1 | Remimazolam benzenesulfonate anesthesia effectiveness in cardiac surgery patients under general anesthesia显示文摘BACKGROUND Sedation with propofol injections is associated with a risk of addiction,but remimazolam benzenesulfonate is a comparable anesthetic with a short elimination half-life and independence from cell P450 enzyme metabolism.Compared to remimazolam,remimazolam benzenesulfonate has a faster effect,is more quickly metabolized,produces inactive metabolites and has weak drug interactions.Thus,remimazolam benzenesulfonate has good effectiveness and safety for diagnostic and operational sedation.AIM To investigate the clinical value of remimazolam benzenesulfonate in cardiac surgery patients under general anesthesia.METHODS A total of 80 patients who underwent surgery in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery from August 2020 to April 2021 were included in the study.Using a random number table,patients were divided into two anesthesia induction groups of 40 patients each:remimazolam(0.3 mg/kg remimazolam benzenesulfonate)and propofol(1.5 mg/kg propofol).Hemodynamic parameters,inflammatory stress response indices,respiratory function indices,perioperative indices and adverse reactions in the two groups were monitored over time for comparison.RESULTS At pre-anesthesia induction,the remimazolam and propofol groups did not differ regarding heart rate,mean arterial pressure,cardiac index or volume per wave index.After endotracheal intubation and when the sternum was cut off,mean arterial pressure and volume per wave index were significantly higher in the remimazolam group than in the propofol group(P<0.05).After endotracheal intubation,the oxygenation index and the respiratory index did not differ between the groups.After endotracheal intubation and when the sternum was cut off,the oxygenation index values were significantly higher in the remimazolam group than in the propofol group(P<0.05).Serum interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αlevels 12 h after surgery were significantly higher than before surgery in both groups(P<0.05).The observation indices were re-examined 2 h after surgery,and the epinephrine,cortisol and blood glucose levels were significantly higher in the remimazolam group than in the propofol group(P<0.05).The recovery and extubation times were significantly lower in the remimazolam group than in the propofol group(P<0.05);there were significantly fewer adverse reactions in the remimazolam group(10.00%)than in the propofol group(30.00%;P<0.05).CONCLUSION Compared with propofol,remimazolam benzenesulfonate benefited cardiac surgery patients under general anesthesia by reducing hemodynamic fluctuations.Remimazolam benzenesulfonate influenced the surgical stress response and respiratory function,thereby reducing anesthesia-related adverse reactions. | Fang Tang Jian-Min Yi Hong-Yan Gong Zi-Yun Lu Jie Chen Bei Fang Chen Chen Zhi-Yi Liu | 2021 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2021,9,34: | 19 |
| 2 | A Trusted Attestation Mechanism for the Sensing Nodes of Internet of Things Based on Dynamic Trusted Measurement显示文摘Internet of things has been widely applied to industrial control, smart city and environmental protection, in these application scenarios, sensing node needs to make real-time response to the feedback control of the application layer. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor whether or not awareness nodes are trusted in real time, but the existing mechanisms for trusted certification lack the real-time measurement and tracking of the sensing node. To solve the above problems,this paper proposes a dynamic metric based authentication mechanism for sensing nodes of Internet of things. Firstly, the dynamic trustworthiness measure of the sensing nodes is carried out by introducing the computational function such as the trust function, the trustworthiness risk assessment function, the feedback control function and the active function of the sensing node. The dynamic trustworthiness measure of sensing nodes from multiple dimensions can effectively describe the change of trusted value of sensing nodes. Then, on the basis of this, a trusted attestation based on node trusted measure is realized by using the revocable group signature mechanism of local verifier. The mechanism has anonymity, unforgeability and traceability, which is proved the security in the standard model. Simulationexperiments show that the proposed trusted attestation mechanism is flexible, practical and efficient and has better attack resistance. | 6 | Scheme on Cross-Domain Identity Authentication Based on Group Signature for Cloud Computing显示文摘In the cloud computing, different cloud service providers are often in different trust domains. As the traditional identity authentication mode cannot be applied to the cloud computing, the cross-domain identity authentication mechanism is needed to solve the identity authentication problem in the cloud computing. In view of the security problems in cloud computing, a cross-domain identity authentication scheme based on group signature is proposed. This scheme introduces a group of cloud service providers and users who are located in different trust domains. Any member of the group can generate the signature on behalf of the whole group, making the user access the cloud service provider in the case of privacy security. At the same time, with traceability it can track illegal operation of illegal users. In addition, the scheme uses the Chinese Remainder Theorem to integrate the message, and it can control the length of the data in the calculation process, simplifying the calculation process. It also realizes the join and revocation of group members without changing the key of other legitimate group members, and the maintenance cost of authentication schemes is low. The results show that the scheme has the advantages of anonymity, anti-counterfeit, traceability, anti-joint attack and so on. | 7 | EEG Source Localization Using Spatio-Temporal Neural Network显示文摘Source localization of focal electrical activity from scalp electroencephalogram (sEEG) signal is generally modeled as an inverse problem that is highly ill-posed. In this paper, a novel source localization method is proposed to model the EEG inverse problem using spatio-temporal long-short term memory recurrent neural networks (LSTM). The network model consists of two parts, sEEG encoding and source decoding, to model the sEEG signal and receive the regression of source location. As there does not exist enough annotated sEEG signals correspond to specific source locations, simulated data is generated with forward model using finite element method (FEM) to act as a part of training signals. A framework for source localization is proposed to estimate the source position based on simulated training data. Experiments are done on simulated testing data. The results on simulated data exhibit good robustness on noise signal, and the proposed network solves the EEG inverse problem with spatio-temporal deep network. | 16 | An Association Ring Signature for Block Chain E-Money Transactions显示文摘Block chain is widely used in the financial field for its characteristics of decentralization, anonymity and trust. Electronic money payment is an important application hotspot. Ring signature is widely used in strong anonymous authentication such as electronic cash and electronic voting because of its unconditional anonymity, spontaneity and flexible group structure. Among them, the correlation ring signature can prove whether two signatures are issued by the same person without revealing the identity of the real signer. Therefore, the signature right breach can be avoided based on the premise of guaranteeing anonymity, such as repeated voting, electronic money repetition cost and so on. Most of the existing correlation ring signature security is based on the discrete logarithm problem, and most of the schemes result in the degradation of anonymity because of strong association. These methods do not apply to the block chain electronic currency transaction scene with strong anonymity. Therefore, this paper first proposes a blockchain-based electronic currency transaction security model. The model ensures not only the anonymity of both parties but also a certain degree of traceability. In order to support these two characteristics, this paper proposes an association ring signature method based on large integer decomposition problem. This method has strong anonymity and can be applied to blockchain scenes. On the other hand, it can be converted into group signatures in specific scenarios. It is therefore traceable.
