1The LA-ICP-MS zircons U-Pb ages and geochemistry of the Baihua basic igneous complexes in Tianshui area of West Qinling显示文摘Baihua meta-igneous complex consists mainly of pyroxenite-gabbro(diorite)-diorite-quartz diorite. They form a complete comagmatic evolutionary series. The geochemical characteristics of basic-interme- diate basic igneous rocks indicate that they belong to a tholeiite suite. The REE distribution pattern is nearly flat type and LREE is slightly enriched type, and their primitive mantle-normalized and MORB-normalized trace element spider diagrams are generally similar; the LIL elements (LILE) Cs, Ba, Sr, Th and U are enriched, but Rb, K and the HFSEs Nb, P, Zr, Sm, Ti and Y are relatively depleted. All these show comagmatic evolution and origin characteristics. The tectonics environment discrimination of trace element reveals that these igneous complexes formed in an island-arc setting. The LA-ICP-MS single-zircons U-Pb age of Baihua basic igneous complex is 434.6±1.5 Ma (MSWD = 1.3), which proves that the formation time of the island-arc type magmatite in the northern zone of West Qinling is Late Ordovician or Early Silurian, also reveals that the timing of subduction of paleo-ocean basin represented by the Guanzizhen ophiolite and resulting island-arc-type magmatic activities is probably Middle-Late Ordovician to Early Silurian.PEI XianZhi DING SaPing ZHANG GuoWei LIU HuiBin LI ZuoChen LI GaoYang LIU ZhanQing MENG Yong 2007Science China Earth Sciences2007,50,z2:15

3Process and challenges of stainless steel based bipolar plates for proton exchange membrane fuel cells显示文摘Proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)powered automobiles have been recognized to be the ultimate solution to replace traditional fuel automobiles because of their advantages of PEMFCs such as no pollution,low temperature start-up,high energy density,and low noise.As one of the core components,the bipolar plates(BPs)play an important role in the PEMFC stack.Traditional graphite BPs and composite BPs have been criticized for their shortcomings such as low strength,high brittleness,and high processing cost.In contrast,stainless steel BPs(SSBPs)have recently attracted much attention of domestic and foreign researchers because of their excellent comprehensive performance,low cost,and diverse options for automobile applications.However,the SSBPs are prone to corrosion and passivation in the PEMFC working environment,which lead to reduced output power or premature failure.This review is aimed to summarize the corrosion and passivation mechanisms,characterizations and evaluation,and the surface modification technologies in the current SSBPs research.The non-coating and coating technical routes of SSBPs are demonstrated,such as substrate component regulation,thermal nitriding,electroplating,ion plating,chemical vapor deposition,and physical vapor deposition,etc.Alternative coating materials for SSBPs are metal coatings,metal nitride coatings,conductive polymer coatings,and polymer/carbon coatings,etc.Both the surface modification technologies can solve the corrosion resistance problem of stainless steel without affecting the contact resistance,however still facing restraints such as long-time stability,feasibility of low-cost,and mass production process.This paper is believed to enrich the knowledge of high-performance and long-life BPs applied for PEMFC automobiles.Gaoyang Liu Faguo Hou Shanlong Peng Xindong Wang Baizeng Fang 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,5:4
4Replanting of broadleaved trees alters internal nutrient cycles of native and exotic pines in subtropical plantations of China显示文摘Background:The replanting of broadleaved trees in pure coniferous plantations is widely implemented,as mixed plantations are generally more stable and functional.However,the effect of interspecific interactions between broadleaved and coniferous trees on internal nutrient cycles of conifers remains unclear.Methods:We selected pure coniferous plantations of a native(Pinus massoniana)and an exotic(P.elliottii)pine species and their corresponding mixed plantations with broadleaved trees(Schima superba)in subtropical China,and measured the nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)contents in the rhizosphere soils,fine roots,twigs,needles and needle litter of pines.We calculated the root capture,needle resorption and translocation of N and P by pines to determine the mobility of nutrients in trees.Results:Although the N and P in the rhizosphere soils increased due to the replanting of broadleaved trees,the N and P contents in the aboveground tissues of the two pine species did not increase in mixed plantations.Mixed planting had a negative effect on the N and P capture of native pine and a positive effect on that of exotic pine.The N and P resorption efficiencies increased in native pine but were unchanged in exotic pine after the replanting of S.superba.Native pine preferentially employed an aboveground nutrient resorption strategy,whereas exotic pine tended to adopt a belowground nutrient capture strategy after replanting.Translocation of N and P in trees was detected,which reflected the trade-offs between root nutrient capture and needle nutrient resorption.Conclusions:The effect of mixed planting varied between the species of native and exotic pines,and the internal nutrient cycles of both pine species might be dominated by interspecific interaction effects on nutrients rather than soil nutrients.Our study highlights the importance of selecting suitable broadleaved species for replanting in coniferous plantations.Yong Lin Chengkang Xia Gaoyang Wu Fangchao Wang Shengnan Wang Yuanqiu Liu Fusheng Chen 2022Forest Ecosystems2022,9,5:2
5Study on the pipe friction resistance in long-distance rock pipe jacking engineering显示文摘Previous studies on pipe friction resistance are mainly concentrated in the soil layer,whereas the study on that in the rock stratum is limited.To estimate the pipe friction resistance in the rock stratum,the calculation models of pipe friction resistance and their applica-tion conditions were compared first.Then the friction resistance calculation model for pipe jacking in the rock stratum was established and simplified.Lastly,the measured(FM)and the computed(FN)pipe friction resistance was compared to validate the simplified friction resistance calculation model.The following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The existing calculation methods of pipe friction resistance can be well verified in the soil layer but cannot be applied in the rock stratum.(2)Sediment,pipe–rock friction coefficient and mud buoyancy are the main factors affecting the pipe friction resistance in long-distance rock pipe jacking engineering.(3)The simplified calculation model established by Deng et al.can estimate the pipe friction resistance in different rock strata at different jacking stages with satisfac-tory outcomes.Further research on the pipe-rock friction coefficient in different rock strata with different pipe–rock contact conditions merits further investigation to better predict the pipe friction resistance in the rock stratum.The research results have certain practica-bility and can provide a reference for similar projects.Peng Chen Xinrong Liu Zhiyun Deng Ninghui Liang Libing Du Han Du Yedi Huang Lingyun Deng Gaoyang Yang 2023Underground Space2023,,2:1
6Studies on Organo-Phosphorus, -Arsenic and -Antimony Polytungstates and Polymolybdates(IX )——Preparation and Properties of o-Aminophenylarsenic Polymolybdates显示文摘In order to investigate the influence of organic groups on the types of organoarsenic polymolybdates, o-nitrophenylarsonic acid was reduced to o- aminophenylarsonic acid and then it reacted with sodium molybdate at pH = 3~5. Three new salts were prepared and characterized:( 1 ) (CN3H6)4[(o-NH2C6H4As)2Mo6O24], ( 2 ) Cs4[(o-NH2C6H4As)2Mo6O24], (3) [(CH3)4N]4[(o-NH2C6H4As)2Mo6O24].2H2O. The IR, UV spectra, thermal properties and electrochemical behaviors are reported. 9Super-stable permittivity and low dielectric loss of(1-x)Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5+y)TiO_(3-x)NaTaO_(3)ceramics within an ultra-wide temperature range显示文摘This work designs a new system(1-x)Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5+y)TiO_(3-x)NaTaO_(3)with a nonstoichiometric bismuth ratio,which is used as dielectrics of ceramics capacitors.Phase structure evolution of(1-x)Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5+y)TiO_(3-x)NaTaO_(3)is characterized using XRD,Raman and TEM.Dielectric and resistant properties of(1-x)Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5+y)TiO_(3-x)NaTaO_(3)are investigated with increasing concentration of NaTaO_(3).With these in-vestigations,the structure and defect chemistry of(1-x)Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5+y)TiO_(3-x)NaTaO_(3)are rationalized and their respective impact on capacitor properties are elucidated.The optimized composition 0.8Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.51)TiO_(3)-0.2NaTaO_(3)possesses an ultra-wide operating temperature range(-92e398C),in which both stable permittivity and low dielectric loss is obtained.Furthermore,the fabrication of multilayer ceramics capacitors(MLCC)based on 0.8Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.51)TiO_(3)-0.2NaTaO_(3)dielectrics is investigated.With the addition of sintering aids,0.8Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.51)TiO_(3)-0.2NaTaO_(3)could be co-fired with Ag at 910℃in air,and the low temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC)capacitors maintain good temperature stability of permittivity and low dielectric loss in-100-352℃.Therefore,our work provides a new route for pre-paring ultra-wide operating temperature capacitors at low manufacturing costs.Pengrong Ren Han Zhao Xin Wang Yuhui Wan Zhiyong Liu Changbai Long Fuxue Yan Till Frӧmling Gaoyang Zhao 2023Journal of Materiomics2023,9,3:0
10Clinical significance of S100A7 protein in predicting recurrence of breast cancer in patients undergoing breast-conserving surgery with radiotherapy显示文摘Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of S100A7 protein and prediction of recurrence and prognosis of breast cancer in patients undergoing breast-conserving surgery combined with radiotherapy.Methods 349 samples of carcinoma tissue wax blocks were selected from January 2011 to January 2014 in Qingdao Central Hospital.All the patients had undergone breast-conserving surgery.We analyzed S100A7 expression in tumor tissue by immunohistochemical staining.Using univariate and multivariate analyses,we evaluated the relationship between S100A7 and clinical results,to explore independent risk factors for local regional recurrence(LRR).Results The positive expression of S100A7 in the recurrence group(66.7%)was significantly higher than in the non-recurrence group(38.4%),P=0.025.A log-rank test showed that high S100A7 expression was significantly correlated with 5-year regional recurrence free survival rate(RFS)(94.9%vs 89.5%,P=0.0408),distant metastasis free survival rate(DFS)(95.4%vs 83.5%,P<0.001),and overall survival rate(OS)(99.0%vs 92.5%,P=0.0011).Histological grade,vessel carcinoma embolus,lymph node metastasis,S100A7 expression,and tumor size were factors that influenced RFS.Multivariate analysis of the Cox proportional hazard model showed that high S100A7 expression was an independent risk factor that affected breast cancer RFS(HR=6.864,95%CI:1.575-29.915,P=0.01).Thus,we concluded that high S100A7 expression is associated with increased risk of LRR and distant metastasis of breast cancer after breast-conserving surgery and postoperative radiotherapy.S100A7 can be used as a molecular marker to screen for patients with high recurrence risk after breast-conserving surgery.Chao Zhang Changyou Li Gaoyang Lin Yao Qi Zhenfeng Li Jing Xu Tianhui Su Xin Liu Xiao Zou 2019Oncology and Translational Medicine2019,5,5:0
11Hydrogen as a carrier of renewable energies toward carbon neutrality:State-of-the-art and challenging issues显示文摘Energy storage and conversion via a hydrogen chain is a recognized vision of future energy systems based on renewables and,therefore,a key to bridging the technological gap toward a net-zero CO_(2)emission society.This paper reviews the hydrogen technological chain in the framework of renewables,including water electrolysis,hydrogen storage,and fuel cell technologies.Water electrolysis is an energy conversion technology that can be scalable in megawatts and operational in a dynamic mode to match the intermittent generation of renewable power.Material concerns include a robust diaphragm for alkaline cells,catalysts and construction materials for proton exchange membrane(PEM)cells,and validation of the long-term durability for solid oxide cells.Hydrogen storage via compressed gas up to 70 MPa is optional for automobile applications.Fuel cells favor hydrogen fuel because of its superfast electrode kinetics.PEM fuel cells and solid oxide fuel cells are dominating technologies for automobile and stationary applications,respectively.Both technologies are at the threshold of their commercial markets with verified technical readiness and environmental merits;however,they still face restraints such as unavailable hydrogen fueling infrastructure,long-term durability,and costs to compete with the analog power technologies already on the market.Xuan Liu Gaoyang Liu Jilai Xue Xindong Wang Qingfeng Li 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,5:0
12The mutation of ent-kaurene synthase,a key enzyme involved in gibberellin biosynthesis,confers a non-heading phenotype to Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa L.ssp.pekinensis)显示文摘The presence of a leafy head is a vital agronomic trait that facilitates the evaluation of the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage.A non-heading mutant(nhm1)was identified in an ethyl methanesulfonate mutagenesis population of the heading Chinese cabbage double haploid line FT.Segregation analysis revealed that a single recessive gene,Brnhm1,controlled the mutant phenotype.Using MutMap,Kompetitive allele-specific PCR,and cloning analyses,we demonstrated that BraA07g042410.3C,which encodes an ent-kaurene synthase involved in the gibberellin biosynthesis pathway,is the nhm1 mutant candidate gene.A single-nucleotide mutation(C to T)in the fourth exon of BraA07g042410.3C caused an amino acid substitution from histidine to tyrosine.Compared to that of the wild-type FT,BraA07g042410.3C in the leaves of the nhm1 mutant had lower levels of expression.In addition,gibberellin contents were lower in the mutant than in the wild type,and the mutant plant phenotype could be restored to that of the wild type after exogenous GA3 treatment.These results indicate that BraA07g042410.3C caused the non-heading mutation.This is the first study to demonstrate a relationship between gibberellin content in the leaves and leafy head formation in Chinese cabbage.These findings facilitate the understanding of the mechanisms underlying leafy head development in Chinese cabbage.Yue Gao Shengnan Huang Gaoyang Qu Wei Fu Meidi Zhang Zhiyong Liu Hui Feng 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:0
13Effect of high-pressure detonation products on fuel injection and propagation characteristics of detonation wave显示文摘The effect of high-pressure detonation products on fuel injection and propagation characteristics of detonation wave has been investigated in the form of ion voltage by varying the equivalence ratio(ER),air mass flux,and operation duration with hydrogen-air mixtures.It has been shown experimentally that the ion voltage decays gradually during the initial stage of rotating detonation wave(RDW).The attenuation of ion voltage is a general phenomenon,and the decay rate of ion voltage and its peak value of the trough state are related to the equivalence ratio and air mass flux.The analysis of interaction between the combustor and hydrogen plenum indicates that the feedback of high-pressure detonation products leads to the attenuation of ion voltage.In addition,the long-duration tests show that the ion voltage will recover to a steady state with the extension of reaction time,when the purgation(products leaving plenums)of detonation products is greater than feedback(products entering plenums)of detonation products in the hydrogen plenum.The recovery of ion voltage starts earlier at the higher equivalence ratio and air mass flux,and the peak value of ion voltage in the steady state also increases with the increase of equivalence ratio and air mass flux.A low frequency oscillation about 10 e12 Hz occurs in the RDW at some operation conditions.This low frequency oscillation is related to the interaction between the combustor and hydrogen plenum,and can be eliminated by either increasing the equivalence ratio or decreasing the air mass flux.Gaoyang Ge Li Deng Hu Ma Zhenjuan Xia Xiao Liu Changsheng Zhou 2022Propulsion and Power Research2022,11,1:0
14Preparation and Performance of Magneto-optical Glasses Doped with Tb^(3+)/Dy^(3+)显示文摘In order to increase the content of rare-earth oxides in magneto-optical glass and improve the Verdet constant, the rare-earth doped ternary Ga2O3-B2O3-SiO2(GBS) system magneto-optical glasses were prepared by the melt quenching technique. The infl uence of Tb3+ and Dy3+ ions on the structure of GBS glasses was investigated using FTIR, DSC and Faraday rotations. The experimental results showed that the content of rare-earth oxides in the glasses with the double incorporation of Tb2O3 and Dy2O3 was higher. The crystallization parameter β achieved the maximum 0.48 with Tb3+/Dy3+ content of 35mol%. Terbium oxide existed mainly in [TbO3] units in the glasses and [TbO4] units were converted into [TbO3] with increasing Tb2O3 content. 15Studies on the Compositional Properties of Main Miben Series Pumpkin Varieties in Southern China显示文摘Pumpkin is among the most popular agricultural products in Southern China. To determine the important analytical properties(dry matter, total soluble sugar,dissolvable polysaccharides, mineral content, electricity conductivity, soluble solid content, fruit weight, fat, protein, fiber, pectin, β-carotene and edible rate) of pumpkin in Southern China, this study investigated the physical and chemical properties and texture of raw and steamed pumpkins of 13 Miben series varieties. Miben pumpkins were frozen at-40 ℃ for 24 h, or at-4 ℃ for 24 h, or were steamed for 15 min in boiling water to investigate the effect of different treatments on the textural change, and to reveal the texture and sensory properties of the different varieties. A total of 13 pumpkin varieties of Miben series CP1578, CP2116, XM2-2,Baimi II, Guangmi I, Guangzhouluxia, Jintong, Laojinhanzaoshu, Quanguanjixiang,Newzuhe III, V pumpkin, Zaoshutianmi and Daguomiben were involved in this study.The results showed that the Miben series pumpkins had significant difference in physical properties. The editable rate of Miben series pumpkins was higher than77%. Chemical properties varied among different varieties. Textures of pumpkin flesh after different processes were different. 16BrDDB1A maintains regular growth of Chinese cabbage via UV tolerance显示文摘Normal plant growth and development ensures the timely maturity and expected yield of crops.The repair mechanism of genome damage under adverse circumstances is essential for maintaining regular plant growth.Herein,two allelic growth retardation mutants of Chinese cabbage,grm1 and grm2,were obtained from EMS-mutagenized populations of wild-type'FT'isolated-cultured microspores and seeds,respectively.Both mutants stably inherited and exhibited stunted growth with smaller leafy-heads.Genetic analysis and allelism test manifested that the mutated trait was triggered by a same single recessive nuclear gene.Via BSR-Seq,Brgrm1 was mapped to a target region including 20 genes on chromosome A09.Whole-genome re-sequencing revealed that BraA09g024830.3C in grm1 had a single base(A)deletion in the 17th exon,leading to a termination codon(TAG).Genotyping showed that the mutated phenotype co-segregated with the InDel in recombinants of the closest linkage markers.In addition,cloning of BraA09g024830.3C in grm2 found that a base substitution(G-A)occurred in the last base of the 1st intron causing an additional 263-bp retention in coding sequences,which in turn led to a termination codon(TAA).BraA09g024830.3C(BrDDB1A)is a homolog of Arabidopsis thaliana Damaged DNA Binding Protein 1A(DDB1A),a key gene of UV tolerance involved in DNA damage repair.The two mutants exhibited normal plant growth identical with wild-type under an extremely low UV radiation.Our results demonstrated that BrDDB1A contributes to maintaining regular plant growth in Chinese cabbage,which provide insights into elucidating the molecular mechanism underlying Chinese cabbage growth and development.Meidi Zhang Jiaqi Zou Shengnan Huang Wei Fu Yue Gao Gaoyang Qu Yonghui Zhao Ying Zhao Zhiyong Liu Hui Feng 2022Vegetable Research2022,2,1:0
17Fine mapping of Brebm6,a gene conferring the early-bolting phenotype in Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa ssp.pekinensis)显示文摘In flowering plants,bolting signals the transition from vegetative to reproductive growth,and it is consequently an important agronomic trait for the stalk-use Chinese cabbage Baicaitai.There is an urgent need to create germplasm resources for Chinese cabbage that have easy bolting characteristics.In this investigation,early bolting mutant 6(ebm6)was created by treating Chinese cabbage double haploid(DH)'FT'seeds with an ethyl methanesulfonate(EMS)solution.Phenotypic analysis showed that the mutant ebm6 flowered remarkably earlier than the wild-type'FT'.Genetic analysis indicated that this early bolting trait was controlled by a recessive nuclear gene.In mutant ebm6,the causal gene BraA02g003340.3C(BrFLC2)was predicted using MutMap and Kompetitive Allele Specific PCR genotyping(KASP),as the gene encodes a MADSbox transcription factor.The 3259-bp BrFLC2 gene possessed seven exons and six introns,and in the first exon,a single nucleotide C-to-T substitution in the highly conserved MADS-box domain resulted in the premature termination of translation of the BrFLC2 protein sequence.This research supported a critical role of BrFLC2 in controlling flowering time in B.rapa.The early flowering ebm6 mutant could also be a useful material in Baicaitai breeding.Wei Fu Shengnan Huang Zhiyong Liu Yue Gao Meidi Zhang Nan Wang Gaoyang Qu Hui Feng 2021Vegetable Research2021,1,1:0
18Complete transthoracic resection of giant posterior mediastinal goiter: A case report and review of the surgical approaches显示文摘Intrathoracic goiter(IG) is commonly located in the anterior mediastinum. Here, we report the case of a 54-year-old Chinese woman with successful removal of an intrathoracic goiter and improvement of dyspnea by a right posterolateral thoracotomy approach.
