1A study on relationship of nitric oxide,oxidation,peroxidation,lipoperoxidation with chronic cholecystitis显示文摘AIM To study relationship of injury induced bynitric oxide,oxidation,peroxidation,lipoperoxidation with chronic cholecystitis.METHODS The values of plasma nitric oxide(P-NO),plasma vitamin C(P-VC),plasma vitamin E(P-VE),plasma β-carotene(P-β-CAR),plasmalipoperoxides(P-LPO),erythrocyte superoxidedismutase(E-SOD),erythrocyte catalase(E-CAT),erythrocyte glutathione peroxidase(E-GSH-Px)activities and erythrocyte lipoperoxides(E-LPO)level in 77 patients with chronic cholecystitisand 80 healthy control subjects were determined,differences of the above average values betweenthe patient group and the control group anddifferences of the average values betweenpreoperative and postoperative patients wereanalyzed and compared,linear regression andcorrelation of the disease course with the abovedetermination values as well as the stepwiseregression and correlation of the course with thevalues were analyzed.RESULTS Compared with the control group,theaverage values of P-NO,P-LPO,E-LPO weresignificantly increased(P<0.01),and of P-VC, P-VE,P-β-CAR,E-SOD,E-CAT and E-GSH-Pxdecreased(P<0.01)in the patient group.Theanalysis of the linear regression and correlationshowed that with prolonging of the course,thevalues of P-NO,P-LPO and E-LPO in the patientswere gradually ascended and the values of P-VC,P-VE,P-β-CAR,E-SOD,E-CAT and E-GSH-Pxdescended(P<0.01).The analysis of thestepwise regression and correlation indicated thatthe correlation of the course with P-NO,P-VE andP-β-CAR values was the closest.Compared withthe preoperative patients,the average values of P-NO,P-LPO and E-LPO were significantlydecreased(P<0.01)and the average values of P-VC,E-SOD,E-CAT and E-GSH-Px in postoperativepatients increased(P<0.01)in postoperativepatients.But there was no significant difference inthe average values of P-VE,P-β-CAR preoperativeand postoperative patients.CONCLUSION Chronic cholecystitis could inducethe increase of nitric oxide,oxidation,peroxidation and lipoperoxidation.Jun Fu Zhou Dong Cai You Gen Zhu Jin Lu Yang Cheng Hong Peng Yang Hai Yu 2000World Journal of Gastroenterology2000,6,4:36

3Oxidative Stress before and after Operation in Patients with Chronic Cholecystitis Containing Gallstone显示文摘To study the relationship of oxidative, antioxidative constituents and antioxidases in blood with chronic cholecystitis containing gallstone, levels of lipoperoxides (LPO), nitric oxide (NO), vitamin C(VC), vitamin E (VE) and β carotene (β CAR) in plasma as well as level of LPO, activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) in erythrocytes were investigated by spectrophotometric assay in 107 patients with this condition (PCg) and 100 healthy volunteers (HVs). Compared with HVs group, the average value of LPO and NO in plasma and that of LPO in erythrocytes of PCg group were significantly increased ( P <0.0001), while that of VC, VE and β CAR in plasma and the average activities of SOD, CAT and GSH Px in erythrocytes were significantly decreased ( P <0.0001). Linear regression and correlation analysis for 107 preoperative PCg showed that the value of LPO and NO in plasma and that of LPO in erythrocytes of PCg gradually increased ( P <0.0001), representing a significant linear positive correlation. The value of VC, VE and β CAR in plasma and that of SOD, CAT and GSH Px in erythrocytes of PCg gradually decreased ( P <0.0001), representing a significant linear negative correlation. Stepwise regression and correlation analysis for 107 preoperative PCg suggested that the closest correlation was observed between the course of disease and the value of NO and VC in plasma and that of SOD, GSH Px and LPO in erythrocytes, r =0.7306, F =32.1408, P <0.0001. Compared with the preoperative PCg group, the average value of LPO and NO in plasma and that of LPO in erythrocytes of the postoperative PCg group were significantly decreased ( P <0.0001). Furthermore, the average value of VC in plasma and that of SOD, CAT and GSH Px in erythrocytes of the postoperative PCg group were significantly increased ( P <0.0001), whereas no significant difference was found between their average value of VE and β CAR in plasma. These findings suggested that oxidative stress was an aggravating pathological condition in PCg group. 5Monitoring result analyses of high slope of five-step ship lock in the Three Gorges Project显示文摘The construction of the double-lane fi ve-step ship lock of the Three Gorges Project(TGP)was commenced in 1994,the excavation of the ship lock was completed by the end of 1999,and the ship lock was put in operation in June 2003.The side slopes of the ship lock are characterized by great height(170 m),steepness(70 m in height of upright slope),and great length(over 7000 m in total length).In association with the ship lock,the surrounding rocks in slope have a high potential to deform,with which the magnitude of deformation is restricted.Monitoring results show that the deformation of the fi ve-step ship lock high slopes of the TGP primarily occurred in excavation period,and deformation tended to be stable and convergent during operation period,suggesting the allowable ranges of deformation.At present,the slopes and lock chambers are stable,and the ship lock works well under normal operation condition,enabling the social and economic bene fi ts of the TGP.Qixiang Fan Hongbing Zhu Jun Gen 2015Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2015,7,2:4
6A Splitting Primal-dual Proximity Algorithm for Solving Composite Optimization Problems显示文摘Our work considers the optimization of the sum of a non-smooth convex function and a finite family of composite convex functions, each one of which is composed of a convex function and a bounded linear operator. This type of problem is associated with many interesting challenges encountered in the image restoration and image reconstruction fields. We developed a splitting primal-dual proximity algorithm to solve this problem. Furthermore, we propose a preconditioned method, of which the iterative parameters are obtained without the need to know some particular operator norm in advance. Theoretical convergence theorems are presented. We then apply the proposed methods to solve a total variation regularization model, in which the L2 data error function is added to the L1 data error function. The main advantageous feature of this model is its capability to combine different loss functions. 10A multi-center study on Molecular Epidemiology of Human Respiratory Syncytial Virus from Children with Acute Lower Respiratory Tract Infections in the Mainland of China between 2015 and 2019显示文摘Human respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) is a major pathogen of acute lower respiratory tract infection among young children. To investigate the prevalence and genetic characteristics of RSV in China, we performed a molecular epidemiological study during 2015–2019. A total of 964 RSV-positive specimens were identified from 5529 enrolled patients during a multi-center study. RSV subgroup A(RSV-A) was the predominant subgroup during this research period except in2016. Totally, 535 sequences of the second hypervariable region(HVR-2) of the G gene were obtained. Combined with182 Chinese sequences from GenBank, phylogenetic trees showed that 521 RSV-A sequences fell in genotypes ON1(512),NA1(6) and GA5(3), respectively;while 196 RSV-B sequences fell in BA9(193) and SAB4(3). ON1 and BA9 were the only genotypes after December 2015. Genotypes ON1 and BA9 can be separated into 10 and 7 lineages, respectively. The HVR-2 of genotype ON1 had six amino acid changes with a frequency more than 10%, while two substitutions H258 Q and H266 L were co-occurrences. The HVR-2 of genotype BA9 had nine amino acid substitutions with a frequency more than10%, while the sequences with T290 I and T312 I were all from 2018 to 2019. One N-glycosylation site at 237 was identified among ON1 sequences, while two N-glycosylation sites(296 and 310) were identified in the 60-nucleotide duplication region of BA9. To conclusion, ON1 and BA9 were the predominant genotypes in China during 2015–2019. 11Critical Speeds of Electric Vehicles for Regenerative Braking显示文摘Efficient regenerative braking of electric vehicles(EVs)can enhance the efficiency of an energy storage system(ESS)and reduce the system cost.To ensure swift braking energy recovery,it is paramount to know the upper limit of the regenerative energy during braking.Therefore,this paper,based on 14 typical urban driving cycles,proposes the concept and principle of confidence interval of“probability event”and“likelihood energy”proportion of braking.The critical speeds of EVs for braking energy recovery are defined and studied through case studies.First,high-probability critical braking speed and high-energy critical braking speed are obtained,compared,and analyzed,according to statistical analysis and calculations of the braking randomness and likelihood energy in the urban driving cycles of EVs.Subsequently,a new optimized ESS concept is proposed under the frame of a battery/ultra-capacitor(UC)hybrid energy storage system(HESS)combined with two critical speeds.The battery/UC HESS with 9 UCs can achieve better regenerative braking performances and discharging performances,which indicates that a minimal amount of UCs can be used as auxiliary power source to optimize the ESS.After that,the efficiency regenerative braking model,including the longitudinal dynamics,motor,drivetrain,tire,and wheel slip models,is established.Finally,parameters optimization and performance verification of the optimized HESS are implemented and analyzed using a specific EV.Research results emphasize the significance of the critical speeds of EVs for regenerative braking.Xianxu Bai Gen Chen Weihan Li Rui Jia Liang Xuan Anding Zhu Jingchang Wang 2021Automotive Innovation2021,4,2:1

Any unbounded orbit of the dynamic system can be controlled to become a bounded periodic orbit by adding a periodic step excitation to the system. By using a nonlinear feedback control law presented in this paper the chaos of the dynamic system with excitation and damping is stabilized.
