However, the high-cost and poor CO-tolera nee ability of the most commonly used Pt greatly block this process. To in crease the utilizatio n efficie ncy and exte nd bifunctional properties of precious Pt, herei n, coral-like Pt3Ag nano crystals are developed as an excelle nt bifunctional electrocatalyst through a facile one-pot solvothermal method. The formation mechanism of Ptgg nanocorals has been elaborated well via a series of control experiments. It is proved that 1-naphthol serving as a guiding surfactant plays a key role in the formation of high-quality nano corals. Thanks to the unique coral-like structure and alloy effects, the developed Ptgg nano corals present sign ificantly enhanced electrocatalytic properties (including activity, stability and CO-toleranee ability) towards both the cathodic oxygen reduction and anodic formic acid oxidati on, as compared with those of commercial Pt black and Pt-based nan oparticles. | 17 | Nitrogen vacancies enriched Ce-doped Ni_(3)N hierarchical nanosheets triggering highly-efficient urea oxidation reaction in urea-assisted energy-saving electrolysis显示文摘Urea oxidation reaction (UOR),which has favorable thermodynamic energy barriers compared with oxygen evolution reaction (OER),can provide more cost-effective electrons for the renewable energy systems,but is trapped by its sluggish UOR kinetics and intricate reaction intermediates formation/desorption process.Herein,we report a novel and effective electrocatalyst consisting of carbon cloth supported nitrogen vacancies-enriched Ce-doped Ni_(3)N hierarchical nanosheets (Ce-Ni_(3)N @CC) to optimize the flat-footed UOR kinetics,especially the stiff rate-determine CO_(2)desorption step of UOR.Upon the introduction of valance state variable Ce,the resultant nitrogen vacancies enriched Ce-Ni_(3)N @CC exhibits an enhanced UOR performance where the operation voltage requires only 1.31 V to deliver the current density of 10 mA cm^(-2),which is superior to that of Ni_(3)N @CC catalyst (1.36 V) and other counterparts.Density functional theory (DFT) results demonstrate that the incorporation of Ce in Ni_(3)N lowers the formation energy of nitrogen vacancies,resulting in rich nitrogen vacancies in Ce-Ni_(3)N @CC.Moreover,the nitrogen vacancies together with Ce doping optimize the local charge distribution around Ni sites,and balance the adsorption energy of CO_(2)in the rate-determining step (RDS),as well as affect the initial adsorption structure of urea,leading to the superior UOR catalytic performance of Ce-Ni_(3)N @CC.When integrating the Ce-Ni_(3)N catalyst in UOR//HER and UOR//CO_(2)R flow electrolyzer,both of them perform well with low operation voltage and robust long-term stability,proofing that the thermodynamically favorable UOR can act as a suitable substitute anodic reaction compared with that of OER.Our findings here not only provide a novel UOR catalyst but also offer a promising design strategy for the future development of energy-related devices. | Meng Li Xiaodong Wu Kun Liu Yifan Zhang Xuechun Jiang Dongmei Sun Yawen Tang Kai Huang Gengtao Fu | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,6: | 1 |

| 20 | The study of anti-hepatitis drug dimethyl dicarboxylate biphenyl on invasion of human hepatocellular carcinoma MHCC97-H cells and its active mechanisms显示文摘Objective: To assess the anti-invasive effect of DDB and its possible active mechanism in human hepatocellular carcinoma MHCC97-H with high metastasis potential. Methods: MTT assay was used to evaluate the cytotoxicity of DDB to MHCC97-H cells and the anti-adhesion of DDB on MHCC97-H cells to laminin (LN) and fibronectin (FN). The anti-invasive effect of DDB was detected by the transwell chamber experiment. VEGF, nm23-H1 and uPAR mRNA transcriptions were determined by RT-PCR assay. The secretion and expression of α-fetal protein (AFP) were analyzed by ELISA and flow cytometry, respectively. Results: DDB at non-cytotoxic concentrations (10, 50 and 100 μmol/L) obviously inhibited the adhe- sion of MHCC97-H on LN and FN. In the transwell chamber experiment, the inhibition rates of the invasion of DDB 50 and 100 μmol/L on MHCC97-H cells were 25.8% and 32.3%, respectively. By RT-PCR assay, DDB 50 and 100 μmol/L decreased VEGF, nm23-H1 and uPAR mRNA expressions in MHCC97-H cells. The ELISA assay showed that 50, 100 and 200 μmol/L DDB decreased the AFP secretion of MHCC97-H cells, the inhibitory rates were 16.5%, 17.5% and 48.5%, respectively. DDB also decreased the expression of AFP in MHCC97-H cells by flow cytometry assay.
