2Rehabilitation and Sustainable Use Pattern of Rocky-desertified Land in Southwest China’s Poverty-stricken Karst Mountainous Areas——A Case Study in Benggu Township, Xichou County, Yunnan, China显示文摘The rocky desert in a karst area directly causes the lack of soil, water and forest, hence leading to the poverty there. In 1990, the villagers from the Muzhe Village in Benggu Township, Xichou County, Yunnan declared a war against rocky desert in an attempt to ask the fields for more yields. They invented a distinctive land rehabilitation and sustainable use pattern called “transforming heavenand earth” that had been practiced in Southwest China’s karst areas. The key mechanism of the pattern was to develop terraced fields with well conserved soil, water and fertility by exploding rocks in the fields, building stone walls, gathering more soil, and improving soil quality and productivity for the fields in combination with building of irrigation facilities and roads, as well as with forestation and agriculture structure adjustment. The purpose of the pattern was to alleviate poverty in the karst areas by improving soil productivity and promoting agriculturaldevelopment. A typical area was studied with the help of Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and the pattern was carried out there for fifteen years, have produced excellent ecological benefits and good economic benefits. 5Can semipermeable membranes coating materials influence in vivo performance for paliperidone tri-layer ascending release osmotic pump tablet:In vitro evaluation and in vivo pharmacokinetics study显示文摘One purpose of this study was to develop a paliperidone(PAL)tri-layer ascending release pushepull osmotic pump(TA-PPOP)tablet which could meet the needs of clinical applications.And another purpose was to investigate whether different coating materials influenced in vivo performance of TA-PPOP.The ascending release mechanism of this trilayer delivery system on theory was elaborated.TA-PPOP was prepared by means of coating with cellulose acetate(CA)or ethyl cellulose(EC).Several important influence factors such as different core tablet compositions and different coating solution ingredients involved in the formulation procedure were investigated.The optimization of formulation and process was conducted by comparing different in vitro release behaviors of PAL.In vitro dissolution studies indicated that both the two formulations of different coating materials were able to deliver PAL at an ascending release rate during the whole 24 h test.The in vivo pharmacokinetics study showed that both self-made PPOP tablets with different coating had a good in vitro-in vivo correlation(IVIVC)and were bioequivalent with the brand product,which demonstrated no significant influence of the coating materials on the in vivo release acceleration of TA-PPOP.Guangjing Li Yongjun Wang Hongming Chen Donglei Leng Panqin Ma Yanjie Dong Lifang Gao Zhonggui He 2015Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2015,10,2:4
6Development and validation of a rapid and sensitive UHPLCeMS/MS method for the determination of paliperidone in beagle dog plasma显示文摘In order to evaluate the pharmacokinetic profile of paliperidone extended-release tablets in vivo,a simple and rapid ultra-high performance liquid chromatographyetandem mass spectrometry(UHPLCeMS/MS)method was developed and validated for the determination of paliperidone in beagle dog plasma.Paliperidone and diazepam(internal standard)were extracted from plasma samples with diethyl ether,and then separated on a C_(18) column(2.1×50 mm,2.6 mm)under gradient elution with methanol-0.1%formic acid at a flow rate of 0.3 ml/min.The compounds were detected using a triple-quadrupole mass spectrometer equipped with an electrospray ionization(ESI)source.The validated method was linear over the concentration range of 1.00-1000.00 ng/ml and the lower limit of quantitation was 1.00 ng/ml.The intra-day and inter-day precision values were not more than 15%(relative standard deviation<20%at low levels),while the accuracy was within±10%of nominal values.The validated UHPLC-MS/MS method was successfully applied to an oral pharmacokinetic study of paliperidone extended-release tablets in a beagle dog.Hongming Chen Longshan Zhao Guangjing Li Donglei Leng Panqin Ma Lijin Tong Tianhong Zhang 2014Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2014,9,5:3

9High level of preoperative serum fibrinogen is a predictor of poor prognosis in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘Objective This study aimed to elucidate the association between the level of preoperative serum fibrinogen(PSF)and the prognosis of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Methods From January 2010 to December 2016,all patients diagnosed with ESCC who underwent surgery in Qingdao Municipal Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Moreover,the fibrinogen levels of all patients were assessed before surgery,and hyperfibrinogenemia was diagnosed when the fibrinogen level was≥4.0 g/L.The impact of PSF on disease-free survival(DFS)and overall survival(OS)was analyzed using the log-rank method and Cox proportional hazards regression model.P value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results A total of 336 patients were finally analyzed,and approximately 102 patients(30.36%)were diagnosed with hyperfibrinogenemia before surgery.Hyperfibrinogenemia was associated with older age(≥70 years)(P=0.012),advanced pathological T stage(P=0.003),and lymph node involvement(P=0.024).Univariate analysis showed that patients with hyperfibrinogenemia had shorter DFS(1.96 years vs.3.64 years,P=0.001)and OS(2.27 years vs.4.15 years,P<0.001)than patients without hyperfibrinogenemia.Multivariate analysis confirmed that PSF was an independent factor affecting DFS(risk ratio[RR]:1.35,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.02-1.79,P=0.038)and OS(RR:1.37,95%CI:1.03-1.83,P=0.034)in patients with ESCC.Conclusion For patients with operable ESCC,hyperfibrinogenemia had poor prognosis.Moreover,PSF is an independent prognostic factor for operable ESCC.Chengcheng Shi Xiaofeng Xu Yuan Zhang Zhanfa Sun Guangjing Wang 2020Oncology and Translational Medicine2020,6,5:1

11An Improved Stator Flux Observation Method of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor显示文摘The stator flux and electromagnetic torque observation is the basis of direct torque controlled permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM) drive system. However,the traditional stator flux observer based on voltage model is affected by integral initial values and integral drift,that based on current model is affected by the parameters of PMSM,so a new stator flux observation method is proposed based on an improved secondorder generalized integrator( SOGI). Compared to the stator flux observation method based on the conventional SOGI,the proposed method can not only overcome the influence of integral initial values and integral drift,but also completely eliminate the DC offset's influence. Therefore,the observation accuracy of stator flux is further improved. 18No-cooperative games for multiple emergency locations in resource scheduling显示文摘When an emergency happens, the scheduling of relief resources to multiple emergency locations is a realistic and intricate problem, especially when the available resources are limited. A non-cooperative games model and an algorithm for scheduling of relief resources are presented. In the model, the players correspond to the multiple emergency locations, strategies correspond to all resources scheduling and the payoff of each emergency location corresponds to the reciprocal of its scheduling cost. Thus, the optimal results are determined by the Nash equilibrium point of this game. Then the iterative algorithm is introduced to seek the Nash equilibrium point.
