1Dual-comb spectroscopy resolved three-degreeof-freedom sensing显示文摘Precise and fast determination of position and orientation, which is normally achieved by distance and angle measurements, has broad applications in academia and industry. We propose a dynamic three-degree-of-freedom measurement technique based on dual-comb interferometry and a self-designed grating-corner-cube(GCC) combined sensor. Benefiting from its unique combination of diffraction and reflection characteristics, the absolute distance, pitch, and yaw of the GCC sensor can be determined simultaneously by resolving the phase spectra of the corresponding diffracted beams. We experimentally demonstrate that the method exhibits a ranging precision(Allan deviation) of 13.7 nm and an angular precision of 0.088 arcsec, alongside a 1 ms reaction time. The proposed technique is capable of precise and fast measurement of distances and two-dimensional angles over long stand-off distances. 2Dual-Comb Ranging显示文摘Absolute distance measurement is a fundamental technique in mobile and large-scale dimensional metrology.Dual-comb ranging is emerging as a powerful tool that exploits phase resolution and frequency accuracy for high-precision and fast-rate distance measurement.Using two coherent frequency combs,dual-comb ranging allows time and phase response to be measured rapidly.It breaks through the limitations related to the responsive bandwidth,ambiguity range,and dynamic measurement characteristics of conventional ranging tools.This review introduces dual-comb ranging and summarizes the key techniques for realizing this ranging tool.As optical frequency comb technology progresses,dualcomb ranging shows promise for various professional applications.Zebin Zhu Guanhao Wu 2018Engineering2018,4,6:6
3Hybrid undulatory kinematics of a robotic Mackerel(Scomber scombrus):Theoretical modeling and experimental investigation显示文摘Fishes that use undulatory locomotion occasionally change their inherent kinematics in terms of some natural behavior.This special locomotion pattern was vividly dubbed 'hybrid kinematics' by biologists recently.In this paper,we employed a physical model with body shape of a Mackerel(Scomber scombrus),to use the three most typical undulatory kinematics:anguillform,carangiform and thunniform,to investigate the hydrodynamic performance of the so-called 'hybrid kinematics' biological issue.Theoretical models of both kinematics and hydrodynamics of the physical model swimming were developed.Base on this model,the instantaneous force produced by fish undulatory body and flapping tail were calculated separately.We also quantitatively measured the hydrodynamic variables of the robotic model swimming with the three undulatory kinematics on an experimental apparatus.The results of both theoretical model and experiment showed that the robot with thunniform kinematics not only reaches a higher speed but also is more efficient during steady swimming mode.However,anguilliform kinematics won the speed race during the initial acceleration.Additionally,the digital particle image velocimetry(DPIV) results showed some difference of the wake flow generated by the robotic swimmer among the three undulatory kinematics.Our findings may possibly shed light on the motion control of a biomimetic robotic fish and provide certain evidence of why the 'hybrid kinematics' exists within the typical undulatory locomotion patterns.WEN Li WANG TianMiao WU GuanHao LIANG JianHong 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,10:4

15Novel Real-Time Seam Tracking Algorithm Based on Vector Angle and Least Square Method显示文摘Real-time seam tracking can improve welding quality and enhance welding efficiency during the welding process in automobile manufacturing.However,the teaching-playing welding process,an off-line seam tracking method,is still dominant in automobile industry,which is less flexible when welding objects or situation change.A novel real-time algorithm consisting of seam detection and generation is proposed to track seam.Using captured 3D points,space vectors were created between two adjacent points along each laser line and then a vector angle based algorithm was developed to detect target points on the seam.Least square method was used to fit target points to a welding trajectory for seam tracking.Furthermore,the real-time seam tracking process was simulated in MATLAB/Simulink.The trend of joint angles vs.time was logged and a comparison between the off-line and the proposed seam tracking algorithm was conducted.Results show that the proposed real-time seam tracking algorithm can work in a real-time scenario and have high accuracy in welding point positioning.Guanhao Liang Qingsheng Luo Zhuo Ge Xiaoqing Guan 2017Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2017,26,2:1
