1Geophysical methods for the study of sedimentary cycles显示文摘We present the wavelet depth-frequency analysis and variable-scale frequency cycle analysis methods to study sedimentary cycles.The spectrum analysis,variable-scale frequency cycle analysis, and wavelet depth-frequency analysis methods are mainly discussed to distinguish sedimentary cycles of different levels.The spectrum analysis method established the relationship between the spectrum characteristics and the thickness and number of sedimentary cycles.Both the variable-scale frequency cycle analysis and the wavelet depth-frequency analysis are based on the wavelet transform.The variable-scale frequency cycle analysis is used to obtain the relationship between the periodic changes of frequency in different scales and sedimentary cycles,and the wavelet depth-frequency analysis is used to obtain the relationship between migration changes of frequency energy clusters and sedimentary cycles. 3Fluid Property Discrimination in Dolostone Reservoirs Using Well Logs显示文摘The Ordovician Majiagou Formation is one of the main gas-producing strata in the Ordos Basin,China.The identification of hydrocarbon-bearing intervals via conventional well logs is a challenging task.This study describes the litholog of Ma 5(Member 5 of Majiagou Formation)dolostones,and then analyzes the responses of various conventional well logs to the presences of natural gas.The lithology of the gas bearing layers is dominantly of the dolomicrite to fine to medium crystalline dolomite.Natural gas can be produced from the low resistivity layers,and the dry layers are characterized by high resistivities.Neutron-density crossovers are not sensitive to the presences of natural gas.In addition,there are no significant increases in sonic transit times in natural gas bearing layers.NMR(nuclear magnetic resonance)logs,DSI(Dipole Sonic Imager)logs and borehole image logs(XRMI)are introduced to discriminate the fluid property in Majiagou dolostone reservoirs.The gas bearing intervals have broad NMR T2(transverse relaxation time)spectrum with tail distributions as well as large T2gm(T2 logarithmic mean values)values,and the T2 spectrum commonly display polymodal behaviors.In contrast,the dry layers and water layers have low T2gm values and very narrow T2 spectrum without tails.The gas bearing layers are characterized by low Vp/Vs ratios,low Poisson’s ratios and low P-wave impedances,therefore the fluid property can be discriminated using DSI logs,and the interpretation results show good matches with the gas test data.The apparent formation water resistivity(AFWR)spectrum can be derived from XRMI image logs by using the Archie’s formula in the flushed zone.The gas bearing layers have broad apparent formation water resistivity spectrum and tail distributions compared with the dry and water layers,and also the interpretation results from the image logs exhibit good agreement with the gas test data.The fluid property in Majiagou dolostone reservoirs can be discriminated through NMR logs,DSI logs and borehole image logs.This study helps establish a predictable model for fluid property in dolostones,and have implications in dolostone reservoirs with similar geological backgrounds worldwide.WANG Guiwen LAI Jin LIU Bingchang FAN Zhuoying LIU Shichen SHI Yujiang ZHANG Haitao CHEN Jing 2020Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,3:4
4Study of sedimentary sequence cycles by well-seismic calibration显示文摘In order to solve the problems of the fine division of sedimentary sequence cycles and their change in two-dimensional space as well as lateral extension contrast, we developed a method of wavelet depth-frequency analysis. The single signal and composite signal of different Milankovitch cycles are obtained by numerical simulation. The simulated composite signal can be separated into single signals of a single frequency cycle. We also develop a well-seismic calibration insertion technology which helps to realize the calibration from the spectrum characteristics of a single well to the seismic profile. And then we determine the change and distribution characteristics of spectrum cycles in the two-dimensional space. 5Jurassic Black Shales Facies from Qiangtang Basin (Northern Tibet): Rare Earth and Trace Elements for Paleoceanographic Implications显示文摘The Biluo Co and Amdo 114 station, northern Tibet, cropping out the Early Toarcian and Middle-Late Tithonian (Jurassic) organic-rich black shales, have been a focus to petroleum geologists in discussing their oil-producing potential. This paper first reports the trace elements and rare earth elements to discuss the paleoenvironments, redox conditions and sedimentary mechanisms of those black shales. Both sections exhibit variation in trace element abundances with concentrations <0.1 ppm to 760 ppm, mostly enriched in V, Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, Mo, Ba and U. Element ratios of Ni/Co, V/Cr, U/Th and V/(V+Ni) plus U were used to identify redox conditions. The shale-normalized rare earth element (REE) patterns are characterized by the flat-shale type with instable Ce anomalies and very weekly positive Eu anomalies. Positive Ceanom values are significant with values varying between - 0.064 and 0.029 in Biluo Co, which may be interpreted as release of REE and input of riverine terrestrial matter with rich Ce (resulting in pH change) during the anoxic conditions. In the middle parts of Amdo 114 station, distinct negative Ceanom values are observed (-0.238 to -0.111) and associated surface water warming were interpreted as being related to a major sea level rise. In contrast, the formation of the black shales in the lower and upper part of the studied succession took place during a cooler (Ceanom values >-0.10), lower surface water productivity, and lower sea-level stage. Thus, we emphasize the role of different factors that control the formation of local and regional black shales. 6Influence of the quickness and duration of De Qi on the analgesic effect of acupuncture in primary dysmenorrhea patients with a cold and dampness stagnation pattern显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the influence of the quickness and duration of De Qi(or Qi arrival) on the analgesic effect of acupuncture in primary dysmenorrhea patients with a cold and dampness stagnation pattern.METHODS: Sixty-eight patients were randomly assigned to the De Qi group(deep needling with thick needles and manipulation, n = 17) or the non-De Qi group(shallow needling with thin needles and no manipulation, n = 51). Both groups underwent needling at Sanyinjiao(SP 6) for 30 min.The visual analogue scale was used to measure the degree of menstrual pain, and the Acupuncture De Qi Clinical Assessment Scale was used to assess De Qi. Only data from patients who experienced actual De Qi were included in the analysis.RESULTS: Thirty-nine patients experienced actual De Qi. Patients who experienced actual De Qi in the De Qi group(n = 14) felt De Qi more rapidly(P =0.028) and for a longer duration(P = 0.04) than patients who experienced actual De Qi in the non-De Qi group(n = 25). Both groups showed a reduction in the visual analogue scale score for pain after treatment. The analgesic effect did not significantly differ between the two groups. The occurrence time of De Qi showed a significant negative correlation with pain reduction at 20 and 30 min after needle removal(P < 0.05). There was no correlation between the duration of De Qi and the therapeutic effect.CONCLUSION: In primary dysmenorrhea patients with a cold and dampness stagnation pattern,quicker onset of De Qi when needling Sanyinjiao(SP 6) achieves a better analgesic outcome. However, a longer duration of De Qi does not affect the degree of analgesia. 7Human pathogenic fungus Trichophyton schoenleinii activates the NLRP3 inflammasome显示文摘The fungus Trichophyton schoenleinii(T.schoenleinii)is the causative agent of Trichophytosis and Tinea favosa of the scalp in certain regions of Eurasia and Africa.Hu-man innate immune system plays an important role in combating with various pathogens including fungi.The inflammasome is one of the most critical arms of host innate immunity,which is a protein complex controlling maturation of IL-1β.To clarify whether T.schoenleinii is able to activate the infl ammasome,we analyzed human monocytic cell line THP-1 for IL-1βproduction upon infec-tion with T.schoenleinii strain isolated from Tinea favosa patients,and rapid IL-1βsecretion from THP-1 cells was observed.Moreover,applying competitive inhibitors and gene specifi c silencing with shRNA,we found that T.sch-oenleinii induced IL-1βsecretion,ASC pyroptosome for-mation as well as caspase-1 activation were all dependent on NLRP3.Cathepsin B activity,ROS production and K+effl ux were required for the infl ammasome activation by T.schoenleinii.Our data thus reveal that the NLRP3 infl am-masome plays an important role in host defense against T.schoenleinii,and suggest that manipulating NLRP3 signaling can be a novel approach for control of diseases caused by T.schoenleinii infection.Hua Li Shuxian Wu Liming Mao Guowei Lei Liping Zhang Ailing Lu Liguo An Guiwen Yang Paride Abliz Guangxun Meng 2013Protein & Cell2013,4,7:3
8Chemo-and Biostratigraphy of the Jurassic Oil Shales from the Qiangtang Basin,Northern Tibet,China:A Case Study of the Toarcian Oceanic Anoxic Event显示文摘The marine oil shales of the Qiangtang Basin, northern Tibet, exposed in the Biluo Co, Tuonamu, Shenglihe and Changsheshan areas are believed to be important petroleum source rocks. This work comprehensively analyzed the carbon isotopes, trace elements, and calcareous nannofosills, ammonites and bivalves of the Biluo Co section in the Qiangtang Basin. The organic carbon isotopes show a positive excursion close to 2.17‰(relative to PDB), which, albeit significantly smaller, may also be associated with other Early Toarcian Oceanic Anoxic Events(T-OAE) in the European epicontinental seas and the Tethyan continental margins. Coinciding with the Early Toarcian transgression, the oxygen deficiency in bottom water had led to dysoxic-anoxic conditions and deposition of black shales lacking benthic fauna. Under such condition, the redox-sensitive trace metals such as Mo, V, Ni, Cr, and U were enriched, in conjunction with high planktonic productivity of Watznaueriaceae calcareous nannofossils. 19Study of a plugging microbial consortium using crude oil as sole carbon source显示文摘A microbial consortium named Y4 capable of producing biopolymers was isolated from petroleum-contaminated soil in the Dagang Oilfield,China.It includes four bacterial strains:Y4-1 (Paenibacillus sp.),Y4-2(Actinomadura sp.),Y4-3(Uncultured bacterium clone)and Y4-4(Brevibacillus sp.).The optimal conditions for the growth of the consortium Y4 were as follows:temperature about 46°C, pH about 7.0 and salinity about 20.0 g/L.The major metabolites were analyzed with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).A comparison was made between individual strains and the microbial consortium for biopolymer production in different treatment processes.The experimental results showed that the microbial consortium Y4 could produce more biopolymers than individual strains,and the reason might be attributed to the synergetic action of strains.The biopolymers were observed with optical and electron microscopes and analyzed by paper chromatography.It was found that the biopolymers produced by the microbial consortium Y4 were insoluble in water and were of reticular structure,and it was concluded that the biopolymers were cellulose.Through a series of simulation experiments with sand cores,it was found that the microbial consortium Y4 could reduce the permeability of reservoir beds,and improve the efficiency of water flooding by growing biomass and producing biopolymers.
