1Effect of aerial spray adjuvant applying on the efficiency of small unmanned aerial vehicle for wheat aphids control显示文摘Small unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)have been widely used in different aspects of modern farming management,including pest and disease control in China in recent years.In this study,the spray performance of a small plant protection UAV at low volume spray was evaluated by adjusting the pesticide dosage and adding aerial spraying adjuvants.Droplet deposition,droplet density,coverage,control effect and pesticide residue from field trials were assessed.In addition,the residue and control effect of UAV spray were compared to manual knapsack at high volume spray.The results showed that,the adjuvant applying improved the efficiency of UAV spray.Also,the adjuvant applying reduced the dosage of imidacloprid by 20%.However,there was no significant difference on initial residue between UAV spray and knapsack spray.Thus,plant protection UAV spraying pesticide by adding appropriate adjuvant showed the ability of improving the pesticide effectiveness by improving the control efficiency,reducing the pesticide dosage and residue.Yanhua Meng Yubin Lan Guiying Mei Yongwang Guo Jianli Song Zhiguo Wang 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,5:13
2Bidirectional role of synthetic musk tonalide as photosensitizer and activator on amino acids:Formation of sensitizer imine at aqueous chemistry interface of skin显示文摘Personal care products(PCPs)inevitably come into contact with the skin in people’s daily life,potentially causing adverse effects on human health.The adverse effects can be exacerbated under UV irradiation but are rarely studied.In this study,to clearly understand the damage of representative PCPs to human skin and their photochemical transformation behaviors,fragrance tonalide(AHTN)was measured in the presence of amino acids as a basic building block of human tissue.The results showed that amino acids could decelerate the photochemical transformation rate of AHTN,increasing the likelihood of AHNT persisting on the skin surface and the health risk to the human being.Further,the interaction between amino acids and AHTN was investigated.AHTN could play bidirectional roles in damaging amino acids:the photosensitizer and reactive activator.As a photosensitizer,the ^(1)O_(2) generated from the AHTN photosensitization was partly employed to oxidative damage amino acids.Furthermore,by combining experiments with quantum chemical computation,the carbonyl group of the activator AHTN was found to be the active site to activate the N-containing group of amino acids.The activation mechanism was the electron transfer between AHTN and amino acids.Imines formed during the photochemical transformation of AHTN with histidine/glycine were the molecular initiating event for potential skin sensitization.This study reported for the first time that skin photosensitizer formation threatens human health during the photochemical transformation of AHTN.Na Luo Yanpeng Gao Mei Wang Xiaolin Niu Guiying Li Taicheng An 2023Eco-Environment & Health2023,2,1:1

4Application of PDCA Cycle in Hand Hygiene Management of Psychiatric Medical Staff显示文摘Objective:To study the application effect of the plan-do-check-act(PDCA)cycle management in the hand hygiene management of psychiatric medical staff.Methods:One hundred and twenty medical staff from a psychiatric hospital from May 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(May 2023 to August 2023)applied the conventional management model,and the observation group(September 2023 to December 2023)applied the PDCA cycle management.The hand hygiene compliance,hand hygiene knowledge,and hygiene qualifications were compared,including the amount of hand sanitizer used.Results:The proportion of medical staff’s hand hygiene compliance and hand hygiene knowledge mastery scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the hand hygiene passing rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the daily amount of hand sanitizer per patient bed and the amount of hand sanitizer used was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA cycle management model for psychiatric medical staff promoted the improvement of hand hygiene compliance and increased their hand hygiene qualifications.It is suitable for further popularization and application in future clinical practice.Li Xiang Weidong Liu Guiying Chen Mei Liu 2024Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2024,8,3:0
