2Signal Processing of the Area-Target for a Short-Range Radar显示文摘This paper presents a multi-component frequency modulation (FM) signal model for short-range radar based on the multi-points scattering model of a target, and proves that the method of computing the instantaneous frequency of single frequency is not suitable to the multi-component signal. The method of TLS-ESPRIT combining the mathematical statistics is presented for obtaining the multi-component signal instantaneous frequency (IF). 5Digestive tract reconstruction in pancreaticoduodenectomy in University Hospitals of China: a national questionnaire survey显示文摘Background Pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD)has been widely applied in general hospitals in China;however,there is still a lack of unified standards for each surgical technique and procedure.This survey is intended to investigate the current status of digestive tract reconstruction after PD in university hospitals in China.Method A cross-sectional survey was conducted among the members of the Young Elite Pancreatic Surgery Club of China by using the Questionnaire for Digestive Tract Reconstruction after Pancreaticoduodenectomy.The questionnaire was disseminated and collected by point-to-point communication via WeChat public platforms.Results A total of 73 valid questionnaires were returned from 65 university hospitals in 28 provincial divisions of China's Mainland.The respondents who performed PD surgery with an annual volume of over 100 cases accounted for 63%.Generally,laparoscopic PD was performed less often than open PD.Child and Whipple reconstructions accounted for 70%and 26%,respectively.The sequence of pancreatoenteric,biliary-enteric,and gastrointestinal reconstruction accounted for 84%of cases.In pancreatoenteric anastomosis,double-layer anastomosis is the most commonly employed type,accounting for approximately 67%,while single-layer anastomosis accounts for 30%.Of the double-layer anastomoses,duct-to-mucosa/dunking(94%/4%)PJ was performed with duct-mucosa using the Blumgart method(39%)and Cattel-Warren(29%),with continuous/interrupted sutures in the inner layer(69%/31%)and continuous/interrupted sutures in the outer layer(53%/23%).In single-layer anastomosis,continuous/interrupted sutures accounted for 41%/45%.In hepatojejunostomy,single-layer/double-layer suture accounted for 79%/4%,and continuous/interrupted suture accounted for 75%/9%.Forty-six percent of the responding units had not applied double-layer biliary-intestinal anastomosis in the last 3 years,75%of the responding surgeons chose the anastomosis method according to bile duct diameter,with absorbable/non-absorbable suture accounting for 86%/12%.PD/pylorus-preserving PD accounted for 79%/11%of GJ cases,the distance between GJ and HJ<30 cm,30-50 cm and>50 cm were 11%,75%,and 14%,respectively.Antecolic/retrocolic GJ accounted for 71%/23%of cases.Twenty-two percent of GJ cases employed Braun anastomosis,while 55%and 19%of GJ cases used linear cutting staplers/tube-type staplers,respectively;60%/14%were reinforced/not reinforced via manual suturing after stapler anastomosis.Manual anastomosis in GJ surgery employed absorbable/non-absorbable sutures(91%/9%).Significant differences in reconstruction techniques were detected between different volumes of PD procedures(<100/year and>100/year),regions with different economic development levels,and between north and south China.Conclusion Digestive tract reconstruction following PD exists heterogeneity in Chinese university hospitals.Corresponding prospective clinical studies are needed to determine the consensus on pancreatic surgery that meets the clinical reality in China.Jishu Wei Qiang Xu Yuhua Zhang Jiabin Jin Xiaodong Tian Qiaofei Liu Zipeng Lu Zheng Wang Shanmiao Gou Song Gao Xianlin Han Yefei Rong Niandong Ji Ye Lin Guolin Li Shi Chen Feng Cao Hua Chen Wenming Wu Yupei Zhao the Young Elite Pancreatic Surgery Club of China 2022Journal of Pancreatology2022,5,3:0
6The Effects of Simulated Microgravity on Immune Function of Macrophages显示文摘Since the 1 960 s,many successful space missions have highlighted the advantages and necessity of humans in the exploration of space,but scientists have long worried about the adverse effects of spaceflight on Astronaut.Space flight and models that create conditions similar to those that occur during space flight have been shown to deleteriously affect a variety of immunological responses.The mechanisms and biomedical consequences of these changes remain to be established.Conducting experiments in an environment of true microgravity requires a roundtrip ticket into space,a feat that is both expensive and challenging.Simulated microgravity(SMG)models allow scientists to gather preliminary data without the cost and logistical challenges of spaceflight.The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effects of SMG on immunity function of macrophages that exposed to RPM and RCCS separately.While many studies have demonstrated that alterations occur in the immune system as a result of space travel,the level at which these mechanisms exert their effect,at the level of the mature immune cell or earlier at the progenitor or stem cell stage is not known.In particular,macrophages,as one of the most important immune cells and play a key role in both specific and non-specific immunity,did not have received much attention.Therefore,in our study,we mainly study the influence of microgravity on the immune function of macrophages.In this study,we evaluated the immune dysfunction of macrophages under SMG.Firstly,we found that the morphology and structure of the macrophages were changed,specifically,we observed that there were more protrusions on cell surface and the cells were shrinking significantly after exposure to SMG.Secondly,we demonstrated that under simulated microgravity(SMG)conditions,the phagocytic and proliferative functions of macrophages were significantly reduced.Thirdly,several processes,including surface receptor expression,cytoskeleton,and cytokines secreted were investigated in macrophages under SMG.Phagocytosis is one of the important means for macrophages to exert immune function,and cell surface phagocytosis-related receptors play an important role.Here,we selected four common receptors(TLR2,FcyR1,CD11b and CD 18)to detect.The results indicate that SMG(RPM and RCCS)have a great influence on the expression of surface phagocytosis-related receptors,which may be one of the main reasons for the decline of immune function ofmacrophages.Macrophages exert immune function through phagocytosis,and the cytoskeleton plays an important role in the process of phagocytosis.The results indicate that SMG(RPM and RCCS)have a great influence on the expression of cytoskeleton-related proteins,which provides me with a new idea that SMG may regulate immunity of macrophage by affecting the cytoskeleton.Immune-related cytokines play an important role in macrophage immune process.Here,we selected four common immunocytokine(TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-10)to detect.The change of these four immunocytokine further demonstrate that SMG significantly decline the immunity of macrophage,we must pay enough attention to the impact of SMG on macrophage.The above factors such as the changes of morphology and structure of the macrophages and the decreased expression of Arp2/3 complex related proteins,cytokine secretion,and cell surface receptors may be responsible for the immune dysfunction of macrophages under SMG.Guolin Shi Sufang Wang Wenjuan Zhao Hui Yang 2019医用生物力学2019,34,A01:0
7Computational prediction of Mo_(2)@g-C_(6)N_(6) monolayer as an efficient electrocatalyst for N_(2) reduction显示文摘Electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction reaction(NRR)is an environmentally friendly method for sustainable ammonia synthesis under ambient conditions.Searching for efficient NRR electrocatalysts with high activity and selectivity is currently urgent but remains great challenge.Herein,we systematically investigate the NRR catalytic activities of single and double transition metal atoms(TM=Fe,Co,Ni and Mo)anchored on g-C_(6)N_(6) monolayers by performing first-principles calculation.Based on the stability,activity,and selectivity analysis,Mo_(2)@g-C_(6)N_(6) monolayer is screened out as the most promising candidate for NRR.Further exploration of the reaction mechanism demonstrates that the Mo dimer anchored on g-C_(6)N_(6) can sufficiently activate and efficiently reduce the inert nitrogen molecule to ammonia through a preferred distal pathway with a particularly low limiting potential of -0.06 V.In addition,we find that Mo_(2)@g-C_(6)N_(6) has excellent NRR selectivity over the competing hydrogen evolution reaction,with the Faradaic efficiency being 100%.Our work not only predicts a kind of ideal NRR electrocatalyst but also encouraging more experimental and theoretical efforts to develop novel double-atom catalysts(DACs)for NRR.Jiajun Wang Mengyao Shi Guolin Yi Lu Wang Shulai Lei Ke Xu Shujuan Li Jianshuai Mu 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,10:0
8Variable stiffness wires based on magnetorheological liquid metals显示文摘Magnetorheological fluid(MRF)has shown its great potential in the development of large mechanical devices,such as dampers,shock absorbers,rotary brakes,clutches,and prosthetic joints.Recently,more research focus has been invested on using MRF to develop soft,stretchable,and miniaturized devices with variable stiffness for realizing functionalities that cannot be achieved using solid smart materials.Here,based on liquid metal magnetoactive slurries(LMMS),a variable stiffness wire with excellent electrical conductivity is demonstrated.Without exposure to a magnetic field,the LMMS wire has an extremely low stiffness,and can be easily stretched while maintaining an excellent electrical conductivity.When applying a magnetic field,the wire becomes much stiffer and can retain its shape even under a load.The combination of properties of flexibility,high electrical conductivity,and variable stiffness of the wire is harnessed to make a flexible gripper that can grasp objects of various shapes.Moreover,by using gallium instead of its liquid metal alloys,the tunable stiffness range of the LMMS wire is signifi-cantly enhanced and can be controlled using both external magnetic fields and temperature-induced phase change.The presented LMMS wire has the potential to be applied in flexible electronics,soft robotics and so on.Xiangbo Zhou Jian Shu Hu Jin Hongtai Ren Gang Ma Ning Gong Duan Ge Juan Shi Shi-Yang Tang Guolin Yun Hongda Lu Shuai Dong Xiangpeng Li Shiwu Zhang Weihua Li 2022International Journal of Smart and Nano Materials2022,13,2:0
