1Ecosystem Health Assessment of Honghu Lake Wetland of China Using Artificial Neural Network Approach显示文摘Honghu Lake,located in the southeast of Hubei Province,China,has suffered a severe disturbance during the past few decades.To restore the ecosystem,the Honghu Lake Wetland Protection and Restoration Demonstration Project(HLWPRDP) has been implemented since 2004.A back propagation(BP) artificial neural network(ANN) approach was applied to evaluatinig the ecosystem health of the Honghu Lake wetland.And the effectiveness of the HLWPRDP was also assessed by comparing the ecosystem health before and after the project.Particularly,12 ecosystem health indices were used as evaluation parameters to establish a set of three-layer BP ANNs.The output is one layer of ecosystem health index.After training and testing the BP ANNs,an optimal model of BP ANNs was selected to assess the ecosystem health of the Honghu Lake wetland.The result indicates that four stages can be identified based on the change of the ecosystem health from 1990 to 2008 and the ecosystem health index ranges from morbidity before the implementation of HLWPRDP(in 2002) to middle health after the implementation of the HLWPRDP(in 2005).It demonstrates that the HLWPRDP is effective and the BP ANN could be used as a tool for the assessment of ecosystem health.MO Minghao WANG Xuelei WU Houjian CAI Shuming Xiaoyang ZHANG WANG Huiliang 2009Chinese Geographical Science2009,19,4:21

4New friction factor and Nusselt number equations for laminar forced convection of liquid with variable properties显示文摘Friction factor and heat transfer coefficient of liquid flow with variable properties can significantly differ from that with constant properties. Existing equations obtained by regression analysis of experimental data use correction factors to account for variable property effect. They are limited to specific kind of fluid and low or medium temperature differences. The correction factors of the equations for heating and cooling conditions are different. New explicit friction factor and Nusselt number equations for laminar forced convection of liquid with variable properties are derived with a first order approximation of dynamic viscosity-temperature variation. The new equations are applicable to all kinds of liquids and can be used for large temperature differences. Governing equations of laminar forced convection of water and ethanol are numerically solved using computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method and the results are used to verify the derived equations. The derived equations show good predictions of friction factors and Nusselt numbers for both heating and cooling conditions and show more accurate predictions than the existing equations. 5STREAMLINE-BASED MATHEMATICAL MODEL FOR CO2 MISCIBLE FLOODING显示文摘According to the research theory of improved black oil simulator,a practical mathematical model for CO2 miscible flooding was presented.In the model,the miscible process simulation was realized by adjusting oil/gas relative permeability and effective viscosity under the condition of miscible flow.In order to predict the production performancefast,streamline method is employed to solve this model as an alternative to traditional finitedifference methods.Based on streamline distribution of steady-state flow through porous media with complex boundary confirmed with the boundary element method(BEM),an explicit total variation diminishing(TVD)method is used to solve the one-dimensional flow problem.At the same time,influences of development scheme,solvent slug size,and injection periods on CO2 drive recovery are discussed.The model has the advantages of lessinformation need,fast calculation,and adaptation to calculate CO2 drive performance of all kinds of patterns in a random shaped porous media with assembly boundary.It can be aneffective tool for early stage screening and reservoir dynamic management of the CO2miscible oil field.HOUJian 2004Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2004,25,6:1

8IgE Myeloma: the First Report of Chinese Case and a Review of the Literature显示文摘To report a case of IgE myeloma and to compare its clinical features with those reported in the literature. Methods: M-component in serum and urine was determined using celluloseacetate membrane electrophoresis, immunofixation electrophoresis and quantification of immunoglobulins. Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression of IgE and its light chain. Results: A monoclonal peak was detected by cellulose-acetate membrane electrophoresis. The monoclonal band showed on immunofixation electrophoresis the following reactive patterns: positive for A antisera and negative for κ, IgG, IgA, IgM and IgD antisera. The serum immunoglobulin concentrations were: IgG 21.6 g/L, IgA1.2 g/L, IgM 2.64 g/L, κ 7.49 g/L, λ 16.0 g/L, κ/A 0.47. The results of immunohistochemistry showed cytoplasmic expression of IgE immunoglobulin and A light chain in the tumor tissue. 9Highly sensitive colorimetric detection of NH3 based on Au@Ag@AgCl core-shell nanoparticles显示文摘Abstract:As an important component of the atmosphere,ammonia(NH_(3))plays a very important role in maintaining the balance of environment.However,it is also one of the most toxic gases that can cause damage to the human respiratory system and mucous membranes even at low concentrations.As such,development of highly sensitive and selective NH_(3)sensors is of high significance for environmental monitoring and health maintenance.Herein,we have synthesized Au@Ag@Ag Cl core-shell nanoparticles(NPs)by oxidative etching and precipitating Au@Ag core-shell NPs using FeCl3 and further used them as optical probes for the colorimetric detection of NH_(3).The sensing mechanism is based on the fact that the etching of NH_(3)on AgCl and Ag shell leads to the variations of ingredients and core-to-shell ratio of the Au@Ag@AgCl NPs,thereby inducing noticeable spectral and color changes.By replacing the outmost layer of Ag with AgCl,not only is the stability of the sensor against oxygen significantly enhanced,but also is the sensitivity of the method improved.The method exhibits good linear relationship for the detection of NH_(3)from 0 to 5000 mmol/L with the limit of detection of 6.4 mmol/L.This method was successfully applied to the detection of simulated air polluted by NH_(3),indicating its practical applicability for environmental monitoring.This method shows great potential for on-site NH_(3)detection particularly in remote area,where a simple,fast,low-cost,and easy-to-handle method is highly desirable.Zhiwei Qiu Yitong Xue Jiyong Li Yunzhi Zhang Xinyi Liang Congying Wen Houjian Gong Jingbin Zeng 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,9:0
10Rituximab in combination with cyclophosphamide, vincristine, doxorubicin and prednisone for treatment of initially diagnosed diffuse large B cell lymphoma: a multi-center clinical study显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of rituximab combined with cyclophosphamide, vincristine, doxorubicin, and prednisone (CHOP) in treating the initially diagnosed diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBL). METHODS: From Apr.2002 to Feb. 2003, 52 patients were enrolled in this study. Chemotherapy was conducted with cyclophosphamide 600 mg·m^-2, vincristine 1.4 mg·m^-2,doorubicin 25mg·m^-2 on d 1 and prednisone 60 mg·d^-l for successive 5 d (standard CHOP). There were 6 courses, 3 wk each. Rituximab 375 mg·m^-2 was infused once a week, 2 d before the first course of chemotherapy (successive infusion) for 4 times on standard dose or for 6 times on extended dose. Or rituximab was infused once every 3 wk, 2 d before each CHOP (separated infusion) for 4 times on the schedule of standard dose or for 6 times on the extended dose. RESULTS: The complete response (CR) rate (60%) and total effective (100%) were achieved in 50 patients who were evaluated for efficacy, respectively. And among 34 patients in Ann Arbor stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ, 15 patients were completely relieved. The complete effective rate was 44%. Fifty patients were followed-up for (8±s 5) wk, 2-30wk and estimated progress free survival (PFS) rate of 16 wk was 87 %. Standard and extend regimen were not different in effect, as well as the separated or concentrated infusion of rituximab (P>0.05). The regimen could be well tolerated, and the major adverse reactions were infusion-related response (32 % ) and hematological toxicities (20 %).
