| 1 | Inhibitory effect of icariin on expression of myelin inhibitory factors in the central nervous system of rats with focal cerebral ischemia显示文摘Icariin, the major active component of Chinese medicinal herb epimedium brevicornum maxim, is used widely in traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of neurological diseases. However, the effects of icariin on myelin inhibitory factors are as yet unclear. In the present study, administration of icariin at 20 mg/kg showed a marked reduction in neurological deficit of middle cerebral artery occlusion rats. Icariin exhibited better inhibitory effects on myelin inhibitory factors: Nogo-A, myelin-associated glycoprotein and oligodendrocyte myelin glycoprotein in ischemia regions of middle cerebral artery occlusion rats compared with monosialotetrahexosylganglioside. These results indicate that icariin exhibits potent inhibitory effects on expression of myelin inhibitors after middle cerebral artery occlusion-induced focal cerebral ischemia in vivo. | 2 | Geochemistry, U-Pb Geochronology and Sr-Nd-Hf Isotopes of the Early Cretaceous Volcanic Rocks in the Northern Da Hinggan Mountains显示文摘Whole-rock geochemical, zircon U-Pb geochronological and Sr-Nd-Hf isotopic data are presented for the Early Cretaceous volcanic rocks from the northern Da Hinggan Mountains. The volcanic rocks generally display high SiO2(73.19–77.68 wt%) and Na2O+K2O(6.53–8.98 wt%) contents, with enrichment in Rb, Th, U, Pb and LREE, and depletion in Nb, Ta, P and Ti. Three rhyolite samples, one rhyolite porphyry sample, and one volcanic breccia sample yield weighted mean 206Pb/238 U ages of 135.1±1.2 Ma, 116.5±1.1 Ma, 121.9±1.0 Ma, 118.1±0.9 Ma and 116.9±1.4 Ma, respectively. All these rocks have moderate(87Sr/86Sr)i values of 0.704912 to 0.705896, slightly negative εNd(t) values of –1.4 to –0.1, and positive εHf(t) values of 3.7 to 8. Their zircon Hf and whole-rock Nd isotopic model ages range from 594 to 1024 Ma. | 3 | Prediction Model of Coal Reservoir Pressure and its Implication for the Law of Coal Reservoir Depressurization显示文摘The main methods of coalbed methane(CBM)development are drainage and depressurization,and a precise prediction of coal reservoir pressure is thus crucial for the evaluation of reservoir potentials and the formulation of reasonable development plans.This work established a new reservoir pressure prediction model based on the material balance equation(MBE)of coal reservoir,which considers the self-regulating effects of coal reservoirs and the dynamic change of equivalent drainage area(EDA).According to the proposed model,the reservoir pressure can be predicted based on reservoir condition data and the actual production data of a single well.Compared with traditional reservoir pressure prediction models which regard EDA as a fixed value,the proposed model can better predict the average pressure of reservoirs.Moreover,orthogonal experiments were designed to evaluate the sensitivity of reservoir parameters on the reservoir pressure prediction results of this proposed model.The results show that the saturation of irreducible water is the most sensitive parameter,followed by Langmuir volume and reservoir porosity,and Langmuir pressure is the least sensitive parameter.In addition,the pressure drop of reservoirs is negatively correlated with the saturation of irreducible water and the Langmuir volume,while it is positively correlated with porosity.This work analyzed the reservoir pressure drop characteristics of the CBM wells in the Shizhuangnan Block of the Qinshui Basin,and the results show that the CBM reservoir depressurization can be divided into three types,i.e.,rapidly drop type,medium-term stability type,and slowly drop type.The drainage features of wells were reasonably interpreted based on the comprehensive analysis of the reservoir depressurization type;the latter was coupled to the corresponding permeability dynamic change characteristics,eventually proving the applicability of the proposed model. | YAN Xinlu ZHANG Songhang TANG Shuheng LI Zhongcheng WANG Kaifeng YI Yongxiang DANG Feng HU Qiuping | 2019 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,3: | 2 |

| 5 | A Novel Hybrid Model for Gasoline Prices Forecasting Based on Lasso and CNN显示文摘Gasoline is the lifeblood of the national economy.The forecasting of gasoline prices is difficult because of frequent price fluctuations,its complex nature,diverse influencing factors,and low accuracy of prediction results.Previous studies mainly focus on forecasting gasoline prices in a single region by single time series analysis which ignores the daily price co-movement of different series from multiple regions.Because price co-movement may contain useful information for price forecasting,this paper proposes the LassoCNN ensemble model that combines statistical models and deep neural networks to forecast gasoline prices.In this model,the Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator(Lasso)screens and chooses the correlated time series to enhance the performance of forecasting and avoid overfitting,while Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)takes the selected multiple series as its input and then forecasts the gasoline prices in a certain region.Forecasting results of gasoline prices at the national level and regional levels by using the new method demonstrate that the new approach provides more accurate results for the predictions of gasoline prices than those results generated by alternative methods.Thus,the relevant series can enhance the performance of forecasting and help to gain better results. | Hu Yang Xinlu Tian Xin Jin Haijun Wang | 2022 | Journal of Social Computing2022,3,3: | 0 |
| 6 | Structural Control of the Getang Carlin-Type Gold Deposit in Southwest China显示文摘The Getang is a representative Carlin-type gold deposit in Southwest China.It has a proven reserve of about 30 tonnes at an average grade of 5.1 g/t Au.The orebodies occur as strat-abound lenses,and are structurally controlled by shallow NWW-and NE-trending fold-fault systems and the unconformity between the Upper and Middle Permian.In this study,the regional-and deposit-scale structural investigations,joints and finite strain measurements,and stress and dynamic analysis were conducted with an aim to reveal the structural process of the Getang gold deposit and clarify the relationship between the gold mineralization and structures.Three phases of deformation were identified in the deposit:(1)paleokarst was generated by a crustal uplift when the Youjiang Basin experienced extension at the end of the Middle Permian,laying the foundation for the unconformity;(2)the NW-trending structures were formed under a NNE-SSW compression during the Indochina-South China collision(Indosinian orogeny)in Triassic;(3)the NE-trending structures were generated or reactivated under a NW-SE-oriented compression during the Yanshanian intracontinental orogeny.The unconformity recorded two episodes of tectonic evolution in the NNE-SSW and NW-SE directions.Structural analyses and geochronology data suggest that the Getang gold deposit was formed as a result of tectonic transition from compression to extension during the Yanshanian intracontinental orogeny. | Guoping Zeng Xinlu Hu Diwei Luo Jianzhong Liu Shuzhen Yao Yongjie Jin | 2024 | Journal of Earth Science2024,35,2: | 0 |
| 7 | The electronic and optical properties of amorphous silica with hydrogen defects by ab initio calculations显示文摘Hydrogen can be trapped in the bulk materials in four forms:interstitial molecular H_2,interstitial atom H,O^-H^+(2Si=O–H)^+,Si-H^-(4Oˉ≡Si H)^-to affect the electronic and optical properties of amorphous silica.Therefore,the electronic and optical properties of defect-free and hydrogen defects in amorphous silica were performed within the scheme of density functional theory.Initially,the negative charged states hydrogen defects introduced new defect level between the valence band top and conduction band bottom.However,the neutral and positive charged state hydrogen defects made both the valence band and conduction band transfer to the lower energy.Subsequently,the optical properties such as absorption spectra,conductivity and loss functions were analyzed.It is indicated that the negative hydrogen defects caused the absorption peak ranging from 0 to 2.0 e V while the positive states produced absorption peaks at lower energy and two strong absorption peaks arose at 6.9 and 9.0 e V.However,the neutral hydrogen defects just improved the intensity of absorption spectrum.This may give insights into understanding the mechanism of laser-induced damage for optical materials. | Dahua Ren Baoyan Xiang Cheng Hu Kai Qian Xinlu Cheng | 2018 | Journal of Semiconductors2018,39,4: | 0 |
