| 2 | Achieving maximum power transfer of inductively coupled wireless power transfer system based on dynamic tuning control显示文摘As an emerging research field,inductively coupled wireless power transfer(ICWPT) technology has attracted wide spread attention recently.In this paper,the maximum power transfer performances of four basic topologies labeled as SS,SP,PS and PP are investigated.By modeling the equivalent circuits of these topologies in high frequency(HF),the primary resonance compensation capacitances for maximum power transfer capability are deduced.It is found that these capacitances fluctuate with load resistance change,which is disadvantageous to SP,PS and PP topologies and an obstacle to their practical applications as well.To solve this problem,a phase controlled inductor circuit is proposed.By adjusting the triggering angle,the real-time dynamic tuning control can be achieved to guarantee maximum power transfer.Finally,simulations and experiments show that the proposed method is of great effectiveness and reliability to solve the issue of resonance compensation capacitance fluctuation with load change and to guarantee the flexible applications of all topologies. | QIANG Hao HUANG XueLiang TAN LinLin JI QingJing ZHAO JiaMing | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,7: | 23 |
| 3 | Precipitation Chemistry and Corresponding Transport Patterns of Influencing Air Masses at Huangshan Mountain in East China显示文摘One hundred and ten samples of rainwater were collected for chemical analysis at the summit of Huangshan Mountain, a high-altitude site in East China, from July 2010 to June 2011. The volume-weighted-mean(VWM) pH for the whole sampling period was 5.03. SO2-4and Ca2+were the most abundant anion and cation, respectively. The ionic concentrations varied monthly with the highest concentrations in winter/spring and the lowest in summer. Evident inter-correlations were found among most ions, indicating the common sources for some species and fully mixing characteristics of the alpine precipitation chemistry. The VWM ratio of [SO2-4]/[NO-3] was 2.54, suggesting the acidity of rainwater comes from both nitric and sulfuric acids. Compared with contemporary observations at other alpine continental sites in China, the precipitation at Huangshan Mountain was the least polluted, with the lowest ionic concentrations. Trajectories to Huangshan Mountain on rainy days could be classified into six groups. The rainwater with influencing air masses originating in Mongolia was the most polluted with limited effect. The emissions of Jiangxi, Anhui, Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces had a strong influence on the overall rain chemistry at Huangshan Mountain. | 5 | A Strategy for Merging Objective Estimates of Global Daily Precipitation from Gauge Observations, Satellite Estimates, and Numerical Predictions显示文摘This paper describes a strategy for merging daily precipitation information from gauge observations, satellite estimates(SEs), and numerical predictions at the global scale. The strategy is designed to remove systemic bias and random error from each individual daily precipitation source to produce a better gridded global daily precipitation product through three steps.First, a cumulative distribution function matching procedure is performed to remove systemic bias over gauge-located land areas. Then, the overall biases in SEs and model predictions(MPs) over ocean areas are corrected using a rescaled strategy based on monthly precipitation. Third, an optimal interpolation(OI)–based merging scheme(referred as the HL-OI scheme)is used to combine unbiased gauge observations, SEs, and MPs to reduce random error from each source and to produce a gauge—satellite–model merged daily precipitation analysis, called BMEP-d(Beijing Climate Center Merged Estimation of Precipitation with daily resolution), with complete global coverage. The BMEP-d data from a four-year period(2011–14) demonstrate the ability of the merging strategy to provide global daily precipitation of substantially improved quality.Benefiting from the advantages of the HL-OI scheme for quantitative error estimates, the better source data can obtain more weights during the merging processes. The BMEP-d data exhibit higher consistency with satellite and gauge source data at middle and low latitudes, and with model source data at high latitudes. | 6 | Role of JAK-STAT3 signaling pathway during neuronal differentiation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells显示文摘BACKGROUND: Recent studies regarding neuronal differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have primarily focused on induction methods and transplantation in vivo.However,knowledge about the intrinsic regulatory mechanisms underlying neuronal induction of MSCs remains limited and unclear.OBJECTIVE: To elucidate the role of JAK-STAT3 signaling pathway during neuronal differentiationof MSCs using a combination of the JAK-STAT3 signaling inhibitor AG490 and growth factors.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING: Neural,molecular,biomedical,in vitro experiment was performed at the Laboratory of Pharmacology,School of Pharmacy,Nanjing Medical University between Marchand December 2008 MATERIALS: An inhibitor of the JAK-STAT3 signaling pathway was purchased from Calbiochem,USA.Antibody kit for total and phosphorylated STAT3 was purchased from Cell Signaling,USA.METHODS: MSCs from passage 3 were assigned to non-induced,growth factor,and AG490 groups.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE: The number of cells expressing neuron-specific enolase,microtubule-associated protein,and glial fibrillary acidic protein were determined by immunocytochemistry.Total and phosphorylated (Tyr705) expression levels of STAT3 protein were measured by Western blot analysis.RESULTS: MSCs were transdifferentiated into neuronaland astrocyte-like phenotypes throughthe induction of epidermal growth factor,basic fibroblast growth factor,and brain-derived neurotrophic factor.In addition,the JAK-STAT3 signaling pathway was significantly activated during neural differentiation.Expression of phosphorylated (Tyr705) STAT3 was inhibited with AG490 (5 μmol/L) prior to neural induction with epidermal growth factor,basic fibroblast growth factor,and brain-derived neurotrophic factor;proportion of astrocyte-like cells was significantly reduced (P < 0.01),and the proportion of neuronal-like phenotypes was significantly increased (P < 0.01).CONCLUSION: JAK-STAT3 signaling pathway was shown to regulate neuronal induction of bone marrow MSCs.The proportion of MSC-induced neuronal-like cells was increased following treatment with the JAK-STAT3 signaling inhibitor AG490. | Huaiyong Hao Yongguang Wang Feng Cheng Baosheng Huang Heping Tian Xueliang Dai Lixin Li | 2010 | Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,5: | 2 |

| 19 | Transcriptome-wide Dynamics of m^(6)A mRNA Methylation During Porcine Spermatogenesis显示文摘Spermatogenesis is a continual process that occurs in the testes,in which diploid spermatogonial stem cells(SSCs)differentiate and generate haploid spermatozoa.This highly efficient and intricate process is orchestrated at multiple levels.N^(6)-methyladenosine(m^(6)A),an epigenetic modification prevalent in mRNAs,is implicated in the transcriptional regulation during spermatogenesis.However,the dynamics of m^(6)A modification in non-rodent mammalian species remains unclear.Here,we systematically investigated the profile and role of m^(6)A during spermatogenesis in pigs.By analyzing the transcriptomic distribution of m^(6)A in spermatogonia,spermatocytes,and round spermatids,we identified a globally conserved m^(6)A pattern between porcine and murine genes with spermatogenic function.We found that m^(6)A was enriched in a group of genes that specifically encode the metabolic enzymes and regulators.In addition,transcriptomes in porcine male germ cells could be subjected to the m^(6)A modification.Our data show that m^(6)A plays the regulatory roles during spermatogenesis in pigs,which is similar to that in mice.Illustrations of this point are three genes(SETDB1,FOXO1,and FOXO3)that are crucial to the determination of the fate of SSCs.To the best of our knowledge,this study for the first time uncovers the expression profile and role of m^(6)A during spermatogenesis in large animals and provides insights into the intricate transcriptional regulation underlying the lifelong male fertility in non-rodent mammalian species. | Zidong Liu Xiaoxu Chen Pengfei Zhang Fuyuan Li Lingkai Zhang Xueliang Li Tao Huang Yi Zheng Taiyong Yu Tao Zhang Wenxian Zeng Hongzhao Lu Yinghua Lv | 2023 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2023,21,4: | 1 |
