1Effect of Temperature on the Synthesis of SiC Coating on Carbon Fibers by the Reaction of SiO with the Deposited Pyrolytic Carbon Layer显示文摘The influence of reaction temperature on the preparation of SiC coating on carbon fibers by the reaction of silicon monoxide with the deposited pyrolytic carbon (PyC) layer has been discussed.With rising reaction temperature,the thickness of SiC layer increases and the SiC grain is coarsening.The apparent activation energy for the synthesis of SiC layer is about 103.3 kJ/mol.The oxidation resistance of carbon fiber can be improved by the SiC/PyC layers significantly.The initial oxidation temperature of the SiC/PyC coated carbon fiber is about 300℃ higher than that of the uncoated carbon fiber.The oxidation of the SiC/PyC coated carbon fiber is owing to the diffusion of oxygen through the cracks generated by the mismatch of thermal expansion.Hejun Li,Haibo Ouyang,Lehua Qi,Yulei Zhang,Zhengjia Li and Jianfeng Wei C/C Composites Research Center,Key Laboratory of Ultrahigh Temperature Composites,Northwestern Polytechnical University,Xi an 710072,China 2010Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010,26,3:5
2ZrB_2 particles reinforced glass coating for oxidation protection of carbon/carbon composites显示文摘A dense ZrB_2 particles reinforced glass(ZrB_2/SiO_2) coating was prepared on the SiC coated carbon/carbon composites by a facile sol-dipping approach. The prepared ZrB2/SiO2 coating could protect the composites from being oxidized for 160 h at 1773 K with a weight loss of 6.9 mg/cm^2. The flexural strength retention ratio of the ZrB_2/SiO_2 coated composites is 87% after oxidation for 160 h at1773 K. The continuous SiO_2 glass layer embedded with the submicron ZrSiO_4 particles was formed during oxidation. This was helpful to lower the diffusion rate of oxygen and improve the stability of SiO_2 glass film, thus improving the oxidation resistance of the coated samples. After thermal cycles between 1773 K and room temperature for 15 times, penetrated cracks formed in the coating. The weight loss of the ZrB_2/SiO_2 coated sample presented linear relationship, and the final weight loss per unit area was 6.35 mg/cm^2. 3Experimental Study on Oxy-Fuel Combustion and NO Emission in a Spouted-Fluidized Bed with under Bed Feeding显示文摘The spouted-fluidized bed is modified from the classical fluidized bed device,which combines the features of spouted and fluidized beds.In the present work,the performance of oxy-fuel spouted-fluidized bed combustion with under bed feeding and its effect on NO emission were systematically investigated.The results revealed that it was feasible to use a spouted-fluidized bed combustor for oxy-fuel combustion with real flue gas recycling.The transition from air combustion to oxy-fuel combustion was smooth and the concentration of CO_(2) in the flue gas could be as high as 90%steadily(dry base).Increasing the reaction temperature exhibited a negative effect on NO emission.Compared with that under the shallow bed,the concentration of NO in the flue gas was lower under the deep bed condition.Besides,the utilization of crush particles was favorable for suppressing NO emission because of the promoted mixing between coal particles and solid bed materials.Furthermore,the addition of limestone was proven to undesirably increase the NO emission during oxy-fuel spouted-fluidized bed combustion.XU Mingxin WU Yachang WU Haibo OUYANG Haodong ZHENG Shu LU Qiang 2021Journal of Thermal Science2021,30,4:2

5In Situ Synthesis of Core-Shell Li4Ti5O(12) @ Polyaniline Composites with Enhanced Rate Performance for Lithium-ion Battery Anodes显示文摘The core-shell Li_4Ti_5O_(12) @ polyaniline composites(LP) have been synthesized via an in situ synthesis with different mole ratios(25:1, 50:1 and 100:1, aniline:LTO). As an anode material of lithium-ion batteries,the LP-2 electrodes(50:1) exhibit a high initial reversible capacity of 205 mAh g^(-1)with an initial coulombic efficiency of 97.6% at 0.1 C. Even at a high current density of 10 C, the reversible capacity of the LP-2 electrodes still remains at 102 mAh g^(-1). Moreover, the LP-2 electrodes retain an impressive high capacity of 161 mAh g^(-1)after 100 cycles at 1 C, with 0.11% capacity fading per cycle. 8Fabrication of Short Carbon Fiber Reinforced AZ91D Alloy by Infiltration-Extrusion Integrated Technique显示文摘Short carbon fiber reinforced AZ91D alloy (Csf/AZ91D) was fabricated by the infiltration-extrusion method. The short carbon fiber preform was infiltrated with melted AZ91D alloy under the assistant of gas pressure. The extrusion processing was applied following the infiltration processing directly. The tensile property and microstructure of the Csf/AZ91D and that of the die-casting and extruded AZ91D alloy was compared. The results show that the short carbon fiber reinforced AZ91D alloy present excellent tensile property. The tensile strength and modulus of elasticity of Csf/AZ91D is about 50% and 18% higher than that of cast AZ91D alloy, respectively. 9Effect of Mo/Si Ratio on the Microstructure and Oxidation Resistance of Si-Mo Coating for C/C Composites显示文摘Oxidation protective Si-Mo coatings were prepared by pack cementation on the surface of C/SiC coated carbon/carbon composites. The influences of Mo/Si mass ratio in the pack powders on the microstructure and oxidation resistance of the coating were investigated. It showed that with the Mo/Si ratio increasing from 0.1 to 0.4, the MoSi2 proportion and the dimension of cracks in the coating increased, and the oxidation protective ability of the coated specimens firstly increased and then decreased. The coating with the Mo/Si of 0.2 exhibited better oxidation protective ability because of its more suitable MoSi2 proportion and excellent microstructure than those with the Mo/Si of 0.1, 0.3 and 0.4, which could effectively protect C/C composites from oxidation at 1773 K in air for more than 100 h. The mass loss of the coated samples was primarily due to the reaction between C/C matrix and oxygen diffusing through the penetration cracks in the coating.Zhang Yulei Li Hejun Fu Qiangang Li Kezhi Ouyang Haibo 2009稀有金属材料与工程2009,38,A03:0
