2MiR156 regulates anthocyanin biosynthesis through SPL targets and other microRNAs in poplar显示文摘Anthocyanins biosynthesized from the flavonoid pathway are types of pigments that are involved in the protection of poplar from biotic and abiotic stresses.Previous researchers studying anthocyanin-related transcription factors and structural genes in poplar have made significant discoveries.However,little is known about the regulatory role of microRNAs in anthocyanin biosynthesis in poplar.Here,we overexpressed miR156 in poplar to study the comprehensive effects of the miR156-SPL module on the biosynthesis of anthocyanins.Small RNA sequencing analysis revealed 228 microRNAs differentially expressed in transgenic poplar plants with dramatically increased miR156 levels.Furthermore,integrated microRNAomic and transcriptomic analysis suggested that two microRNAs,miR160h,and miR858,have the potential to affect anthocyanin accumulation in poplar by regulating auxin response factors and MYB transcription factors,respectively.Additionally,the accumulation of miR160h and miR858 displayed a positive correlation with miR156 levels,suggesting a possible interaction between the miR156-SPL module and these microRNAs in poplar.Last,metabolomics analysis revealed that the levels of anthocyanins,flavones,and flavonols were substantially elevated in transgenic poplar plants overexpressing miR156 compared with the wild type,whereas the total lignin content was reduced in the transgenic plants.Taken together,our results indicate that miR156 can fine tune the anthocyanin biosynthetic pathway via multiple factors,including microRNAs,transcription factors,and the levels of structural genes,in poplar.This provides additional clues for understanding the complex regulatory network of anthocyanin biosynthesis in woody plants.Yamei Wang Wenwen Liu Xinwei Wang Ruijuan Yang Zhenying Wu HanWang LeiWang Zhubing Hu Siyi Guo Hailing Zhang Jinxing Lin Chunxiang Fu 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:9
3Atomically thin defect-rich Ni-Se-S hybrid nanosheets as hydrogen evolution reaction electrocatalysts显示文摘Facile design of economic-effective hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)catalysts with non-noble materials are promising for the production of renewable chemical fuels.Two-dimensional(2D)ultrathin transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)materials with large specific surface area and abundant catalytic active sites can significantly enhance their catalytic activities.Herein,we design and synthesize an atomically thin Ni-Se-S based hybrid nanosheet(NiSe1.2S0.8)via a simple solvothermal method,the thickness of NiSe1.2S0.8 nanosheets is only about 1.1 nm.Benefiting from the ultrathin nanostructure and rich defects,the optimal NiSe1.2S0.8 exhibits good electrocatalytic activity with the overpotential of 144 mV at−10 mA·cm−2,a small Tafel slope of 59 mV·dec−1,and outstanding catalytic stability in acid electrolyte for HER.The theoretical results show that hybrid electrocatalyst by S incorporation possesses the optimal adsorption free energy of hydrogen(ΔGH*).This study provides a simple method to synthesize a highperformance multicomponent electrocatalysts with the ultrathin nanostructures and abundant defects.Jianpeng Sun Xiangting Hu Zhaodi Huang Tianxiang Huang Xiaokang Wang Hailing Guo Fangna Dai Daofeng Sun 2020Nano Research2020,13,8:5
4The study on the mechanical properties of PU/MF double shell self-healing microcapsules显示文摘The self-healing microcapsules can be buried in the coating to improve the anticorrosive ability.In this paper,self-healing microcapsules of polyurea(PU)/melamine resin(MF)double shell were prepared by in-situ polymerization and interfacial polymerization with isocyanate as the core material.Scanning electron microscope was used to observe the microcapsule morphology.The structures of microcapsules prepared with different chain extenders were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The micromanipulation system was used to loading–holding,loading–unloading and loading to rupture individual microcapsules,so as to explore the mechanical properties of microcapsules.The Young’s modulus corresponding to microcapsules was calculated by mathematical model fitting.The self-healing properties of microcapsule coating were characterized by optical microscope.The experimental results showed that the microcapsule shell prepared under optimized conditions had a complete morphology and good mechanical properties.The microcapsule was in the elastic deformation stage under small deformation,and the plastic deformation stage under large deformation.The Young’s modulus range of microcapsules was 9.29–14.51 MPa,and the corresponding Young’s modulus could be prepared by adjusting the process.The surface crack of the coating containing microcapsule could heal itself after48 h in a humid environment.Guohao Du Jianfeng Hu Jianhui Zhou Guangwu Wang Shengli Guan Hailing Liu Man Geng Chuang Lv Yaoqiang Ming Jinqing Qu 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,5:4
5Determination of disperse elements in black shale by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry显示文摘THE elements Se, Te, Ge, Re are easily evaporated out when HClO4, HNO3, HF are used as the opendigestion method. There is a great amount of organic and inorganic carbon in black shale, so it is necessary to use oxide acid (HClO4, HNO3) to digest the samples, and the Cl will interfere the determinationof Se and Ge. In this note we reported a simple digestion method for black shale. The sample was digested with HNO3 and HF in PTFE pressure bomb at 190 for 3 h, the rest HF was reacted with HBO, toprotect the introduction system of ICP-MS. After digestion, the samples were determined directly by ICP-MS. So the recoveries were better than the open digestion method. For 50 mg sample,1.5 mL HNO3 and4 drops of HF can completely dissolve black shale. 6In Situ Synthesis of Core-Shell Li4Ti5O(12) @ Polyaniline Composites with Enhanced Rate Performance for Lithium-ion Battery Anodes显示文摘The core-shell Li_4Ti_5O_(12) @ polyaniline composites(LP) have been synthesized via an in situ synthesis with different mole ratios(25:1, 50:1 and 100:1, aniline:LTO). As an anode material of lithium-ion batteries,the LP-2 electrodes(50:1) exhibit a high initial reversible capacity of 205 mAh g^(-1)with an initial coulombic efficiency of 97.6% at 0.1 C. Even at a high current density of 10 C, the reversible capacity of the LP-2 electrodes still remains at 102 mAh g^(-1). Moreover, the LP-2 electrodes retain an impressive high capacity of 161 mAh g^(-1)after 100 cycles at 1 C, with 0.11% capacity fading per cycle. 9Towards ultrastrong and ductile medium-entropy alloy through dual-phase ultrafine-grained architecture显示文摘Advanced materials with superior comprehensive mechanical properties are strongly desired,but it has long been a challenge to achieve high ductility in high-strength materials.Here,we proposed a new V 0.5 Cr 0.5 CoNi medium-entropy alloy(MEA)with a face-centered cubic/hexagonal close-packed(FCC/HCP)dual-phase ultrafine-grained(UFG)architecture containing stacking faults(SFs)and local chemical order(LCO)in HCP solid solution,to obtain an ultrahigh yield strength of 1476 MPa and uniform elongation of 13.2%at ambient temperature.The ultrahigh yield strength originates mainly from fine grain strength-ening of the UFG FCC matrix and HCP second-phase strengthening assisted by the SFs and LCO inside,whereas the large ductility correlates to the superior ability of the UFG FCC matrix to storage disloca-tions and the function of deformation-induced SFs in the vicinity of the FCC/HCP boundary to eliminate the stress concentration.This work provides new guidance by engineering novel composition and stable UFG structure for upgrading the mechanical properties of metallic materials.Zhen Chen Hongbo Xie Haile Yan Xueyong Pang Yuhui Wang Guilin Wu Lijun Zhang Hu Tang Bo Gao Bo Yang Yanzhong Tian Huiyang Gou Gaowu Qin 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,31:1
10High brightness NIR-Ⅱ nanofluorophores based on fused-ring acceptor molecules显示文摘It is challenging to develop molecular fluorophores in the second near-infrared(NIR-Ⅱ)window with long wavelength emission and high brightness,which can improve the performance of biological imaging.Herein,we report a molecular engineering approach to afford NIR-Ⅱ fluorophores with these merits based on fused-ring acceptor(FRA)molecules.Dioctyl 3,4-propylenedioxy thiophene(PDOT-C8)is utilized as the bridging donor to replace 3-ethylhexyloxy thiophene(3-EHOT),leading to more than 20 times enhancement of brightness.The nanofluorophores(NFs)based on the optimized CPTIC-4F molecule exhibit an emission peak of 1,110 nm with a fluorescence quantum yield(QY)of 0.39%(QY of IR-26 is 0.050%in dichloroethane as reference)and peak absorption coefficient of 14.5 x 10^4 M^-1·cm^-1 in aqueous solutions,which are significantly higher than those of 3-EHOT based COTIC-4F NFs.It is found that PDOT-C8 can weaken intermolecular aggregation,enhance protection of molecular backbone from water,and decrease backbone distortion,beneficial for the high brightness.Compared with indocyanine green with same injection dose,CPTIC-4F NFs show 10 times higher signal-to-background ratio for whole body vessels imaging at 1,300 nm long pass filters.Xingfu Zhu Chunchen Liu Zhubin Hu Haile Liu Jiang Wang Yang Wang Xinyuan Wang Rui Ma Xiaodong Zhang Haitao Sun Yongye Liang 2020Nano Research2020,13,9:1
11Effect of depressants on flotation separation of magnesite from dolomite and calcite显示文摘The flotation separation of magnesite from calcium-containing minerals has always been a difficult subject in minerals processing.This work studied the inhibition effects of carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC),sodium lignosulphonate,polyaspartic acid(PASP)and sodium silicate on flotation behaviors of magnesite,dolomite and calcite,providing guidance for the development of reagents in magnesite flotation.The micro-flotation results showed that among these four depressants,sodium silicate presented the strongest selectivity due to the highest recovery difference,and the flotation separation of magnesite from dolomite and calcite could be achieved by using sodium silicate as the depressant.Contact angle measurement indicated that the addition of sodium silicate caused the largest differences in surface wettability of the three minerals,which was in line with micro-flotation tests.Furthermore,zeta potential test,the Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy and atomic force microscope(AFM)imaging were used to reveal the inhibition mechanism of sodium silicate.The results indicated that the dominated component SiO(OH)3of sodium silicate could adsorb on minerals surfaces,and the adsorption of sodium silicate hardly affected the adsorption of NaOL on magnesite surface,but caused the reduction of NaOL adsorption on dolomite and calcite surfaces,thereby increasing the flotation selectivity.Wenqing Qin Junjie Hu Hailing Zhu Fen Jiao Wenhao Jia Junwei Han Chen Chen 2023International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2023,33,1:1

Rocking curves with three diffraction peaks were acquired before and after 180° rotation of samples. 15Long-term amelioration of an early-onset familial atrial fibrillation model with AAV-mediated in vivo gene therapy显示文摘Atrial fibrillation(AF)is a common cardiac disease with high prevalence in the general population.Despite a mild manifestation at the onset stage,it causes serious consequences,including sudden death,when the disease progresses to the late stage.Most available treatments of AF focus on symptom management or alleviation,due to a lack of fundamental knowledge and the fact that considerable variations of AF exist.With the popularisation of the next-generation sequencing technology,several causal genetic factors,including MYL4,have been discovered to contribute to AF,giving hope to developing its gene therapies.In this study,we attempted to treat a previously established rat AF model,which carried Myl4E11K/E11K loss of function mutation,via overexpression of exogenous wild-type Myl4 by AAV9 vectors.Our results showed that delivery of Myl4 expressing AAV9 to postnatal rat models rescued the symptoms of AF,indicating the therapeutic potential that early gene therapy intervention can achieve long-term effects in treating cardiac arrhythmias caused by gene mutations.Handan Hu Liren Wang Huiying Li Hailing Li Xi Chen Wenhui Peng Jun Wang Yongxiang Zhao Mingyao Liu Dali Li 2022Fundamental Research2022,2,6:0
