4From high-yield Ti3AlCN ceramics to high-quality Ti3CNTx MXenes through eliminating Al segregation显示文摘Ti3CNTx MXenes with unique electrical conductivity can be widely applied for supercapacitors and electromagnetic shielding.However,its relatively low-yield quaternary nitrogen-containing Ti3AlCN ce ramics precursor(less than 50%),due to the inevitable Al segregation during the synthesizing process,significantly hindered its widely commercial applications.Herein,we employed the controllable AlNoversaturation precursor strategy to precisely tune the phase transition point of quaternary Ti3AlCN ceramics to obtain high-yield Ti3 AlCN precursor for the purpose of high conductivity Ti3 CNTx MXenes.Combined energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(XRD)with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)characterizations,the yield of the quaternary nitrogen-containing Ti3 AlCN ceramics was evidently proved to be up to 70%,which is 1.4 times than that of previously reported works.Such relatively highyield quaternary Ti3AlCN is mainly ascribed to the elimination of Al segregation.Based on it,we further developed accordion-like two-dimensional(2D)MXene via hydrofluoric acid etch and vacuum freezedry.This novel accordion-like 2D Ti3CNTx MXene possesses high electrochemical capacitive properties(209 F/g).Therefore,this controllable AlN-oversaturation precursor strategy will pave a way to exploit costly high-yield MAX ceramics precursor for high conductivity MXenes and also play a powerful role in promoting their practical applications including electrical and magnetic engineering fields.Ningjun Chen Haichao Huang Zhong Xu Yanting Xie Da Xiong Xiang Chu Bingni Gu Bo Zheng Weili Deng Haitao Zhang Weiqing Yang 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,4:1

7Navigation for UAV Pair-Supported Relaying in Unknown IoT Systems with Deep Reinforcement Learning显示文摘Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) have recently been regarded as a promising technology in Internet of things(IoT). UAVs functioned as intermediate relay nodes are capable of establishing uninterrupted and high-quality communication links between remotely deployed IoT devices and the destination. Multiple UAVs are required to be deployed due to their limited onboard energy. We study a UAV pair-supported relaying in unknown IoT systems, which consists of transmitter and receiver. Our goal is that transmitter gathers the data from each device then transfers the information to receiver,and receiver finally transmits the information to the destination, while meeting the constraint that the amount of information received from each device reaches a certain threshold. This is an optimization problem with highly coupled variables, such as trajectories of transmitter and receiver. 10Fabrication of a Hydrophobic Hierarchical Surface on Shale Using Modified Nano-SiO_(2)for Strengthening the Wellbore Wall in Drilling Engineering显示文摘Wellbore stability is essential for safe and efficient drilling during oil and gas exploration and development.This paper introduces a hydrophobic nano-silica(HNS)for use in strengthening the wellbore wall when using a water-based drilling fluid(WBF).The wellbore-strengthening performance was studied using the linear swelling test,hot-rolling recovery test,and compressive strength test.The mechanism of strengthening the wellbore wall was studied by means of experiments on the zeta potential,particle size,contact angle,and surface tension,and with the use of a scanning electron microscope(SEM).The surface free energy changes of the shale before and after HNS treatment were also calculated using the contact angle method.The experimental results showed that HNS exhibited a good performance in inhibiting shale swelling and dispersion.Compared with the use of water,the use of HNS resulted in a 20%smaller linear swelling height of the bentonite pellets and an 11.53 times higher recovery of water-sensitive shale—a performance that exceeds those of the commonly used shale inhibitors KCl and polyamines.More importantly,the addition of HNS was effective in preventing a decrease in shale strength.According to the mechanism study,the good wellbore-strengthening performance of HNS can be attributed to three aspects.First,the positively charged HNS balances parts of the negative charges of clay by means of electrostatic adsorption,thus inhibiting osmotic hydration.Second,HNS fabricates a lotus-leaf-like surface with a micro-nano hierarchical structure on shale after adsorption,which significantly increases the water contact angle of the shale surface and considerably reduces the surface free energy,thereby inhibiting surface hydration.Third,the decrease in capillary action and the effective plugging of the shale pores reduce the invasion of water and promote wellbore stability.The approach described herein may provide an avenue for inhibiting both the surface hydration and the osmotic hydration of shale.Xianbin Huang Jinsheng Sun He Li Ren Wang Kaihe Lv Haichao Li 2022Engineering2022,8,4:1

13Anthropogenic monoterpenes aggravating ozone pollution显示文摘Monoterpenes have been known to have a critical influence on air quality and climate change through their impact on the formation of fine particles.Here we present field evidence that monoterpene oxidations largely enhanced local ozone production in a regional site in eastern China.The observed monoterpene was most likely from biomass burning rather than biogenic emissions,as indicated by the high correlation with CO at night-time,and the observed ratio of these two species was consistent with previously determined values from biomass burning experiments.Fast monoterpene oxidations were determined experimentally based on direct radical measurements,leading to a daily ozone enhancement of 4-18 parts per billion by volume(ppb),which was 6%-16%of the total ozone production,depending on the speciation of monoterpenes.It demonstrates that the previously overlo oked anthropogenic monoterpenes make an important contribution to 0_(3) production in eastern China.The role could possibly be important at similar locations across China and other parts of the world that are characterized by massive emissions,especially where there are high NO_(x) levels.Our results highlight that anthropogenic monoterpenes should be taken into account when proceeding with the coordinated mitigation of O_(3) and particulate matter pollution.Haichao Wang Xuefei Ma Zhaofeng Tan Hongli Wang Xiaorui Chen Shiyi Chen Yaqin Gao Ying Liu Yuhan Liu Xinping Yang Bin Yuan Limin Zeng Cheng Huang Keding Lu Yuanhang Zhang 2022National Science Review2022,9,9:1

16RIN enhances plant disease resistance via root exudate-mediated assembly of diseasesuppressive rhizosphere microbiota显示文摘The RIPENING-INHIBITOR(RIN)transcriptional factor is a key regulator governing fruit ripening.While RIN also affects other physiological processes,its potential roles in triggering interactions with the rhizosphere microbiome and plant health are unknown.Here we show that RIN affects microbiome-mediated disease resistance via root exudation,leading to recruitment of microbiota that suppress the soil-borne,phytopathogenic Ralstonia solanacearum bacterium.Compared with the wild-type(WT)plant,RIN mutants had different root exudate profiles,which were associated with distinct changes in microbiome composition and diversity.Specifically,the relative abundances of antibiosis-associated genes and pathogensuppressing Actinobacteria(Streptomyces)were clearly lower in the rhizosphere of rin mutants.The composition,diversity,and suppressiveness of rin plant microbiomes could be restored by the application of 3-hydroxyflavone and riboflavin,which were exuded in much lower concentrations by the rin mutant.Interestingly,RIN-mediated effects on root exudates,Actinobacteria,and disease suppression were evident from the seedling stage,indicating that RIN plays a dual role in the early assembly of diseasesuppressive microbiota and late fruit development.Collectively,our work suggests that,while plant disease resistance is a complex trait driven by interactions between the plant,rhizosphere microbiome,and the pathogen,it can be indirectly manipulated using'prebiotic'compounds that promote the recruitment of disease-suppressive microbiota.Keming Yang Ruixin Fu Haichao Feng Gaofei Jiang Omri Finkel Tianyu Sun Mingchun Liu Baowen Huang Shan Li Xiaofang Wang Tianjie Yang Yikui Wang Shimei Wang Yangchun Xu Qirong Shen Ville-Petri Friman Alexandre Jousset Zhong Wei 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,9:0
17Boosting the energy density of aqueous MXene-based supercapacitor by integrating 3D conducting polymer hydrogel cathode显示文摘The wide-spread proliferation of aqueous MXene-based supercapacitor has been largely shadowed by the limited cell potential window(typically in the range of 0-0.6 V).To address this baffling issue,designing asymmetric supercapacitor(ASC)is proposed as a rational strategy to enlarge the potential window(thus energy density)of individual cell in aqueous electrolytes.To this date,however,it still remains a great challenge to develop easy fabricating,3D nanostructured,and pseudocapacitive cathode materials that can perfectly match with MXene anodematerials.In this work,we propose a supramolecular strategy to construct conducting polymer hydrogel(CPH)with highly interconnected 3D nanostructures and large pseudocapacitance,which can finely match with 2D Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x).The as-assembled CPH//Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) ASCwith CPH cathode and MXene anode can operate in a broadened potential window of 1.15 V in aqueous PVA/H_(2)SO_(4) gel electrolyte with remarkably improved energy density of 16.6μWh/cm^(2)(nine times higher than that of symmetric MXene supercapacitor).Additionally,this ASC exhibits outstanding cyclic stability with no trackable performance decay over 30,000 galvanostatic charge and discharge cycles.It is demonstrated in this work that employing positive CPH electrode is a feasible yet promising strategy to enhance the potential window and energy density of aqueous MXene supercapacitors.Xiang Chu Yihan Wang Lucheng Cai Haichao Huang Zhong Xu Yanting Xie Cheng Yan Qing Wang Haitao Zhang Hong Li Weiqing Yang 2022SusMat2022,2,3:0

19Serration and shear avalanches in a ZrCu based bulk metallic glass composite in different loading methods显示文摘In the current research, serrated flow is investigated under tensile and compressive loading in a ZrCubased bulk metallic glass composite (BMGC) that is well known for its plastic deformability, which is higher than that of metallic glasses. Statistical analysis on serrations shows a complex, scale free process, in which shear bands are highly correlated. The distribution of the elastic-energy density stored in each serration event follows a power-law relationship, showing a randomly generated serrated event under both tension and compression tests. The plastic deformation in the temporal space is explored by a timeseries analysis, which is consistent with the trajectory convergent evolution in critical dynamic behavior even in the low strain rate regime in both tests. The results demonstrate that the secondary phase in the BMGC can stabilize the shear band extension and facilitate the critical behavior in the low strain rate regime. 20Structural optimization for multiple structure cases and multiple payload cases with a two-level multipoint approximation method显示文摘This paper is to address structural optimization problems where multiple structure cases or multiple payload cases can be considered simultaneously. Both types of optimization problems involve multiple finite element models at each iteration step, which draws high demands in optimization methods. Considering the common characteristic for these two types of problems, which is that the design domain keeps the same no matter what the structure cases or payload cases are,both problems can be formulated into the unified expressions. A two-level multipoint approximation(TMA) method is firstly improved with the use of analytical sensitivity analysis for structural mass, and then this improved method is utilized to tackle these two types of problems. Based on the commercial finite element software MSC.Patran/Nastran, an optimization system for multiple structure cases and multiple payload cases is developed.
