1血液恶性肿瘤化疗后血流感染的病原菌分布及耐药情况分析显示文摘目的分析福建医科大学附属协和医院血液科血培养的病原菌分布及药敏情况,以了解临床真实世界血流感染状况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法收集2013年1月至2016年12月福建医科大学附属协和医院血液科临床送检血培养阳性标本分离出的657株病原菌资料并对患者临床资料进行分析。结果657株血培养阳性菌株中,革兰阴性菌(G-菌)410株(62.4%),革兰阳性菌(G+菌)163株(24.8%),真菌50株(7.6%)。前五位的致病细菌分别为肺炎克雷伯菌(17.5%)、大肠埃希菌(17.2%)、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(cys)(14.9%),铜绿假单胞菌(14.2%)及金黄色葡萄球菌(3.5%)。G菌中肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌产超广谱D内酰胺酶(ESBL)菌株的检出率分别为25.2%和55.8%,产ESBL菌株对抗菌药物的耐药率大多高于非产ESBL菌株。肠杆菌科细菌对碳青霉烯类抗生素、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、替加环素的耐药率均在14%以下。非发酵菌中,铜绿假单胞菌对各种抗菌药物的耐药率均在12.0%以下;鲍曼不动杆菌对头孢克肟和头孢噻肟耐药率均为7.1%,未发现对替加环素耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌。CNS中84.7%(83/98)为耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)。金黄色葡萄球菌中43.5%(10/23)为耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)。未发现对万古霉素、利奈唑胺、替加环素耐药的G’菌。结论福建医科大学附属协和医院血液恶性肿瘤患者化疗后合并血流感染病原菌种类分布较广,以G-菌为主,耐药情况较严峻。临床上对怀疑有G’菌血液感染的患者可经验性选择万古霉素、利奈唑胺或替加环素抗感染治疗。陈少桢 林康昵 肖敏 骆晓峰 李芊 任金华 黄若瑶 陈敏敏 Issa Hajji Ally 陈志哲 杨婷 胡建达 2017中华血液学杂志2017,38,11:24
2Essential oils from Elaeoselinum asclepium: Chemical composition, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the chemical composition of the essential oil isolated from Elaeoselinum asclepium(L.) Bertol.(E. asclepium), and test the efficiency of the essential oil as an antimicrobial and antioxidant agent.Methods: Essential oil was obtained from the aerial parts of E. asclepium by hydro distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography and gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry. We study for the first time the chemical composition of the essential oil of E. asclepium, followed by the in vitro antimicrobial activities, which were evaluated by agar diffusion method against six Gram-positive bacteria, five Gram-negative bacteria, and two fungi. In addition, The antioxidant activities were also investigated using assays of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging activity and ferricreducing capacity.Results: The analyzed essential oil of the aerial parts of E. asclepium was rich in apinene(43.9%), other compounds detected in appreciable amounts were sabinene(27.9%) and b-pinene(16.0%). The essential oil yields 1.2%, the IC50 values of essential oil in 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl assay in the reducing power assay were 48.26 mg/m L and at 1 mg/m L, respectively. The absorbance value of essential oil at 700 nm was0.956. The antimicrobial effect was higher on Candida albicans ATCC 1024 strain with the inhibition zone 14.5 mm than bacteria and molds.Conclusions: The essential oil of E. asclepium has antimicrobial and antioxidant activities. 4Regulation of mitochondrial function and endoplasmic reticulum stress by nitric oxide in pluripotent stem cells显示文摘Mitochondrial dysfunction and endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS) are global processes that are interrelated and regulated by several stress factors. Nitric oxide(NO) is a multifunctional biomolecule with many varieties of physiological and pathological functions, such as the regulation of cytochrome c inhibition and activation of the immune response, ERS and DNA damage; these actions are dose-dependent. It has been reported that in embryonic stem cells, NO has a dual role, controlling differentiation, survival and pluripotency, but the molecular mechanisms by which it modulates these functions are not yet known. Low levels of NO maintain pluripotency and induce mitochondrial biogenesis. It is well established that NO disrupts the mitochondrial respiratory chain and causes changes in mitochondrial Ca^(2+) flux that induce ERS. Thus, at high concentrations, NO becomes a potential differentiation agent due to the relationship between ERS and the unfolded protein response in many differentiated cell lines. Nevertheless, many studies have demonstratedthe need for physiological levels of NO for a proper ERS response. 9How can inter-specific interferences explain coexistence or confirm the competitive exclusion principle in a chemos tat?显示文摘In this paper, I consider two species feeding on limiting substrate in a chemostat taking into account some possible effects of each species on the other one. System of differential equations is proposed as model of these effects with general inter-specific density-dependent growth rates. Three cases were considered. The first one for a mutual inhibitory relationship where it is proved that at most one species can survive which confirms the competitive exclusion principle. Initial concentrations of species have great importance in determination of which species is the winner. The second one for a food web relationship where it is proved that under general assumptions on the dilution rate, both species persist for any initial conditions. Finally, a third case dealing with an obligate mutualistic relationship was discussed.
