1Towards Long Lifetime Battery:AI-Based Manufacturing and Management显示文摘Technologies that accelerate the delivery of reliable battery-based energy storage will not only contribute to decarbonization such as transportation electrification,smart grid,but also strengthen the battery supply chain.As battery inevitably ages with time,losing its capacity to store charge and deliver it efficiently.This directly affects battery safety and efficiency,making related health management necessary.Recent advancements in automation science and engineering raised interest in AI-based solutions to prolong battery lifetime from both manufacturing and management perspectives.This paper aims at presenting a critical review of the state-of-the-art AI-based manufacturing and management strategies towards long lifetime battery.First,AI-based battery manufacturing and smart battery to benefit battery health are showcased.Then the most adopted AI solutions for battery life diagnostic including state-of-health estimation and ageing prediction are reviewed with a discussion of their advantages and drawbacks.Efforts through designing suitable AI solutions to enhance battery longevity are also presented.Finally,the main challenges involved and potential strategies in this field are suggested.This work will inform insights into the feasible,advanced AI for the health-conscious manufacturing,control and optimization of battery on different technology readiness levels.Kailong Liu Zhongbao Wei Chenghui Zhang Yunlong Shang Remus Teodorescu Qing-Long Han 2022IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2022,9,7:2

7Spatial patterns of residents’ daily activity space and its influencing factors based on the CatBoost model: A case study of Nanjing, China显示文摘The complexity and fragmentation of people’s activity space are challenging to planners.However,the relevant studies are mostly concerned on the relationship between the social attributes and the activity space of residents in a single or several communities,or the spatiotemporal laws of activity space on a macro scale.The research on the spatial characteristics of residents’activity space still needs to be strengthened.The present study analyses the spatial patterns of residents’activity space based on mobile phone signaling data to fill the gap of previous studies that assessed residents’activity space across small geographic areas.First,according to the spatial scope and direction of an activity space and residents’activity coverage rate,spatial patterns can be divided into three types:compact,extended,and directional extension patterns.The CatBoost method is then used to statistically analyze the influencing variables of spatial patterns,and the order of importance of the following influencing factors is determined:the built environment is more influential than social and economic situations.This study aims to strengthen the understanding of residents’activity space at the spatial level and provide a basis for the optimization of communities with different spatial patterns.Jiemin Zheng Mingxing Hu Chenghui Wang Shuting Wang Bing Han Hui Wang 2022Frontiers of Architectural Research2022,11,6:1
8Characteristics of Ore-forming Fluid of the Gaoshan Gold-Silver Deposit in the Longquan Area, Zhejiang Province and its Implications for the Ore Genesis显示文摘The Gaoshan gold-silver deposit, located between the Yuyao-Lishui Fault and JiangshanShaoxing fault in Longquan Area, occurs in the Suichang-Longquan gold-silver polymetallic metallogenic belt. This study conducted an investigation for ore-forming fluids using microthermometry, D-O isotope and trace element. The results show that two types of fluid inclusions involved into the formation of the deposit are pure liquid phase and gas-liquid phase aqueous inclusions. The homogenization temperature and salinity of major mineralization phase ranges from 156°C to 236°C(average 200°C) and 0.35% to 8.68%(NaCleqv)(average 3.68%), respectively, indicating that the ore-forming fluid is characteristic of low temperature and low salinity. The oreforming pressure ranges between in 118.02 to 232.13'105 pa, and it is estabmiated that the oreforming depth ranges from 0.39 to 0.77 km, indicating it is a hypabyssal deposit in genesis. The low rare earth elements content in pyrites, widely developed fluorite in late ore-forming stage and lack of chlorargyrite(Ag Cl), indicates that the ore-forming fluid is rich in F rather than Cl. The ratios of Y/Ho, Zr/Hf and Nb/Ta of between different samples have little difference, indicating that the later hydrothermal activities had no effects on the former hydrothermal fluid. The chondrite-normalized REE patterns of pyrites from country rocks and ore veins are basically identical, with the characteristics of light REE enrichment and negative Eu anomalies, implying that the ore-forming fluid was oxidative and derived partly from the country rocks. The δD and δ18O of fluid inclusions in quartz formed during the main metallogenic stage range from -105‰ to -69 ‰ and -6.01‰ to -3.81‰, respectively. The D-O isotopic diagram shows that the metallogenic fluid is characterized by the mixing of formation water and meteoric water, without involvement of magmatic water. 10Intrinsically Viscoelastic Supramolecular Conjugated Polymer toward Suppressing Coffee-Ring Effect显示文摘The rational molecular design of light-emitting conjugated polymers that inherently suppress the ubiquitous coffee-ring effect(CRE)is a great challenge and the critical bottleneck for printing displays.Herein,we describe a supramolecular route to construct an intrinsically viscoelastic rigid conjugated polymer(RCP)(PHDPF-Cz)toward avoiding the CRE without sacrificing optoelectronic properties.Theπ-πstacking interactions derived fromthe pendant carbazole(Cz)units enable PHDPF-Cz to self-assemble into criss-cross nanofibers and endow its solutionwith great viscosity.Consequently,a high-quality and continuous PHDPFCz film was obtained by impeding the transport of aggregates to the droplet edge due to outward capillary flow during evaporation,in sharp contrast to the random aggregate migration and rapid precipitation generated fromthe controlled poly[4-(6-(9H-diphenylaniline-9-yl)hexyloxy)-9,9-diphenylfluorene]-co-[5-(6-(9H-diphenylaniline-9-yl)hexyloxy)-9,9-diphenylfluorene]and poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene)solutions.Finally,an efficient random laser is also achieved based on these cross-linked films with ultrastable single-chain excitonic behavior,confirming the effectiveness of our design strategy.Yamin Han Lubing Bai Xiang An Man Xu Chuanxin Wei Zongqiong Lin Mengna Yu Jinyi Lin Lili Sun Ning Sun Changting Wei Linghai Xie Xuehua Ding Qi Wei Chengrong Yin Chenghui Li Wenming Su Wei Huang 2022CCS Chemistry2022,4,11:0
