1ANALYSIS OF WAVEGUIDE PROBLEMS USING A RELAXED ITERATIVE DOMAIN DECOMPOSITION METHOD COMBINED WITH MULTIFRONTAL ALGORITHM显示文摘In this paper, an absorbing Fictitious Boundary Condition (FBC) is presented to generate an iterative Domain Decomposition Method (DDM) for analyzing waveguide problems.The relaxed algorithm is introduced to improve the iterative convergence. And the matrix equations are solved using the multifrontal algorithm. 2WindSat satellite comparisons with nearshore buoy wind data near the U.S. west and east coasts显示文摘Nearshore wind speeds retrieved by WindSat are validated by a comparison with the moored buoy observations near the U.S.west and east coasts.A 30 min and 25 km collection window is used for the Wind Sat wind data and buoy measurements from January 2004 to December 2014.Comparisons show that the overall root-mean-square error is better than 1.44 m/s near the U.S.coasts,and the result for the east coast is better than that for the west coast.The retrieval accuracy of the descending portions is slightly better than that of the ascending portions.Most buoy-to-buoy variations are not significantly correlated with the coastal topography,the longitude and the distance from the shore or satellite-buoy separation distance.In addition,comparisons between a polarimetric microwave radiometer and a microwave scatterometer are accomplished with the nearshore buoy observations from 2007 to 2008.The Wind Sat-derived winds tend to be lower than the buoy observations near the U.S.coasts.In contrast,the Quik SCAT-derived winds tend to be higher than the buoy observations.Overall,the retrieval accuracy of Wind Sat is slightly better than that of Quik SCAT,and these satellite-derived winds are sufficiently accurate for scientific studies.ZHANG Lei SHI Hanqing YU Hong YI Xin 2016Acta Oceanologica Sinica2016,35,7:2
3Aqueous synthesis of 79%efficient AgInGaS/ZnS quantum dots for extremely high color rendering white light-emitting diodes显示文摘Over the past few decades,I-III-VI quantum dots(QDs)have attracted considerable attention due to their large Stokes shifts,good eco-friendliness,and wide tunable emissions.In this work,a facile microwave-assisted aqueous route using glutathione(GSH)and citric acid(CA)as dual stabilizers is introduced to synthesize AgInGaS/ZnS(AIGS/ZnS)core/shell QDs.An exceptional photoluminescence quantum yield(PL QY)as high as 79%is successfully achieved,boosting the best performance of water-dispersible AIGS QDs.By varying the Ag/Ga ratio,the PL peak wavelength can be tuned from 547 to 616 nm,and luminescent hydrogel films with different colors are obtained by embedding AIGS/ZnS QDs in polyacrylamide/poly-vinyl alcohol(PAAm/PVA)hydrogels.The white light-emitting diode(WLED)with a high color rendering index(CRI)of 92.1(R_(9)=92.0)and a correlated color temperature(CCT)of 3022 K is fabricated using QDs-PAAm/PVA hydrogel films in combination with a blue InGaN LED chip,indicating that the as-prepared QDs are competitive color-conversion materials for WLEDs.Zhe Hu Hanxu Lu Wenjie Zhou Jinxin Wei Hanqing Dai b Hong Liu Zhiyong Xiong Fengxian Xie Wanlu Zhang Ruiqian Guo 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,3:1
4Aging-elevated inflammation promotes DNMT3A R878H-driven clonal hematopoiesis显示文摘Aging-elevated DNMT3A R882H-driven clonal hematopoiesis(CH)is a risk factor for myeloid malignancies remission and overall survival.Although some studies were conducted to investigate this phenomenon,the exact mechanism is still under debate.In this study,we observed that DNMT3 A R878 H bone marrow cells(human allele:DNMT3 A R882 H)displayed enhanced reconstitution capacity in aged bone marrow milieu and upon inflammatory insult.DNMT3 A R878 H protects hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells from the damage induced by chronic inflammation,especially TNFa insults.Mechanistically,we identified that RIPK1-RIPK3-MLKL-mediated necroptosis signaling was compromised in R878 H cells in response to proliferation stress and TNFa insults.Briefly,we elucidated the molecular mechanism driving DNMT3 A R878 H-based clonal hematopoiesis,which raises clinical value for treating DNMT3 A R882 H-driven clonal hematopoiesis and myeloid malignancies with aging.Min Liao Ruiqing Chen Yang Yang Hanqing He Liqian Xu Yuxuan Jiang Zhenxing Guo Wei He Hong Jiang Jianwei Wang 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,2:1
5Identification and characterization of multipotential stem cells in immortalized normal ovarian surface epithelial cells显示文摘The ovarian surface epithelium(OsE)is a single layer of squamous-to-cuboidal epithelial cells that experience repetitive ovulatory rupture and subsequent repair.However,the characteristics of human immortalized ovarian surface epithelial cells(IOSE80)remain elusive.This study aims to determine whether IOSE80 cells have the characteristics of stem cell proliferation and multilineage differentiation and their application in regenerative medicine.IOsE80 cells are sequenced by high-throughput transcriptome analysis,and 5 sets of public data are used to compare the differences between IosE8o cells and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,pluripotent stem cells,and oocytes in transcriptome profiling.The IOsE80 cells present a cobblestone-like monolayer and express the epithelial cell marker KRT18;the stem cell markers IFITM3,ALDH1A1,and VIM;lowly express stem cell marker LGR5 and germ cell markers DDX4 and DAZL.In addition,the GO terms'regulation of stem cell proliferation','epithelial cell proliferation',etc.,are significantly enriched(P<0.05).IOSE80 cells have the potential to act as mesenchymal stem cells to differentiate into adipocytes with lipid droplets,osteoblasts,and chondroblasts in vitro.IOSE80 cells express pluripotent stem cell markers,including OCT4,SSEA4,TRA-1-60,and TRA-1-81,and they can be induced into three germ layers in vitro.IOSE80 cells also form oocyte-like cells in vitro and in vivo.In addition,IOSE80 cells exhibit robust proliferation,migration,and ovarian repair functions after in vivo transplantation.This study de-monstrates that losE8o cells have the characteristics of pluripotent/multipotent stem cells,indicating their im-portant role in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.Lin Hou Hanqing Hong Wenjiao Cao Liutong Wei Lichun Weng Shuang Yuan Chengqi Xiao Qiuwan Zhang Qian Wang Dongmei Lai 2024Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2024,56,2:0
6Rechargeable Metasurfaces for Dynamic Color Display Based on a Compositional and Mechanical Dual-Altered Mechanism显示文摘Dynamic color display can be realized by tunable optical metasurfaces based on the compositional or structural control.However,it is still a challenge to realize the efficient modulation by a single-field method.Here,we report a novel compositional and mechanical dual-altered rechargeable metasurface for reversible and broadband optical reconfiguration in both visible and near-infrared wavelength regions.By employing a simple fabrication and integration strategy,the continuous optical reconfiguration is manipulated through an electro-chemo-mechanical coupled process in a lithium ion battery,where lithiation and delithiation processes occur dynamically under a low electric voltage(<1.5 V).By controlling the phase transformation from Si to Li,Si,both structural morphology and optical scattering could be rapidly and dramatically tailored within 30s,exhibiting high-contrast colorization and decolorization in a large-area nanofilm and showing long cyclic stability.Significant wide-angle reconfiguration of high-resolution structural colors in bowtie metasurfaces is demonstrated from anomalous reflection.The results provide a multifield mechanism for reconfigurable photonic devices,and the new platform can be introduced to the multidimensional information encryption and storage.Le Yang Xiaorong Hong Jiafang Li Chang-Yin Ji Yu Han Shanshan Chen Hanqing Jiang Wei-Li Song Hao-Sen Chen Daining Fang 2023Research2023,,1:0
