1Gene Identification and Expression Analysis of 86,136 Expressed Sequence Tags(EST)from the Rice Genome显示文摘Expressed Sequence Tag(EST)analysis has pioneered genome-wide gene discovery and expression profiling.In order to establish a gene expression index in the rice cultivar indica,we sequenced and analyzed 86,136 ESTs from nine rice cDNA libraries from the super hybrid cultivar LYP9 and its parental cultivars.We assembled these ESTs into 13,232 contigs and leave 8,976 singletons.Overall,7,497 sequences were found similar to the existing sequences in GenBank and 14,711 are novel.These sequences are classified by molecular function,biological process and pathways according to the Gene Ontology.We compared our sequenced ESTs with the publicly available 95,000 ESTs from japonica,and found little sequence variation,despite the large difference between genome sequences,We then assembled the combined 173,000 rice ESTs for further analysis.Using the pooled ESTs,we compared gene expression in metabolism pathway between rice and Arabidopsis according to KEGG.We further profiled gene expression patterns in different tissues,developmental stages,and in a conditional sterile mutant,after checking the libraries are comparable by means of sequence coverage.We also identified some possible library specific genes and a number of enzymes and transcription factors that contribute to rice development.YanZhou JiabinTang MichaelG.Walker XiuqingZhang JunWang SongnianHu HuayongXu SigiLiu HuanmingYang JunYu JianWang YajunDeng JianhaiDong LinYe LiLin JunLi XuegangWang HaoHu YibinPan WeiLin WeiTian JingLiu LipingWei 2003Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2003,1,1:4
2Calibration of the linear optics in the SSRF storage ring显示文摘PhaseⅠcommissioning of the SSRF storage ring at 3.0 GeV was ended with encouraging results. Distortions and calibrations of the linear optics during the storage ring commissioning are discussed in this paper.The calibration procedure has reduced sextupole-additional focusing effects by minimizing closed orbit deviation and corrected quadrupole magnetic coefficients with the linear optics from closed orbit (LOCO) technique.After fitting the closed orbit response matrix,linear optics of the storage ring is substantially corrected,and the measured parameters agree well with the design.Four optics modes were commissioned,and relevant machine physics studies were carried out.Their results are summarized.TIAN Shunqiang LIU Guimin ZHANG Wenzhi LI Haohu ZHANG Manzhou HOU Jie CHEN Guangling 2008Nuclear Science and Techniques2008,19,5:2
3Excitation curve calibration for the SSRF booster magnets and applications in the commissioning显示文摘The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) is a low emittance third-generation synchrotron radiation light source under commissioning. The excitation curve calibration for the booster magnets is important to provide the magnet current configurations as reference. Calibration studies give the polynomial coefficients of each type of magnets and provide the magnet current configurations under different beam energies as beam is ramped at speed of 2 Hz. 4Coupling measurement and correction at the SSRF storage ring显示文摘Brightness is an important parameter for 3rd generation light source. Correcting the emittance coupling is a realistic way to increase brightness without any additional equipment in a machine under operation. The main sources of emittance coupling are betatron coupling and vertical dispersion. At the SSRF storage ring, tune split and LOCO are used to measure the respective betatron and emittance coupling. Both of these sources can be corrected by skew quadrupoles. By measuring the skew quadrupole-coupling response matrix, betatron coupling can be changed from 0.014% to 2%. But the vertical dispersion changes at the same time. LOCO can find the suitable setting to correct simultaneously the betatron coupling and vertical dispersion. The emittance coupling can be reduced to 0.17% by this method. 5Chiral supramolecular 2D halogen-bonded organic frameworks constructed by post-synthetic modified cross-linking strategy显示文摘The development of preparation methods for XOFs,as a new class of organic frameworks,plays a crucial role in shaping their structures,functions,and potential applications.In this study,we presented the construction of chiral supramolecular 2D halogen-bonded organic frameworks(XOFs)through a post-synthetic modification strategy.A linear halogen-bonded organic polymer(XOP),XOP-DPBA,decorated with aldehyde groups,was initially prepared to validate the feasibility of post-synthetic modification for XOF construction and functionalization.XOP-DPBA exhibited excellent reactivity with amines,forming imine bonds.By utilizing this reactivity,a series of cross-linked 2D XOFs were efficiently prepared through post-synthetic modified cross-linking reactions.Furthermore,we successfully introduced chiralα/β-cyclodextrins(α/β-CD)into the XOF skeletons via host-guest interactions,resulting in the fabrication of chiral supramolecular 2D XOFs.These chiral XOFs displayed the induced circular dichroism(ICD)signals and assembled them into helical fibers.The post-synthetic modification strategy demonstrated its versatility and simplicity for the construction and functionalization of XOFs.Ning Xia Jiahao Zhao Guanfei Gong Hongqiang Dong Haohu Li Jike Wang Lu Wang Shigui Chen 2023Science China Chemistry2023,66,11:0
