2Sedimentary Characteristics and Paleoenvironmental Records of Zabuye Salt Lake,Tibetan Plateau,since 128 ka BP显示文摘This paper for the first time reveals high-resolution core records of Zabuye Salt Lake in the interior of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.According to 1346 samples taken continuously,relatively accurate ^(14)C,U-series disequilibrium and ESR ages have been obtained,thus revealing that the lake core ages from 0 to 83.63m of hole SZK02 are~800 to over 128 ka.In the paper,the lake core sedimentary characteristics(including the lithologies and mineral assemblages)are analyzed in detail and correlated with ostracod assemblages I to XX and sporopollen zones A to I,and on the basis of an integrated analysis of theδ^(18)0 values of authigenic calcium-magnesium carbonate and environmental proxies of minerals,sporopollen and microfossils in the lake core,a correlation has been made of oxygen isotope change between this lake core and the Greenland GISP2 and GRIP and Guliya ice cores,and the climate of Zabuye Salt Lake since 128 ka BP is divided into the last interglacial stage (including substages e,d,c,b and a)of oxygen isotope stage(OIS)5,early glacial stadial of the last glacial stage of OIS 4,interglacial stadial of the last glacial stage of OIS 3,late glacial stadial of the last glacial stage or Last Glacial Maximum of OIS 2 and postglacial state of OIS 1;in addition,6 Heinrich (H_6-H_1)events,Younger Dryas event and 8.2 ka BP cold event have been recognized.ZHENG Mianping YUAN Heran LIU Junying LI Yanhe MA Zhibang SUN Qing 2007Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2007,81,5:10
3Evaluation of umami taste components of mushroom (Suillus granulatus) of different grades prepared by different drying methods显示文摘Suillus granulatus is a valuable wild edible mushroom with a strong umami taste.Different grades of S.granulatus were dried by different methods,including natural air drying(ND),hot air drying(HAD),vacuum drying(VD),and freeze drying(FD).Results showed that VD samples of all grades had the highest equivalent umami concentration(EUC)value(P<0.05).The second grade of ND samples showed the highest EUC value(P<0.05).The first grade of HAD samples showed the highest EUC value(P<0.05).The third grade of FD samples showed the highest EUC value(P<0.05).The third grade of VD samples had a higher EUC value than the other grades of samples dried by VD.Electronic tongue results indicated no significant differences between samples of all grades dried by all methods.Thus,umami taste components are affected by drying method and grade.VD is an appropriate drying method for all sample grades.ND,HAD,and FD are suitable for second-,first-,and third-grade samples,respectively.Xiuhong Zhao Yunyun Wei Xue Gong Heran Xu Guang Xin 2020Food Science and Human Wellness2020,9,2:7

6Bus Arrival Time Prediction Based on Mixed Model显示文摘How to predict the bus arrival time accurately is a crucial problem to be solved in Internet of Vehicle. Existed methods cannot solve the problem effectively for ignoring the traffic delay jitter. In this paper,a three-stage mixed model is proposed for bus arrival time prediction. The first stage is pattern training. In this stage,the traffic delay jitter patterns(TDJP)are mined by K nearest neighbor and K-means in the historical traffic time data. The second stage is the single-step prediction,which is based on real-time adjusted Kalman filter with a modification of historical TDJP. In the third stage,as the influence of historical law is increasing in long distance prediction,we combine the single-step prediction dynamically with Markov historical transfer model to conduct the multi-step prediction. The experimental results show that the proposed single-step prediction model performs better in accuracy and efficiency than short-term traffic flow prediction and dynamic Kalman filter. 7The Quaternary Pan-lake (Overflow) Period and Paleoclimate on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau显示文摘Lake geomorphology and high-level lacustrine deposits since the mid-late Pleistocene are well preserved in lakes of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. According to geological surveys of 17 lake districts in different locations of the plateau,combined with interpretations of satellite images and topographic maps, the authors studied the timing of formation and scopes of the pan-lake areas of the plateau and their paleoclimate. The latest two high lake levels (overflow surfaces) on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in the Quaternary occurred at ~40 to 30/35 ka and ~65 to 53 ka respectively. In these time intervals, the plateau was covered by huge interconnected pan-lake systems with a total area of ~36 km2 and a total volume of lake water of >530 million km2, which are about 38 times and 659 times larger than those of the modem lakes respectively. Before this pan-lake period in the late Pleistocene, there had been three high lake levels that occurred at ~132-112 ka, 110-95 ka and 91-72/~83-75 ka respectively, suggesting that the late Quaternary climate on the plateau was unstable and changed rapidly. The ~40-30 ka high lake level also appeared in the Tengger desert north of the plateau,suggesting that there existed very strong summer monsoons from South Asia then; the variation in solar radiation with a 20,000 precessional period has special importance for the high-altitude Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in the low-latitude zone of the Earth. Around 30 ka, the pan-lakes at the peripheries of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau drained out suddenly with rapid uplift of the plateau and cooling. In a short time the huge amount of cold lake water emptied into the Indian Ocean and Western Pacific. 8Comprehensive evaluation of Actinidia arguta fruit based on the nutrition and taste:67 germplasm native to Northeast China显示文摘Actinidia arguta is a berry fruit with high nutritional values.To evaluate the comprehensive quality,the fruit weight,titratable acid(TAC),soluble solids(SSC),vitamin C,mineral elements,and taste value of67 accessions of A.arguta were measured,and sensory attributes including olfactive intensity,juiciness,sweetness,sourness,and astringency were assessed.Cluster analysis was carried out based on mineral elements,and principal component analysis(PCA)was used for comprehensive score ranking.The result demonstrated that fruit weight ranged from 3.5 g to 24.2 g,SSC ranged from 11.94%to 20.56%,TAC ranged from 0.15%to 1.20%,and vitamin C ranged from 3.51 g/kg to 230.76 g/kg(fresh weight)among the tested samples.There were significant differences in sourness,sweetness,bitterness,and umami among the 67 accessions based on electronic tongue analysis,and this result was rapidly and objectively characterized by the sensory assessment.The dendrogram was obtained and clustered the accessions into two major clusters,and five principal components were extracted by PCA.Overall,the information provided by this study identified the 10 best germplasm resources for fresh-eating and processing fruits.It can provide theoretical reference for nutritional efficacy evaluation and food development of A.arguta.Mengting Song Heran Xu Guang Xin Changjiang Liu Xiaorong Sun Yinhong Zhi Bin Li Yixiao Shen 2022Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,2:3
9Desert vegetation distribution and species-environment relationships in an oasis-desert ecotone of northwestern China显示文摘Environmental heterogeneity significantly affects the structure of ecological communities.Exploring vegetation distribution and its relationship with environmental factors is essential to understanding the abiotic mechanism(s)driving vegetation succession,especially in the ecologically fragile areas.In this study,based on the quantitative analysis of plant community and environmental factors in 68 plots at 10 different transects in the Minqin oasis-desert ecotone(ODE)of northwestern China,we investigated desert vegetation distribution and species-environment relationships using multivariate analysis.Two-way indicator species analysis(TWINSPAN),detrended correspondence analysis(DCA),and canonical correspondence analysis(CCA)methods were used.A total of 28 species,belonging to 27 genera in 8 families,were identified.Chenopodiaceae,Zygophyllaceae,Gramineae,and Leguminosae were the largest families.Annual and perennial herbs accounted for 28.60%of the total number of plants,while shrubs(42.90%)were the most dominant.Nitraria tangutorum was the constructive species of the desert plant community.We divided the 68 plots surveyed in this study into 7 community types,according to the results of TWINSPAN.The distribution of these 7 communities in the DCA ordination graph showed that species with a similar ecotype were clustered together.Results of CCA indicated that groundwater was the dominant factor influencing vegetation distribution,while distance between plot and oasis(Dis)and soil electrical conductivity(EC)were the local second-order factors.Our study suggests that optimizing the utilization of groundwater in oases is key to controlling the degradation of desert vegetation.The favorable topographic conditions of sand dunes should be fully utilized for vegetal dune stabilization,and the influence of soil salinity on the selection of afforestation tree species should be considered.ZHAO Peng QU Jianjun XU Xianying YU Qiushi JIANG Shengxiu ZHAO Heran 2019Journal of Arid Land2019,11,3:2

11比较B超定位和常规体表定位法静脉输液港植入术在乳腺癌患者中的应用(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to compare the anatomic-landmark and ultrasound-guided techniques in the placement of an internal jugular vein port in patients with advanced breast cancer.Methods:Between March 2010 and October 2010,60 patients with advanced breast cancer underwent central venous port placement for the delivery of chemotherapy,preferably through the internal jugular vein.Patients were randomly assigned to either the anatomic-landmark or the ultrasound-guided group.Failure on first attempt,number of attempts until successful catheterization,time to successful placement,the accordance of the two placement approaches,and the demographics of each patient were recorded.Results: The consistency of the direction of two lines drawn using the anatomic-landmark and ultrasound-guided techniques or of the diameter of the internal jugular vein as determined by the two approaches was 85%(51/60).The rate of successful placement at first attempt was higher in the ultrasound group than in the anatomic-landmark group(P<0.05).A greater number of attempts and longer time to successful port placement were needed in the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion:The findings of this study indicate that,in the placement of an internal jugular vein port,the ultrasound(US)-guided technique has several advantages over the anatomic-landmark technique.Nanyan Rao Jiannan Wu Shunrong Li Liang Jin Weijuan Jia Heran Deng Fengxi Su 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,12:2
