1促生长激素分泌素受体基因多态性与肥胖关系显示文摘目的 了解促生长激素分泌素受体 (GHSR)基因多态性与青少年肥胖的关系。方法 选择 184名重度肥胖和 184名低体重青少年 ,对GHSR基因两个单核苷酸多态性 (SNP)进行快速高通量基因型分析。另对 2 70例肥胖、4 9例低体重和 96例体重正常者 ,进行其中 1个单核苷酸的基因多态性 (编号rs4 95 2 2 5 )检测 ,并对 387个肥胖核心家系进行传递 /不平衡检验 (TDT)。结果 在rs4 95 2 2 5多态性位点上 ,肥胖组的 171T等位基因频率 ( 75 0 % )明显高于低体重组 ( 70 2 % ) ,进一步扩大样本的关联分析显示相似趋势 ,但组间均无显著性差异。 387个核心家系中 171等位基因传递率为 5 1 8% ,略高于 171C等位基因 ( 4 8 2 % ) ,亦无显著性差异 (P =0 5 3)。结论 该人群中未发现促生长激素分泌素受体基因王海俊 季成叶 Johannes Hebebrand Anke Hinney 2004中国公共卫生2004,20,9:2
