2Evaluation of a laying-hen tracking algorithm based on a hybrid support vector machine显示文摘Background: Behavior is an important indicator reflecting the welfare of animals. Manual analysis of video is the most commonly used method to study animal behavior. However, this approach is tedious and depends on a subjective judgment of the analysts. There is an urgent need for automatic identification of individual animals and automatic tracking is a fundamental part of the solution to this problem.Results: In this study, an algorithm based on a Hybrid Support Vector Machine(HSVM) was developed for the automated tracking of individual laying hens in a layer group. More than 500 h of video was conducted with laying hens raised under a floor system by using an experimental platform. The experimental results demonstrated that the HSVM tracker outperformed the Frag(fragment-based tracking method), the TLD(Tracking-Learning-Detection),the PLS(object tracking via partial least squares analysis), the Mean Shift Algorithm, and the Particle Filter Algorithm based on their overlap rate and the average overlap rate.Conclusions: The experimental results indicate that the HSVM tracker achieved better robustness and state-of-theart performance in its ability to track individual laying hens than the other algorithms tested. 3Three-dimensional time-varying sliding mode guidance law against maneuvering targets with terminal angle constraint显示文摘This paper deals with the problem of intercepting maneuvering targets with terminal angle constraints for missiles subjected to three-dimensional non-decoupling engagement geometry.To achieve the finite-time interception and satisfactory overload characteristics, a time varying sliding mode control methodology is developed based on a time base generator function. The main feature of the proposed guidance law guarantees the Line-of-Sight(LOS) angles to converge to small neighborhoods of the desired values at the interception time. First, a fractional power extended state observer is used to estimate the unknown target acceleration, which can significantly reduce the adaptive switching gain. The fractional power extended state observer enjoys the advantage of better noise tolerance. Then, a newly designed sliding mode surface is constructed by introducing a time base generator function and the time-varying sliding mode guidance law is developed based on this time-varying sliding surface. The proposed guidance law significantly reduces the overload magnitudes. 4Cloud-based data management system for automatic real-time data acquisition from large-scale laying-hen farms显示文摘Management of poultry farms in China mostly relies on manual labor.Since such a large amount of valuable data for the production process either are saved incomplete or saved only as paper documents,making it very difficult for data retrieve,processing and analysis.An integrated cloud-based data management system(CDMS)was proposed in this study,in which the asynchronous data transmission,distributed file system,and wireless network technology were used for information collection,management and sharing in large-scale egg production.The cloud-based platform can provide information technology infrastructures for different farms.The CDMS can also allocate the computing resources and storage space based on demand.A real-time data acquisition software was developed,which allowed farm management staff to submit reports through website or smartphone,enabled digitization of production data.The use of asynchronous transfer in the system can avoid potential data loss during the transmission between farms and the remote cloud data center.All the valid historical data of poultry farms can be stored to the remote cloud data center,and then eliminates the need for large server clusters on the farms.Users with proper identification can access the online data portal of the system through a browser or an APP from anywhere worldwide.Chen Hongqian Hongwei Xin Teng Guanghui Meng Chaoying Du Xiaodong Mao Taotao Wang Cheng 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,4:3
5Low-Temperature Growing Anatase TiO2/SnO2 Multi-dimensional Heterojunctions at MXene Conductive Network for High-Efficient Perovskite Solar Cells显示文摘A multi-dimensional conductive heterojunction structure,composited by TiO2,SnO2,and Ti3C2TX MXene,is facilely designed and applied as electron transport layer in efficient and stable planar perovskite solar cells.Based on an oxygen vacancy scramble effect,the zero-dimensional anatase TiO2 quantum dots,surrounding on two-dimensional conductive Ti3C2TX sheets,are in situ rooted on three-dimensional SnO2 nanoparticles,constructing nanoscale TiO2/SnO2 heterojunctions.The fabrication is implemented in a controlled lowtemperature anneal method in air and then in N2 atmospheres.With the optimal MXene content,the optical property,the crystallinity of perovskite layer,and internal interfaces are all facilitated,contributing more amount of carrier with effective and rapid transferring in device.The champion power conversion efficiency of resultant perovskite solar cells achieves 19.14%,yet that of counterpart is just 16.83%.In addition,it can also maintain almost 85%of its initial performance for more than 45 days in 30–40%humidity air;comparatively,the counterpart declines to just below 75%of its initial performance.Linsheng Huang Xiaowen Zhou Rui Xue Pengfei Xu Siliang Wang Chao Xu Wei Zeng Yi Xiong Hongqian Sang Dong Liang 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,3:3
6Mathematic model of solid fraction during rheo-casting by the cooling sloping plate process显示文摘A mathematic model of the solid fraction during rheo-casting by the cooling sloping plate process was established, and the effects of the process parameters on the solid fraction were analyzed. The calculation results show that the experimental result is approximately agreed with the calculation value. The effect of the casting temperature on the change rate of the solid fraction is not obvious. But the beginning solidification length is greatly influenced by the casting temperature. The beginning solidification length increases with the increment of the casting temperature. The effect of the sloping angle on the solid fraction becomes obvious with the increment of the sloping plate length. The solid fraction increases sharply with the decrease of the initial thickness of the melt. 8Boundary Layer Distributions and Cooling Rate of Cooling Sloping Plate Process显示文摘According to the principle of grain refining and slurry preparation by cooling sloping plate process, the distributions of boundary layers during melt treatment by cooling sloping plate were studied, and mathematic model of cooling rate was established. The calculation value approximately agrees with the experimental result. Laminar flow and turbulent flow exist on sloping plate surface commonly. The thickness of velocity boundary layer and the critical transfer distance from laminar flow to turbulent flow increase with the decrease of initial flow velocity. The thickness of temperature boundary layer increases with the increment of flow distance and the decrease of initial flow velocity. The melt cooling rate and melt thickness have an inverse proportion relationship. The melt cooling rate increases along the plate direction gradually when the initial flow velocity is lower than 1 m/s, the melt cooling rate keeps nearly a constant when the initial flow velocity is 1 m/s, when the initial flow velocity is higher than 1 m/s, the melt cooling rate decreases gradually. 11AIEgen-lipid structures:Assembly and biological applications显示文摘Aggregation-induced emission(AIE)molecules possess notable advantages outperforming traditional aggregation caused quenching(ACQ)materials on various aspects.They are rapidly developed these years.More and more AIE luminogens(AIEgens)are designed to possess multifunctions such as the abilities of near-infrared two-photon absorption and reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation,which could be used for deep tissue imaging and photodynamic therapy.The AIEgens exhibit great potential in biological application field.However,despite the photophysics stability and ROS generation ability in aggregated states are favorable conditions,their applications in biological field are retarded by uncontrolled size,single imaging mode,low targeting efficiency,and also poor biocompatibility and dispersibility in physiological environment.The combination of AIEgen and lipid is a straightforward,promising,and intensively used way to solve the above problems.Due to the special amphipathic property of lipid,which results from a hydrophilic head and hydrophobic tail structure,there are various possibilities of combination modes between lipid and AIEgen.Even a little procedure or condition change during the synthesis process will impact the structure of obtained product,which can further influence its application.Herein,we summarize the synthesis methods of different AIEgen-lipid compounds with diverse structures and properties,as well as their biological applications in this contribution,which has not been presented before,being aimed at serving as a synthesis and application reference for these promising AIEgen-lipid compounds applied in biological region.Hongqian Cao Yang Yang Junbai Li 2020Aggregate2020,1,1:1

13Heat transfer and grain refining mechanism during melt treatment by cooling sloping plate显示文摘Heat transfer of flow melt and grain refining mechanism during melt treatment by the cooling sloping plate were investigated.The results show that the cooling sloping plate can refine not only grains of alloys but also can obviously refine pure metal.Cooling ability of the plate is the key factor that induces grain refining,the plate material and the flow amount can affect cooling rate of the melt and thus affect refining effectiveness.The cooling rate of the melt on the cooling sloping plate is much faster than that of the conventional casting process,which can reach 1000 K/s and belongs to meta-rapid solidification scope.The thickness of the temperature boundary layer is much larger than that of the velocity boundary layer on the sloping plate,but the temperature gradient is small in the temperature boundary layer.Under strong cooling action by the cooling plate,most parts of the melt on the plate surface can form undercooling,which causes continuous eruptive nucleation,this is the main grain refining mechanism,and the heterogeneous nucleation on the plate surface is a helpful supplement for the nucleation.Renguo GUAN Zhanyong ZHAO Runze CHAO Hongqian HUANG Chunming LIU 2012Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2012,25,4:1
