| 2 | Facile synthesis of enzyme functional metal-organic framework for colorimetric detecting H_2O_2 and ascorbic acid显示文摘In this work,a metal-organic frameworks material MIL-88 was prepared easily using solvent-thermal method,and was first found to have catalytic activities similar to those of biological enzymes such as catalase and peroxidase.The material was characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM,EDX,FT-IR techniques and an N_2 adsorption method.It exhibited peroxidase-like activity through catalytic oxidation of the peroxidase substrate 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB) in the presence of H_2O_2,producing a blue-colored solution.Under optimal conditions,the absorbance at 652 nm is linearly correlated with the concentration of H_2O_2 from 2.0×10^(-6) mol/L to 2.03×10^(-5) mol/L(R^2=0.981) with a detection limit of 5.62×10^(-7) mol/L(S/N=3).More importantly,a sensitive and selective method for ascorbic acid detection was developed using this material as a catalyst.The analytical method for ascorbic acid detection was observed to have a linear range from 2.57×10^(-6) mol/L to 1.01×10^(-5) mol/L(R^2=0.989) with a detection limit of 1.03×10^(-6) mol/L(S/N=3).This work suggests MOFs have advantages of preparing biomimetic catalysts and extends applications of the functional MOFs in the field of biosensor. | Cunji Gao Hongmei Zhu Jia Chen Hongdeng Qiu | 2017 | Chinese Chemical Letters2017,28,5: | 5 |
| 3 | Recent progress in nanomaterial-enhanced fluorescence polarization/anisotropy sensors显示文摘As a promising signaling transduction approach, fluorescence polarization(FP)/fluorescence anisotropy(FA), provides a powerful quantitative tool for the rotational motion of fluorescently labeled molecules in chemical or biological homogeneous systems. Unlike fluorescence intensity, FP/FA is almost independent the concentration or quantum of fluorophores, but they are highly dependent on the size or molecular weight of the molecules or materials attached to fluorophores. Recently, significant progress in FP/FA was made, due to the introduction of some nanomaterials as FP/FA enhancers. The detection sensitivity is thus greatly improved by using nanomaterials as FP/FA enhancers, and nanomaterial-based FP/FA is currently used successfully in immunoassay, and analysis of protein, nucleic acid, small molecule and metal ion.Nanomaterial-based FP/FA provides a new kind of strategy to design fluorescent sensors and establishes innovative analytical methods. In this review, we summarize the scientific publications in the field of FP/FA sensor in recent five years, and first introduce the recent progress of FP/FA sensor based on nanomaterial. Subsequently, the various analytical applications of FP/FA based on nanomaterial are discussed. | 11 | Porous graphene decorated silica as a new stationary phase for separation of sulfanilamide compounds in hydrophilic interaction chromatography显示文摘Porous graphene(PG) has potential applications in numerous fields because of the existence of nanopores in the plane. In this study, porous graphene decorated silica microspheres(Sil-PG) were successfully fabricated by assembling PG onto the silica particles surface in deep eutectic solvents(DESs).Experimental results demonstrate that this new stationary phase can facilitate the separation of six sulfonamides compounds in hydrophilic chromatographic conditions. | 14 | Facile and sensitive S1 endonuclease activity and inhibition assay using positively-charged Ag nanorods显示文摘In this work, we designed a facile and promising strategy for fluorescence determination of S1 endonuclease activity and inhibition based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET) between positively Ag nanorods(AgNRs) and negatively-charged ROX-labeled sing-stranded DNA(ROX-ssDNA). In the absence of Sl endonuclease, the fluorescence signal of the ROX-ssDNA was efficiently quenched when the ROX-ssDNA was adsorbed on the surface of AgNRs via strong electrostatic interaction. However, upon addition of different concentration of Sl endonuclease, the fluorescence was gradually restored owing to the reduction of FRET efficiency caused by S1 endonuclease specific cleavage ROX-ssDNA into short fragments, which reduced the electrostatic interaction between AgNRs and short oligonucleotide fragment. This assay strategy exhibited a high sensitivity and excellent specificity for S1 endonuclease with a detection limit of 0.004 U/mL and a dynamic concentration range from 0.01 U/mL to 5.0 U/mL. Various racemates(aryl alcohols, flavanones, triazoles, benzoin, etc.) were well separated on the tricarboxylic acid modified chiral stationary phases in both normal and reversed modes with good reproducibility and stability, and the influence of mobile phase composition on resolution(R_(s)) were deeply investigated. The RSD values of Rsfor repeatability and column-to-column were below 1.28% and 3.05%, respectively. | 18 | Synthesis strategies of covalent organic frameworks: An overview from nonconventional heating methods and reaction media显示文摘Covalent organic frameworks(COFs), as an emerging class of porous crystalline materials constructed by covalent links between the building monomers, have gained tremendous attention. Over the past 15 years, COFs have made rapid progress and substantial development in the chemistry and materials fields. However, the synthesis of COFs has been dominated by solvothermal methods for a long time and it usually involves high temperature, high pressure and toxic organic solvents, which created many challenges for environmental considerations. Recently,the exploration of new approaches for facile fabrication of COFs has aroused extensive interest. Hence, in this review, we comprehensively describe the synthetic strategies of COFs from the aspects of nonconventional heating methods and reaction media. In addition, the advantages,limitations and properties of the preparation methods are compared.
