| 2 | Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Rural Tourism Attractions in Yangzhou City显示文摘By using geography quantitative methods and Arc GIS,the spatial distribution characteristics,types,rules and influencing factors of 20 representative rural tourism attractions in Yangzhou City were analyzed.The results show that the traffic accessibility of various regions in Yangzhou City correlated positively with the spacial distribution of rural tourist attractions in quantity in these regions.The rural tourist attractions were dense in regions 10-20 km away from the center of the city;there was only one rural tourist attraction in regions 40-70 km away from the center of the city;some big rural tourist attractions were distributed in regions 70-90 km away from the center of the city;market orientation influenced the spatial distribution of the rural tourist attractions obviously.In regions 0-30 km away from the center of the city,most rural tourist attractions mainly provided recreation and entertainment services for tourists;in regions more than 70 km away from the center of the city,most rural tourist attractions mainly provided health and recuperation services for tourists;in regions 30-50 km away from the center of the city,the service functions of the rural tourist attractions were compound and diversified. | TANG Hongjiu PENG Jianwei | 2016 | Journal of Landscape Research2016,8,6: | 5 |
| 3 | Efficient and stable genera-tion of transgenic silkworm, Bombyx mori with the lepi-dopteran derived transposon piggyBac显示文摘The piggyBac transposable element was suc-cessfully used for generation of the transgenic silkworm, Bombyx mori. The EGFP was adopted in this study as a screening marker in transgenic vector under the control of an artificial promoter containing Pax-6 binding sites that can drive eye-specific genes expression in various insect species including B. mori and Drosophila. 111 independent trans-genic lines were obtained among 700 fertile G0 moths. Most of the transgenic lines contained two or more chromosomal insertions of the EGFP marker, which were stably inherited over more than six generations during the time of this pro-ject. PiggyBac-mediated transposition was confirmed by identifying the characteristic TTAA duplication sequence at the insertion sites. Using max-plus algebra, a maxplus stochastic system is used to describe the Markovian jump cloud control system. A causal feedback matrix is obtained by exponential stability analysis for a causal feedback controller of the Markovian jump cloud control system. A sufficient condition is given to ensure existence on the causal feedback matrix of the causal feedback controller. | 20 | Low-cost preferential different amine grafted silica spheres adsorbents for DAC CO_(2)removal显示文摘DAC CO_(2)capture is gaining wide attention as one of the most difficult carbon approaches to tackle climate change.In this work,different pore-size silica spheres were grafted using different amine groups such as APTES,APTMS,and Diamine.Herein,all samples based on the wet and dry grafting method were used for CO_(2)adsorption isotherm at room temperature and pressure(298 K and 1 bar).The sample based on the wet grafting(Silica-APTES-W)sample shows the highest CO_(2)uptake 1.67 mmol/g.Also,the adsorption isotherm of the Silica-APTES-W sample was showed a high capacity of CO_(2)1.2 mmol/g at 25℃,which describes the strong physical interaction between CO_(2)and amine.The isosteric adsorption of Silica-APTES-W also confirmed that the physical adsorption was dominant because of low adsorption heat ranging from 23 to 37 k J/mol.Also,the fixed bed experiment was conducted with 2000 ppm CO_(2)that obtains the optimal working capacity 4.5 m L/g with the lowest regeneration temperature 90℃.It was shown that Silica-APTES-W sample was superior performance for DAC CO_(2)capture in practical applications. | Salman Qadir Hongjiu Su Defu Li Yiming Gu Shengsheng Zhao Sheng Wang Shudong Wang | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,,12: | 0 |
