A Strigolactone Biosynthesis Gene Contributed to the Green Revolution in Rice显示文摘Plant architecture is a complex agronomic trait and a major factor of crop yield, which is affected by several important hormones.Strigolactones(SLs)are identified as a new class hormoneinhibiting branching in many plant species and have been shown to be involved in various developmental processes.Genetical and chemical modulation of the SL pathway is recognized as a promising approach to modify plant architecture. However, whether and how the genes involved in the SL pathway could be utilized in breeding still remain elusive. Here,we demonstrate that a partial loss-of-function allele of the SL biosynthesis gene,HIGH TILLERING AND DWARF 1/DWARF17(HTD1/D17),which encodes CAROTENOID CLEAVAGE DIOXYGENASE 7(CCD7),increases tiller number and improves grain yield in rice.We found that the HTD1 gene had been widely utilized and co-selected with Semidwarf 1(SD1),both contributing to the improvement of plant architecture in modern rice varieties since the Green Revolution in the 1960s.Understanding how phytohormone pathway genes regulate plant architecture and how they have been utilized and selected in breeding will lay the foundation for developing the rational approaches toward improving crop yield. | Yuexing Wang Lianguang Shang Hong Yu Longjun Zeng Jiang Hu Shen Ni Yuchun Rao Sanfeng Li Jinfang Chu Xiangbing Meng Lei Wang Ping Hu Jijun Yan Shujing Kang Minghao Qu Hai Lin Tao Wang Quan Wang Xingming Hu Hongqi Chen Bing Wang Zhenyu Gao Longbiao Guo Dali Zeng Xudong Zhu Guosheng Xiong Jiayang Li Qian Qian | 2020 | Molecular Plant2020,13,6: | 23
Quantitative evaluation methods for waterflooded layers of conglomerate reservoir based on well logging data显示文摘The rapid changing near source, multi-stream depositional environment of conglomerate reservoirs leads to severe heterogeneity, complex lithology and physical properties, and large changes of oil layer resistivity. Quantitative evaluation of water-flooded layers has become an important but difficult focus for secondary development of oilfields. In this paper, based on the analysis of current problems in quantitative evaluation of water-flooded layers, the Kexia Group conglomerate reservoir of the Sixth District in the Karamay Oilfield was studied. Eight types of conglomerate reservoir lithology were identified effectively by a data mining method combined with the data from sealed coring wells, and then a multi-parameter model for quantitative evaluation of the water-flooded layers of the main oil-bearing lithology was developed. Water production rate, oil saturation and oil productivity index were selected as the characteristic parameters for quantitative evaluation of water-flooded layers of conglomerate reservoirs. Finally, quantitative evaluation criteria and identification rules for water-flooded layers of main oil-bearing lithology formed by integration of the three characteristic parameters of water-flooded layer and undisturbed formation resistivity. This method has been used in evaluation of the water-flooded layers of a conglomerate reservoir in the Karamay Oilfield and achieved good results, improving the interpretation accuracy and compliance rate. It will provide technical support for avoiding perforation of high water-bearing layers and for adjustment of developmental programs. | Tan Fengqi Li Hongqi Xu Changfu Li Qingyuan Peng Shouchang | 2010 | Petroleum Science2010,7,4: | 21
Ubiquitination of Rheb governs growth factor-induced mTORC1 activation显示文摘Mechanistic target of rapamycin mTOR complex 1 (mTORC1)plays a key role in the integration of various environmental signals to regulate cell growth and metabolism,mTORC1 is recruited to the lysosome where it is activated by its interaction with GTP-bound Rheb GTPase. However, the regulatory mechanism of Rheb activity remains largely unknown. Here,we show that ubiquitination governs the nucleotide-bound status of Rheb.Lysosome-anchored E3 ligase RNF152 catalyzes Rheb ubiquitination and promotes its binding to the TSC complex.EGF enhances the deubiquitination of Rheb through AKT-dependent USP4 phosphorylation, leading to the release of Rheb from the TSC complex.Functionally, ubiquitination of Rheb is linked to mTORC1-mediated signaling and consequently regulates tumor growth. Thus,we propose a mechanistic model whereby Rheb-mediated mTORC1 activation is dictated by a dynamic opposing act between Rheb ubiquitination and deubiquitination that are catalyzed by RNF152 and USP4 respectively. | Lu Deng Lei Chen Linlin Zhao Yan Xu Xiaoping Peng Xinbo Wang Lin Ding Jiali Jin Hongqi Teng Yanming Wang Weijuan Pan Fei Yu Lujian Liao Li Li Xin Ge Ping Wang | 2019 | Cell Research2019,29,2: | 16
Time-frequency analysis and detecting method research on milling force token signal in spindle current signal显示文摘The vast majority of tool condition monitoring systems use the motor current instead of the cutting force as the predictor signal. The measured motor current signal is time-dependant and instable. It is difficult to detect the cutting force token signal from such motor current signal. This paper presents a method that uses the wavelet transforms to reconstruct the cutting force token signal from the current signal based on the time frequency analysis of the cutting force signal. The result of the cutting force measurement experiment shows that the proposed reconstruct method could be used to analyze the spindle current and monitor the time-varying cutting force. | MAO XinYong LIU HongQi LI Bin | 2009 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,10: | 11
High precision topographic data on Lop Nor basin's Lake 'Great Ear' ? and the timing of its becoming a dry salt lake显示文摘High precision elevation measurements using DGPS were carried out along three representative tran- sects for the 'Great Ear' area, a dry salt lake within the Lop Nor basin. Results indicate that the Lop Nor basin is only 5.2 m deep and its lowest point occurs at the center of the 'Great Ear'. In addition, the basin is asymmetric - steeper in the southwest (0.19‰) and gentler in the northeast (0.09‰). Points along the same 'Great Ear' ring were found to have an identical elevation value, but different when from different ones (lower towards the center). The spacing of the 'Great Ear' rings was found to be closely related with the surface steepness. The closer the 'Great Ear' rings are spaced, the steeper the ground surface, and vice versa. These findings support the argument that the 'Great Ear' rings are the former shoreline trails left behind by Lop Nor water during the last few episodes of recession towards its total dry up. A comprehensive analysis of the high precision elevation data, historical accounts, aerial and satellite photographs and imagery, and official topographic maps of the study area suggests that the 'Great Ear' area in the Lop Nor basin was incorrectly mapped as being covered by a great body of water on the 1963 topographic maps. A re-interpretation of the 1958 aerial photographs and newer remote sensing imagery indicated that the 'Great Ear' ring structure was already in place in 1958 and it continued to appear on the subsequent remote sensing data without any major changes. It is estimated that lake water in the 'Great Ear' area of the Lop Nor basin disappeared between the late 1930s and early 1940s. | LI BaoGuo MA LiChun JIANG PingAn DUAN ZengQiang SUN DanFeng QIU HongLie ZHONG JunPing WU HongQi | 2008 | Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,6: | 11
Exosome-encapsulated miR-505 from ox-LDL-treated vascular endothelial cells aggravates atherosclerosis by inducing NET formation显示文摘Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)play an important role in the pathological process of atherosclerosis(AS).This study aims to evaluate whether exosomes from oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL)-treated vascular endothelial cells(VECs)aggravate AS by inducing NET formation.Exosomes from the peripheral blood of healthy donors and AS patients(namely NC-EXO and AS-EXO,respectively)and exosomes from human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)treated without or with ox-LDL(namely normal EXO and ox-LDL-EXO,respectively)were isolated, identified, and co-cultured with neutrophils from peripheral blood of healthy donors.NET formation was evaluated by immunofluorescence staining and determining the content of cell-free DNA and myeloperoxidase-DNA complex.Dual-luciferase reporter assay, chromatin immunoprecipitation assay, quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction, and western blot analysis were performed to explore the underlying mechanisms. We found that AS-EXO and ox-LDLEXO in duced NET release from n eutrophils.Meeh a nistically,ox-LDL treatment in HUVECs might activate the NF-κB pathway, which transcriptionally activates miR-505,and then the exosome-encapsulated high miR-505 expression targeted and inhibited SIRT3 in neutrophils, thereby inducing reactive oxygen species(ROS)level increase and NET release by neutrophils.Further in vivo experiments showed that ox-LDLEXO accelerated AS progression in AS mice.In summary,exosome-encapsulated miR-505 from ox-LDLtreated VECs aggravates AS by inducing NET formation. | Li Chen Liqun Hu Qing Li Jian Ma Hongqi Li | 2019 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2019,51,12: | 11
Mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomal miR-21a-5p promotes M2 macrophage polarization and reduces macrophage infiltration to attenuate atherosclerosis显示文摘Atherosclerosis(AS)is the main pathological basis for ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)-derived exosomes have the potential to alleviate AS,while the underlying mechanism remains unclear. Here,we aimed to investigate the mechanism of MSC-derived exosomes in AS.The AS mouse model was prepared by feeding ApoE–/–mice with high-fat diet.AS mice were administered with MSC-derived exosomes, and the atherosclerotic plaque area was analyzed by Oil Red O staining.Mouse RAW264.7 macrophages were incubated with MSC-derived exosomes. The macrophage infiltration, macrophage proportion, and cell migration were estimated by immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry,or Transwell assay. The relationship between miR-21a-5p and kruppel-like factor 6(KLF6)or extracellular signal-regulated protein kinases 2(ERK2)was verified by luciferase reporter assay. We found that MSC-derived exosomes promoted M2 polarization of macrophages and reduced plaque area and macrophage infiltration in AS mice.miR-21a-5p overexpression caused an increase of M2 macrophages in RAW264.7 cells and led to a decrease in migration of RAW264.7 cells. Moreover, both KLF6 and ERK2 are the targets of miR-21a-5p.MSC-derived exosomes containing miR-21a-5p promoted M2 polarization of RAW264.7 cells by suppressing KLF6 expression.MSC-derived exosomes containing miR-21a-5p inhibited migration of RAW264.7 cells through inhibiting the ERK1/2 signaling pathway. In conclusion,MSC-derived exosomes containing miR-21a-5p promote macrophage polarization and reduce macrophage infiltration by targeting KLF6 and ERK1/2 signaling pathways, thereby attenuating the development of AS.Thus,MSC-derived exosomes may be a promising treatment for AS. | Jian Ma Li Chen Xiang Zhu Qing Li Liqun Hu Hongqi Li | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,9: | 7

Inversion of Array Induction Logs and Its Application显示文摘With the help of the modified geometrical factor theory, the Marquardt method was used to calculate the true electrical parameters of the formation from array induction logs. The inversion results derived from the assumed model and some practical cases show that the rebuilt formation profile determined by 2-ft resolution array induction logs is reasonable when the formation thickness is greater than 1 m, which thus indicates that the inversion method is reliable and can provide quantitative information for the discrimination of oil/gas or water zone. | Gao Jie Zhao Aibin Peng Fei Li Hongqi | 2007 | Petroleum Science2007,4,3: | 7
Micro-geological causes and macro-geological controlling factors of low-resistivity oil layers in the Puao Oilfield显示文摘Low-resistivity oil layers are often missed in logging interpretation because of their resistivity close to or below the resistivity of nearby water layers.Typical low-resistivity oil layers have been found in the past few years in the Putaohua reservoir of the Puao Oilfield in the south of the Daqing placanticline by detailed exploration.Based on a study of micro-geological causes of low-resistivity oil layers, the macro-geological controlling factors were analyzed through comprehensive research of regional depositional background, geological structure, and oil-water relations combined with core, water testing, well logging, and scanning electron microscopy data. The results showed that the formation and distribution of Putaohua low-resistivity oil layers in the Puao Oilfield were controlled by depositional environment, sedimentary facies, diagenesis, motive power of hydrocarbon accumulation, and acidity and alkalinity of reservoir liquid. The low-resistivity oil layers caused by high bound-water saturation were controlled by deposition and diagenesis, those caused by high free-water saturation were controlled by structural amplitude and motive power of hydrocarbon accumulation. Those caused by formation water with high salinity were controlled by the ancient saline water depositional environment and faulted structure and those caused by additional conductivity of shale were controlled by paleoclimate and acidity and alkalinity of reservoir liquid.Consideration of both micro-geological causes and macro-geological controlling factors is important in identifying low-resistivity oil layers. | Tan Fengqi Li Hongqi Liu Hongtao Jiang Fucong Yu Hongyan | 2009 | Petroleum Science2009,6,3: | 5

Comparison of nonhuman primates identified the suitable model for COVID-19显示文摘Identification of a suitable nonhuman primate(NHP)model of COVID-19 remains challenging. Here,we characterized severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)infection in three NHP species:Old World monkeys Macaca mulatta(M.mulatta)and Macaca fascicularis(M.fascicularis)and New World monkey Callithrix jacchus(C.jacchus).Infected M.mulatta and M.fascicularis showed abnormal chest radiographs,an increased body temperature and a decreased body weight.Viral genomes were detected in swab and blood samples from all animals.Viral load was detected in the pulmonary tissues of M.mulatta and M.fascicularis but not C.jacchus.Furthermore,among the three animal species,M.mulatta showed the strongest response to SARS-CoV-2,including increased inflammatory cytokine expression and pathological changes in the pulmonary tissues.Collectively, these data revealed the different susceptibilities of Old World and New World monkeys to SARS-CoV-2 and identified M.mulatta as the most suitable for modeling COVID-19. | Shuaiyao Lu Yuan Zhao Wenhai Yu Yun Yang Jiahong Gao Junbin Wang Dexuan Kuang Mengli Yang Jing Yang Chunxia Ma Jingwen Xu Xingli Qian Haiyan Li Siwen Zhao Jingmei Li Haixuan Wang Haiting Long Jingxian Zhou Fangyu Luo Kaiyun Ding Daoju Wu Yong Zhang Yinliang Dong Yuqin Liu Yinqiu Zheng Xiaochen Lin Li Jiao Huanying Zheng Qing Dai Qiangming Sun Yunzhang Hu Changwen Ke Hongqi Liu Xiaozhong Peng | 2020 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1: | 5
Allosteric inhibition reveals SHP2-mediated tumor immunosuppression in colon cancer by single-cell transcriptomics显示文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC), a malignant tumor worldwide consists of microsatellite instability(MSI) and stable(MSS) phenotypes. Although SHP2 is a hopeful target for cancer therapy, its relationship with innate immunosuppression remains elusive. To address that, single-cell RNA sequencing wasperformed to explore the role of SHP2 in all cell types of tumor microenvironment(TME) from murine MC38 xenografts. Intratumoral cells were found to be functionally heterogeneous and responded significantly to SHP099, a SHP2 allosteric inhibitor. The malignant evolution of tumor cells was remarkably arrested by SHP099. Mechanistically, STING-TBK1-IRF3-mediated type I interferon signaling was highly activated by SHP099 in infiltrated myeloid cells. Notably, CRC patients with MSS phenotype exhibited greater macrophage infiltration and more potent SHP2 phosphorylation in CD68;macrophages than MSI-high phenotypes, suggesting the potential role of macrophagic SHP2 in TME. Collectively, our data reveals a mechanism of innate immunosuppression mediated by SHP2, suggesting that SHP2 is a promising target for colon cancer immunotherapy. | Jian Gao Zhigui Wu Mingxia Zhao Rui Zhang Manru Li Dongdong Sun Haibo Cheng Xianjia Qi Yuxian Shen Qiang Xu Hongqi Chen Dijun Chen Yang Sun | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,1: | 5

Mechanism Analysis of Stiffness Improvement by Waterborne Epoxy Resin Surface Sizing Agent显示文摘Low-basis-weight paper lacks normal strength and stiffness. Waterborne epoxy resin could be employed with oxidized starch to improve paper stiffness through surface sizing. In this study, the mechanism of enhancing stiffness by adding waterborne epoxy resin was fully investigated. The results indicated that through surface sizing with epoxy resin, the paper thickness was preserved, whereas the elastic modulus increased significantly and the epoxy resin had positive impact on single fiber strength. A rigid resin layer and interpenetrating polymer network formed on the surface and in the inner layer of the paper, respectively. The formed resin layer and interpenetrating polymer network strongly supported the paper, leading to the improvement of the elastic modulus and stiffness. The stiffness improvement through surface sizing was mainly due to the formation of a fibrous composite layer and penetration of the sizing agent into the inner layers of the paper. The better the combination between fiber and sizing agent, the higher were the elastic modulus and the stiffness of the whole paper. | Hui Xu ShuMei Wang YuanYuan Li HongQi Dai | 2016 | Paper And Biomaterials2016,1,1: | 4

Multi-EAP: Extended EAP for multi-estimate extraction for SMC-PHD filter显示文摘The ability to extract state-estimates for each target of a multi-target posterior, referred to as multi-estimate extraction(MEE), is an essential requirement for a multi-target filter, whose key performance assessments are based on accuracy, computational efficiency and reliability. The probability hypothesis density(PHD) filter, implemented by the sequential Monte Carlo approach, affords a computationally efficient solution to general multi-target filtering for a time-varying number of targets, but leaves no clue for optimal MEE. In this paper, new data association techniques are proposed to distinguish real measurements of targets from clutter, as well as to associate particles with measurements. The MEE problem is then formulated as a family of parallel singleestimate extraction problems, facilitating the use of the classic expected a posteriori(EAP) estimator, namely the multi-EAP(MEAP) estimator. The resulting MEAP estimator is free of iterative clustering computation, computes quickly and yields accurate and reliable estimates. Typical simulation scenarios are employed to demonstrate the superiority of the MEAP estimator over existing methods in terms of faster processing speed and better estimation accuracy. | Li Tiancheng Juan M.Corchado Sun Shudong Fan Hongqi | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2017,30,1: | 4
Generalized two-mode coherent-entangled state with real parameters显示文摘The coherent-entangled state |α, x; λ> with real parameters λ is proposed in the two-mode Fock space, which exhibits the properties of both the coherent and entangled states. The completeness relation of |α, x; λ> is proved by virtue of the technique of integral within an ordered product of operators. The corresponding squeezing operator is derived, with its own squeezing properties. Furthermore, generalized P-representation in the coherent-entangled state is constructed. Finally, it is revealed that superposition of the coherent-entangled states may produce the EPR entangled state. | XU ShiMin XU XingLei LI HongQi WANG JiSuo | 2009 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2009,52,7: | 4
