| 2 | The Construction of Active Source Repeated Monitoring in the Qilian Mountain, Gansu Province显示文摘The exciting source of the active source repeated monitoring is located in the Xiliushui Reservoir in Zhangye,Gansu Province. The system began operating normally on July 9,2015,and we had completed a period of 40 days of continuous excitation experiment before November 10,2015. Our results reveal that the airgun source has good consistency and repeatability,and the detective system of active source can record signal clearly. The construction of active source repeated exploration projects has achieved some results,which can provide valuable experience for the research of active source repeated exploration. | 8 | Long afterglow yellow luminescence from Pr^(3+) doped SrSc_(2)O_(4)显示文摘A yellow emitting long afterglow luminescence material SrSc_(2)O_(4):Pr^(3+)was successfully prepared by solid state reaction method.SrSc_(2)O_(4):Pr^(3+)phosphor shows a long afterglow luminescence peak at about 495,545,621,630 and 657 nm,respectively,corresponding to the f–f transitions of Pr^(3+).The afterglow chromaticity coordinates of SrSc_(2)O_(4):1 at%Pr^(3+)were calculated to be(0.35,0.41),indicating that the afterglow emission is close to the light of yellow region.And,the afterglow luminescence of the optimal sample doped by 1 at%Pr^(3+)can persist for over 3 h.The thermoluminescence results suggest that there are three types of traps with depth of 0.61,0.69 and 0.78 eV exiting for all the samples,which are produced by the addition of Pr^(3+)ions.The trap density of SrSc_(2)O_(4):1 at%Pr^(3+)is the maximum when the incorporation of Pr^(3+)ions reaches 1 at%,which thus results in the longest afterglow luminescence.All the results indicate that SrSc_(2)O_(4):Pr^(3+)can be a potential candidate of novel long afterglow phosphors. | Xiaoyan Fu Shenghui Zheng Yanfeng Meng Wenzhi Sun Hongwu Zhang | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,4: | 1 |

| 12 | Data-Driven Synthetic Cell Factories Development for Industrial Biomanufacturing显示文摘Revolutionary breakthroughs in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) have had a profound impact on a widerange of scientific disciplines, including the development of artificial cell factories for biomanufacturing. In this paper, wereview the latest studies on the application of data-driven methods for the design of new proteins, pathways, and strains. Wefirst briefly introduce the various types of data and databases relevant to industrial biomanufacturing, which are the basis fordata-driven research. Different types of algorithms, including traditional ML and more recent deep learning methods, are alsopresented. Not only are edible insects abundant in nutrient value, but also have numbers of functional substances, which could provide a multiple valuable benefits for humans. This review examines and summarizes the functional substances in edible insects and their special effects for people, as well as the use and prospects for these functional substances. There are many functional substances in edible insects, such as antimicrobial peptides, interferon, sex attractant hormones, cordycepin, active polysaccharides, microelement, chitin/chitosan, steroidal material, vitamin, lecithin, etc., which could provide multiple benefits for human beings. These special functional substances could help people enhance immunity, inhibit tumor, regulate intestinal function, relieve fatigue, anti oxidation, protect against colds, improve sleeping, promote the growth and development, as well as reducing blood sugar and blood pressure, among others. According to these valuable efficacies, the functional substances extracted from edible insects can be exploited mainly in three ways: edible insects are used to discover new medicines or health care products for people;and edible insects are applied in chemical, agricultural, food technology, pollutant treatment and textile sectors;as well as being consumed as animal feedstuff for livestock and other animals, which indirectly meet the different requirements for humans. Currently, edible insects have generated global interest to be developed as different forms of products and has promoted more research and development. | 19 | Epicardial adipose tissue around the superior vena cava: A single center study of factors related to atrial fibrillation显示文摘The superior vena cava(SVC)is the main component of non-pulmonary vein(PV)ectopy in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).Researchers have found that epicardial adipose tissue(EAT)volume is related to the AF substrate,which can be defined by the low voltage area(LVA).This study aimed to investigate the relationship between SVC-EAT and SVC-AF.Twenty-six patients with SVC-AF triggers were identified as the SVC-AF group.Other three groups were defined and included as the LVA-AF group(LVA>5%),non-LVA-AF group(LVA<5%),and physical examination(PE)group.EAT around left atrium(LA-EAT)and SVC-EAT volumes were obtained using a cardiac risk assessment module.According to the SVC/LA-EAT ratio,there are significant differences between the SVC-AF group and the three control groups(the SVC-AF group 0.092±0.041 vs.the LVA-AF group 0.054±0.026,the non-LVA-AF group 0.052±0.022,and the PE group 0.052±0.019,all P<0.001).Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis suggests the optimal cut-off point of SVC/LA-EAT ratio is 6.8%for detecting SVC-AF patients,with 81.1%sensitivity,73.1%specificity,and an area under the curve of 0.83(95%confidence interval,0.75-0.91).Those with SVC-AF have a higher SVC/LA-EAT ratio and empirical SVC isolation could be considered if the SVC/LA-EAT ratio was over 6.8%. | Xingxing Sun Jun Wang Qing Yan Weizhu Ju Fengxiang Zhang Gang Yang Kai Gu Hailei Liu Zidun wang Xiaohong Jiang Mingfang Li Di Xu Yi Xu Hongwu Chen Minglong Chen | 2022 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2022,36,6: | 0 |
