3Strengthening effect of Cu-rich phase precipitation in 18Cr9Ni3CuNbN austenitic heat-resisting steel显示文摘The Cu-containing austenitic heat-resistant steel 18Cr9Ni3CuNbN, which is being used as superheater and reheater tube material for modern ultra-super-critical (USC) power plants all over the world, has been investigated at 650 ℃ long time aging till 10 000 h. SEM, TEM and 3DAP (three dimensional atom probe) have been used to follow microstructural changes with mechanical property variations. Experimental results show that Cu-rich phase and MX precipitate in the grains as well as M 23 C 6 precipitates at grain boundaries are the main precipitation strengthening phases in this steel. Among them Cu-rich phase is the most important strengthening phase. Homogeneous distribution of very fine nano-size Cu-rich phase has been formed at very early stage of 650 ℃ aging (less than 1 h). Cu atoms gradually concentrate to Cu-rich particles and the other elements (such as Fe, Cr, Ni etc) diffuse away from Curich particles to γ-matrix with the increasing of aging time at 650 ? C. The growth rate of Cu-rich phase at 650 ℃ long time aging is very slow and the average diameters of Cu-rich phase have been determined by TEM method. Cu-rich phase keeps in about 30 nm till 650 ℃ aging for 10 000 h. It shows that nano-size Cu-rich phase precipitation strengthening can be kept for long time aging at 650 ℃ because of its excellent stability at high temperatures. 4Correlation Between Phase Stability and Tensile Properties of the Ni-Based Superalloy MAR-M247显示文摘Phase stability and its effect on tensile properties of MAR-M247 alloy have been investigated during thermal exposure at 800–900°C for up to 10,000 h.Detailed investigations reveal that the larger secondaryγ′phase has no obvious growth,but the smaller tertiaryγ′phase obviously coarsens and the coalescence occurs during thermal exposure at 850°C and below.γ′coarsening behavior is consistent with the description of Ostwald ripening theory beforeγ′coalescence.Hf-rich blocky MC carbide shows excellent thermal stability,but Ta-rich script-type MC carbide gradually degenerates via reaction,MC+γ→M_(23)C_(6)+γ′and finally formsγ film around MC and M_(23)C_(6) carbides.With increasing thermal exposure time,the tensile strength decreases.The ductility first increases and then decreases during exposure at 800°C,but it decreases continuously at 900°C.In addition,the ductility keeps almost constant when the exposure time is longer than 5000 h.Linxu Li Xiufang Gong Changshuai Wang Yunsheng Wu Hongyao Yu Haijun Su Lanzhang Zhou 2021Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2021,34,6:2

7A nonenzymatic electrochemical sensor for the detection of hydrogen peroxide in vitro and in vivo fibrosis models显示文摘Fibrosis occurs due to the excessive deposition of extracellular matrix caused by cell injury.After various types of tissue injury,the dysregulation of the internal response can eventually lead to the destruction of organ structure and dysfunction.There is increasing evidence that oxidative stress,which is characterized by excessive production of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)),is an important cause of fibrosis.Therefore,we synthesized a biosensitive and efficient electrochemical H_(2)O_(2)sensor based on PtNi nanoparticle-doped N-reduced graphene oxide(PtNi-N-rGO)to detect H_(2)O_(2)released from transforming growth factorβ1(TGFβ1)-induced myofibroblast.In addition,the sensor could easily detect changes in H_(2)O_(2)in the lung and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)of mice with pulmonary fibrosis.Furthermore,the sensor could also detect H_(2)O_(2)in activated hepatic stellate cells and the liver of carbon tetrachloride(CCl_(4))-induced liver fibrosis.Moreover,the alterations in H_(2)O_(2)detected by the sensor were consistent with nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase 4(NOX4)protein expression and the staining results of pathological sections.Taken together,these results highlight the use of H_(2)O_(2)sensors for the rapid detection of fibrosis and facilitate the rapid evaluation of antifibrotic drug candidates.Hongyao Liu Yan Yu Taixiong Xue Cailing Gan Yuting Xie Doudou Wang Peilin Li Zhiyong Qian Tinghong Ye 2024Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,3:0
8Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of the TiC/CM247LC Nickel-Based Composite Fabricated by Selective Laser Melting:Effect of Heat Treatment显示文摘In this study,TiC/CM247LC nickel-based composite was successfully prepared by selective laser melting,then was heat treated at a solid solution temperature of 1260℃and different aging temperature of 840℃,870℃,900℃and 930℃respectively.Effects of aging temperatures on the microstructures and mechanical properties were systematically studied.The results show that the microstructures of all the heat treated samples are composed ofγmatrix,carbides andγ′phase.Theγgrains remain a columnar shape after treatments,but the size ofγ′phase grows up gradually with the increasing aging temperature.The composite treated at an aging temperature of 870℃exhibits the best mechanical properties with the tensile strength of 1073 MPa,yield strength of 1004 MPa and elongation of 7.57%.The plastic deformation and strengthening mechanisms of heat treated composite were systematically investigated.Yuting Lv Yaojie Liu Zhe Zhang Qiang Zhang Hongyao Yu Rui Wang Guangbao Sun Guijiang Wei 2023Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2023,36,12:0
