Effect of the graphitic degree of carbon supports on the catalytic performance of ammonia synthesis over Ba-Ru-K/HSGC catalyst显示文摘A series of high surface area graphitic carbon materials(HSGCs) were prepared by ball-milling method. Effect of the graphitic degree of HSGCs on the catalytic performance of Ba-Ru-K/HSGC-x(x is the ball-milling time in hour) catalysts was studied using ammonia synthesis as a probe reaction. The graphitic degree and pore structure of HSGC-x supports could be successfully tuned via the variation of ball-milling time. Ru nanoparticles of different Ba-Ru-K/HSGC-x catalysts are homogeneously distributed on the supports with the particle sizes ranging from 1.6 to 2.0 nm. The graphitic degree of the support is closely related to its facile electron transfer capability and so plays an important role in improving the intrinsic catalytic performance of Ba-Ru-K/HSGC-x catalyst. | Wei Jiang Ying Li Wenfeng Han Yaping Zhou Haodong Tang Huazhang Liu | 2014 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2014,23,4: | 8

Effects of(Mg_(1/3)Sb_(2/3))^(4+)substitution on the structure and microwave dielectric properties of Ce_(2)Zr_(3)(MoO_(4))_(9) ceramics显示文摘Ce2[Zr_(1-x)(Mg_(1/3)Sb_(2/3))_(x)]_(3)(MoO_(4))_(9)(0.02≤x≤0.10)ceramics were prepared by the traditional solid-state method.A single phase, belonging to the space group of R3c,was detected by using X-ray diffraction at the sintering temperatures ranging from 700 to 850℃.The microstructures of samples were examined by applying scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The crystal structure refinement of these samples was investigated in detail by performing the Rietveld refinement method. The intrinsic properties were calculated and explored via far-infrared reflectivity spectroscopy. The correlations between the chemical bond parameters and microwave dielectric properties were calculated and analyzed by Phillips-van Vechten-Levine(P-V-L)theory.Ce_(2)[Zr_(0.94)(Mg_(1/3)Sb_(2/3))_(0.06)]_(3)(Mo0_(4))_(9)ceramics with excellent dielectric properties were sintered at 725℃for 6 h(εr=10.37,Q×f=71,748 GHz,andτf=-13.6 ppm/℃,εr is the dielectric constant,τf is the quality factor, and rf is the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency). | Xu ZHOU Lintao LIU Jiajia SUN Ningkang ZHANG Huazhang SUN Haitao WU Wenhong TAO | 2021 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,4: | 4
MEF2C promotes M1 macrophage polarization and Th1 responses显示文摘The polarization of macrophages to the M1 or M2 phenotype has a pivotal role in inflammation and host defense;however, the underlying molecular mechanism remains unclear. Here,we show that myocyte enhancer factor 2 C(MEF2C)is essential for regulating M1 macrophage polarization in response to infection and inflammation.Global gene expression analysis demonstrated that MEF2C deficiency in macrophages downregulated the expression of M1 phenotypic markers and upregulated the expression of M2 phenotypic markers.MEF2C significantly promoted the expression of interleukin-12 p35 subunit(Il12a)and interleukin-12 p40 subunit(Il12b).Myeloid-specific Mef2c-knockout mice showed reduced IL-12 production and impaired Th1 responses, which led to susceptibility to Listeria monocytogenes infection and protected against DSS-induced IBD in vivo.Mechanistically,we showed that MEF2C directly activated the transcription of Il12a and Il12b.These findings reveal a new function of MEF2C in macrophage polarization and Th1 responses and identify MEF2C as a potential target for therapeutic intervention in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. | Xibao Zhao Qianqian Di Han Liu Jiazheng Quan Jing Ling Zizhao Zhao Yue Xiao Han Wu Zherui Wu Wengang Song Huazhang An Weilin Chen | 2022 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2022,19,4: | 4
La_2Ce_2O_7 supported ruthenium as a robust catalyst for ammonia synthesis显示文摘La_2Ce_2O_7 nanoparticles were prepared by citric acid complexation method followed by calcination at varied temperatures. Then, supported with 4 wt% Ru, they were evaluated as the catalysts for ammonia synthesis under conditions similar with industry. With La_2Ce_2O_7 being calcinated at 700 or 800℃, the experimental results indicate that the Ru/La_2Ce_2O_7 catalyst exhibits much higher ammonia concentration or ammonia synthesis rate than that of Ru/CeO_2 and Ru/La_2O_3. In addition, Ru/La_2Ce_2O_7 possesses high stability under over-heating test. In the absence of any promotor, ammonia concentration of Ru/La_2Ce_2O_7 catalyst approaches 14% at 450℃, GHSV of 10000 h^(-1) and pressure of 10 MPa. The rate-determining step of ammonia synthesis, dissociation of N_2 is significantly facilitated by the strong metalesupport interaction(SMSI) between Ru and La_2Ce_2O_7. Due to the interaction, La_2Ce_2O_7 tends to donate electrons to Ru,resulting in the high electron density over the surface of Ru active sites which is favorable for the dissociation of N_2. Consequently, high activity is achieved. | Wenfeng Han Zhi Li Huazhang Liu | 2019 | Journal of Rare Earths2019,37,5: | 3
Role of surface defects of carbon nanotubes on catalytic performance of barium promoted ruthenium catalyst for ammonia synthesis显示文摘Carbon nanotubes(CNTs) with abundant surface defects are prepared by a liquid oxidation and thermal annealing method. The defective CNTs-D supported Ba–Ru/CNTs-D catalysts exhibit superior catalytic performance in ammonia synthesis with a TOF be increased up to 0.30 s-1, which is 2.5 times of oxidized CNTs-O supported Ba–Ru/CNTs-O catalysts and 5 times of the Ba–Ru/CNTs. The characterizations by CO chemisorption, transmission electron microscope, Raman, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy revealed that the uniformly well dispersed Ru NPs can be stabilized on the defective sites of CNTs-D. The great improvement of the catalytic performance and stability of the Ba–Ru/CNTs-D is contributed to the strong interaction between Ru NPs and surface defect of the CNTs. | Yongcheng Ma Guojun Lan Wenzhao Fu Ying Lai Wenfeng Han Haodong Tang Huazhang Liu Ying Li | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,2: | 2

Easy synthesis of iron doped ordered mesoporous carbon with tunable pore sizes显示文摘Precise control of the pore sizes for porous carbon materials is of importance to study the confinement effect of metal particles because the pore size in nanosize range will decide the physical and chemical properties of the metal nanoparticles. In this paper,we report a new approach for the synthesis of iron doped ordered mesoporous carbon materials with adjustable pore size using Fe-SBA-15 as hard template and boric acid as the pore expanding reagent. The pore size can be precisely adjusted by a step of 0.4 nm in the range of 3-6 nm.The carbonization temperature can be lowered to 773 K due to the catalytic role of the doped iron. The present approach is suitable for facile synthesis of metal imbedded porous carbon materials with tunable pore sizes. | Haodong Tang Guojun Lan Jian Zhong Huazhang Liu Ying Li | 2012 | Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2012,21,3: | 1

General Design and Thermodynamic Analysis of a Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Cannon显示文摘This paper presents a new supercritical carbon dioxide(SCO_(2))cannon based on the carbon dioxide(CO_(2))’s thermodynamic cycle under constant volume.First,Virial equation and NIST database are applied to formulate SCO_(2)’s property and analyze the thermodynamic cycle, which is aimed to get the optimization equation using the cannon’s exit velocity as objective function. Then the cannon’s structural parameters, such as diaphragm thickness and barrel length, and CO_(2)’s filling mass, are optimized. Finally, the flow field and velocity’s change during the launch process is performed with FLUENT.In field test, the ultra-high pressure sensor and ultra-high speed camera are used to measure the pressure distribution along the barrel’s axial direction and the projectile’s exit velocity under different conditions. The results show that all the performance indexes meet the design requirement. The innovative SCO_(2)cannon in this paper has obvious advantages such as high safety, low cost and fast loading, which can be applied in many situations such as disaster relief, peacekeeping and anti-terrorism.Moreover,the unique energy storage method and thermodynamic design ensure its subsequent development. | ZHANG Fan LIU Hongrui WU You LI Jiaqi YU Huazhang WANG Xiaoliang GUO Baoting YUAN Yixiang | 2021 | Journal of Thermal Science2021,30,1: | 1
Dual active sites over Cu-ZnO-ZrO_(2) catalysts for carbon dioxide hydrogenation to methanol显示文摘CO_(2) hydrogenation to methanol is a significant approach to tackle the problem of global warming and simultaneously meet the demand for the portable fuel.Cu-ZnO catalysts with various kinds of promoters have received wide attention. However, the role of promoter and the form of active sites in CO_(2) hydrogenation are still in debate. Here, various molar ratios of ZrO_(2) were added into the Cu-ZnO catalysts to tune the distributions of Cu^(0) and Cu+species.A volcano-like trend between the ratio of Cu+/(Cu++Cu^(0))and the amount of ZrO_(2) is presented, among which the CuZn10Zr(the molar ratio of ZrO_(2) is 10%)catalyst reaches the highest value.Correspondingly, the maximum value of space-time yield to methanol with 0.65 gMeOH/(gcat·hr)is obtained on CuZn10Zr at reaction conditions of 220°C and 3 MPa.Detailed characterizations demonstrate that dual active sites are proposed during CO_(2) hydrogenation over CuZn10Zr catalyst. The exposed Cu^(0) takes participate in the activation of H_(2),while on the Cu^(+) species, the intermediate of formate from the co-adsorption of CO_(2) and H_(2) prefers to be further hydrogenated to CH_(3)OH than decomposing into the by-product of CO,yielding a high selectivity of methanol. | Xiucheng Sun Yifei Jin Zaizhe Cheng Guojun Lan Xiaolong Wang Yiyang Qiu Yanjiang Wang Huazhang Liu Ying Li | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,9: | 1

Groundwater Environmental Impact of Jiupansi Tunnel显示文摘In tunnel construction, groundwater is often dried up,and vegetation around the tunnel is exhausted due to excessive water inflow.Based on the requirement of environmental sustainable development,it is of great practical significance to carry out in-depth research on this issue.Taking Jiupansi Tunnel crossing Xichang-Shangri-La Expressway as an example,on the basis of engineering geological investigation, the types of groundwater flow are studied, and the ways of groundwater discharge and recharge are analyzed.Afterwards, the surface runoff, underground catchment and water inflow caused by the construction are calculated. The results show that during the construction period of the tunnel, the maximum water inflow is 6041 m 3/d,and the normal water inflow is 2041 m 3/d;the groundwater level is lowered, and the maximum influence radius of the funnel is 157 m.From the point of view of groundwater and ecological environment impact,it is reasonable and feasible to construct tunnels under the condition of strengthening advance prediction, which will not cause larger groundwater environmental problems and have less impact on nearby residents and upper ecology. | Zilong WANG Haoyu WU Huazhang LIN Hao LIU | 2020 | Meteorological and Environmental Research2020,11,5: | 0
