| 1 | 糖尿病视网膜病变患病率的流行病学调查:在中国6省13473名糖尿病患者中的横断面研究显示文摘目的本研究旨在探究中国糖尿病患者中糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)和视力威胁性糖尿病视网膜病变(STDR)的患病率和严重程度。研究设计、设置与参与者本研究为横断面流行病学调查,研究对象为中国内地地区的糖尿病患者(N=13473)。研究对象为被内科医师诊断为糖尿病,并转诊到筛查门诊的糖尿病患者(其中住院患者占1/3,城市居民占1/3,农村居民占1/3)。研究对象的每只眼睛应用彩色、免散瞳和非立体眼底照相机拍摄2张眼底照片,并根据英国DR分级指南进行分级。主要结果和测量指标DR与STDR的患病率和严重程度。结果在参与本研究的13473例糖尿病患者中,共发现4591例DR和1769例STDR患者,DR的总体患病率为34.08%[95%可信区间(凹)33.28%~34.88%],其中STDR的总体患病率为13.13%(95%C112.56%~13.70%)。在所有研究对象中,12780例参与了眼底照片分级(94.86%)。年龄大于65岁的研究对象患DR或STDR的可能性较低(P〈0.001)。性别对是否患病没有显著影响(P〉0.05)。STDR患者与非STDR患者相比,视力损伤更为严重(P〈0.001)。中国北方DR和STDR的患病率高于南方(P〈0.001)。DR的患病率与糖尿病患病时间f比值比(鲫)2.63;95%C12.42~2.86;P〈0.001]以及糖尿病发病年龄(OR 0.38;95%CI为0.35~0.41;P〈0.001)密切相关。结论DR和STDR在中国内地地区的患病率偏高,并且不同地区患病率存在差异。在DR中,非增殖性DR更常见,但STDR更需要及时的诊断和治疗,特别是在经济欠发达地区。本研究强调了中国内地地区DR筛查和治疗的重要性。 | Liu, Yan Song, Yifan Tao, Liyuan Qiu, Weiqiang Lv, Huibin Jiang, Xiaodan Zhang, Mingzhou Li, Xuemin | 2017 | 英国医学杂志中文版2017,20,11: | 23 |
| 2 | The LA-ICP-MS zircons U-Pb ages and geochemistry of the Baihua basic igneous complexes in Tianshui area of West Qinling显示文摘Baihua meta-igneous complex consists mainly of pyroxenite-gabbro(diorite)-diorite-quartz diorite. They form a complete comagmatic evolutionary series. The geochemical characteristics of basic-interme- diate basic igneous rocks indicate that they belong to a tholeiite suite. The REE distribution pattern is nearly flat type and LREE is slightly enriched type, and their primitive mantle-normalized and MORB-normalized trace element spider diagrams are generally similar; the LIL elements (LILE) Cs, Ba, Sr, Th and U are enriched, but Rb, K and the HFSEs Nb, P, Zr, Sm, Ti and Y are relatively depleted. All these show comagmatic evolution and origin characteristics. The tectonics environment discrimination of trace element reveals that these igneous complexes formed in an island-arc setting. | 6 | Hot Corrosion Behavior of Double-ceramic-layer LaTi_2 Al_(9)O_(19)/YSZ Thermal Barrier Coatings显示文摘LaTi 2 Al 9 O 19 (LTA) exhibits promising potential as a new kind of thermal barrier coating (TBC) material, due to its excellent high-temperature capability and low thermal conductivity. In this paper, LTA/yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) TBCs are produced by atmospheric plasma spraying. Hot corrosion behavior and the related failure mechanism of the coating are investigated. Decomposition of LTA does not occur even after 1 458 hot corrosion cycles at 1 373 K, revealing good chemical stability in molten salt of Na 2 SO 4 and NaCl. However, the molten salt infiltrates to the bond coat, causing dissolving of the thermally grown oxide (TGO) in the molten salt and hot corrosion of the bond coat. As a result, cracking of the TBC occurs within the oxide layer. In conclusion, the ceramic materials LTA and YSZ reveal good chemical stability in molten salts of Na 2 SO 4 and NaCl, and the bond coat plays a significant role in providing protection for the component against hot corrosion in the LTA/YSZ TBCs. | 7 | A first-principles study of site occupancy and interfacial energetics of an H-doped TiAl-Ti_3 Al alloy显示文摘We investigate the site occupancy and the interfacial energetics of TiAl-Ti 3 Al binary-phase system with H using a first-principles method.H energetically prefers to occupy the Ti-rich octahedral interstitial site because H prefers to bond with Ti rather than with Al.The occupancy tendency of H in the binary phase TiAl-Ti 3 Al alloy from high to low is 2-Ti 3 Al to/2 interface and-TiAl,because the decrease of the Ti local concentration is in the same order.We demonstrate that H can largely affect the mechanical properties of the TiAl-Ti 3 Al system.On the one hand,H at the interface reduces the interface energy with the H 2 molecule as a reference,implying the TiAl/Ti 3 Al interface is stabilized.On the other hand,the ratio between the cleavage energy and the unstable stacking fault energy decreases after H-doping,indicating H will reduce the ductility of the TiAl/Ti 3 Al interface.Consequently,the mechanical property variation of TiAl alloy due to the presence of H not only depends on the amount of TiAl/Ti 3 Al interfaces but also is related to the H concentration in the alloy. | WEI Ye ZHANG Ying LU GuangHong XU HuiBin | 2012 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,2: | 8 |
| 8 | Histological, hormonal and transcriptomic reveal the changes upon gibberellin-induced parthenocarpy in pear fruit显示文摘Phytohormones play crucial roles in fruit set regulation and development.Here,gibberellins(GA4+7),but not GA3,induced pear parthenocarpy.To systematically investigate the changes upon GA4+7 induced pear parthenocarpy,dynamic changes in histology,hormone and transcript levels were observed and identified in unpollinated,pollinated and GA4+7-treated ovaries.Mesocarp cells continued developing in both GA4+7-treated and pollinated ovaries.In unpollinated ovaries,mesocarp cells stopped developing 14 days after anthesis.During fruit set process,GA4+7,but not GA1+3,increased after pollination.Abscisic acid(ABA)accumulation was significantly repressed by GA4+7 or pollination,but under unpollinated conditions,ABA was produced in large quantities.Moreover,indole-3-acetic acid biosynthesis was not induced by GA4+7 or pollination treatments.Details of this GA–auxin–ABA cross-linked gene network were determined by a comparative transcriptome analysis.The indole-3-acetic acid transport-related genes,mainly auxin efflux carrier component genes,were induced in both GA4+7-treated and pollinated ovaries.ABA biosynthetic genes of the 9-cis-epoxycarotenoid dioxygenase family were repressed by GA4+7 and pollination.Moreover,directly related genes in the downstream parthenocarpy network involved in cell division and expansion(upregulated),and MADS-box family genes(downregulated),were also identified.Thus,a model of GA-induced hormonal balance and its effects on parthenocarpy were established. | Lulu Liu Zhigang Wang Jianlong Liu Fengxia Liu Rui Zhai Chunqin Zhu Huibin Wang Fengwang Ma Lingfei Xu | 2018 | Horticulture Research2018,5,1: | 7 |
| 9 | Coupling effects of tungsten and molybdenum on microstructure and stress-rupture properties of a nickel-base cast superalloy显示文摘In order to comprehensively understand the forming mechanism of abnormal phases solidified in a nickel-base cast superalloy with additives of tungsten and molybdenum, the coupling effects of W and Mo on the microstructure and stress-rupture properties were investigated in this paper. The results indicated that the precipitation of primary α-(W, Mo) phase depended tremendously on the amount of W and Mo addition. When the total amount of W and Mo was greater than 5.79 at%, α-(W, Mo) phase became easily precipitated in the alloy.With increasing of Mo/W ratio, the dendrite-like α-(W, Mo) phases were apt to convert into small bars or blockylike phases at the vicinities of γ′/γ eutectic. The morphological changes of α-(W, Mo) phase can be interpreted as the non-equilibrium solidification of W and Mo in the alloy. Since the large sized α-(W, Mo) phase has detrimental effects on stress-rupture properties in as-cast conditions, secondary cracks may mainly initiate at and then propagate along the interfaces of brittle phases and soft matrix. During exposing at 1100 ℃ for 1000 h, the α-(W, Mo) phases transformed gradually into bigger and harder M_6C carbide, which results in decreasing of stress-rupture properties of the alloy. | 13 | High-performance microwave absorption enabled by Co_(3)O_(4) modified VB-group laminated VS_(2) with frequency modulation from S-band to Ku-band显示文摘High performance microwave absorption(MA)materials especially those with tunable frequency are highly desirable for telecommunication industries and military camouflage in the information era.Herein,we constructed hierarchical heterostructures based on VB-group laminated vanadium disulfide(VS_(2))nanosheets embedded with cobalt tetroxide(Co_(3)O_(4))nanoparticles.The highly dispersed Co_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles generate strong electromagnetic coupling networks that could enhance the loss properties of MA materials.Moreover,the interconnected VS_(2)layered network results in dipolar/interfacial polarization,multiple reflection and scattering favorable for the enhanced MA performance.Impressively,the maximum reflection loss of the VS_(2)/Co_(3)O_(4)hybrids containing 10%Co_(3)O_(4)can reach 57.96 dB at a thin thickness of 1.57 mm,and the bandwidth with an RL value less than-10 dB is as large as 3.5 GHz.The effective MA band could be adjusted in a range of 15.1 GHz(2.9-18 GHz)from S to Ku bands by the increase in thickness from 1.2 mm to 5.5 mm.The results show that the synergistic effect of multiple loss mechanisms and good impedance matching could be the reasons for strong MA capability in nearly all frequency bands,and thus,the high-performance and lightweight MA materials could be developed by the VS_(2)/Co_(3)O_(4)hybrids. | Zehao Huang Junye Cheng Huibin Zhang Yingfei Xiong Zhanxin Zhou Qingbin Zheng Guangping Zheng Deqing Zhang Maosheng Cao | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,12: | 6 |
| 14 | A tip clearance prediction model for multistage rotors and stators in aero-engines显示文摘Tip clearances of multistage rotors and stators greatly affect aero-engines’ aerodynamic efficiency, stability and safety. The inevitable machining and assembly errors, as well as the complicated error propagation mechanism, cause overproof or non-uniform tip clearances. However, it is generally accepted that tip clearances are difficult to predict, even under assembly state. In this paper, a tip clearance prediction model is proposed based on measured error data. Some 3 D error propagation sub-models, regarding rotors, supports and casings, are built and combined. The complex error coupling relationship is uncovered using mathematical methods. Rotor and stator tip clearances are predicted and analyzed in different phase angles. The maximum, minimum and average tip clearances can be calculated. The proposed model is implemented by a computer program,and a case study illustrates its performance and verifies its feasibility. | 15 | Microstructure and high-temperature oxidation behavior of plasma-sprayed Si/Yb2SiO5 environmental barrier coatings显示文摘An environmental barrier coating(EBC) consisting of a silicon bond coat and an Yb2-SiO5 top-coat was sprayed on a carbon fibers reinforced SiC ceramic matrix composite(CMC) by atmospheric plasma spray(APS). The microstructure of the coating annealed at 1300 ℃ and its high-temperature oxidation behavior at 1350 ℃ were investigated. The significant mass loss of silica during the plasma spray process led to the formation of Yb2SiO5 and Yb2O3 binary phases in the top-coat. Eutectics of Yb2SiO5 and Yb2O3 were precipitated in the top-coat, and channel cracks were formed in the top-coat after 20 h annealing because of the mismatch between the coefficients of thermal expansion(CTEs) of Yb2SiO5 and the SiC substrate. The EBC effectively improved the oxidation resistance of the CMC substrate. | 19 | Tooth loss inhibits neurogenesis in the dentate gyrus of adult mice显示文摘Tooth loss has been shown to affect learning and memory in mice and increases the risk of Alzheimer's disease. The dentate gyrus is strongly associated with cognitive function. This study hypothesized that tooth loss affects neurons in the dentate gyrus. Adult male mice were randomly assigned to either the tooth loss group or normal control group. In the tooth loss group, the left maxillary and mandibular molars were extracted. Normal control mice did not receive any intervention. Immunofluorescence staining revealed that the density and absorbance of doublecortin- and neuronal nuclear antigen-positive cells were lower in the tooth loss group than in the normal control group. | 20 | Analysis of CO_2 utilization into synthesis gas based on solar thermochemical CH_4-reforming显示文摘In this study, the solar thermochemical reactor performance for CO_2 utilization into synthesis gas(H_2+ CO) based on CH_4 reforming process was investigated in the context of carbon capture and utilization(CCU) technologies. The P1 radiation heat transfer model is adopted to establish the heat and mass transfer model coupled with thermochemical reaction kinetics. The reactor thermal behavior with direct heat transfer between gaseous reactant and products evolution and the effects of different structural parameters were evaluated. It was found that the reactor has the potential to utilize by ~60% of CO_2 captured with 40% of CH_4 co-fed into syngas(72.9% of H_2 and 27.1% of CO) at 741.31 k W/mof incident radiation heat flux. However, the solar irradiance heat flux and temperature distribution were found to significantly affect the reactant species conversion efficiency and syngas production. The chemical reaction is mainly driven by the thermal energy and higher species conversion into syngas was observed when the temperature distribution at the inner cavity of the reactor was more uniform. Designed a solar thermochemical reactor able to volumetric store concentrated irradiance could highly improve CCU technologies for producing energy-rich chemicals. Besides, the mixture gas inlet velocity, operating pressure and CO_2/CH_4 feeding ratio were crucial to determining the efficiency of CO_2 utilization to solar fuels.
