| 2 | Comparison of the clinical outcomes of hematologic malignancies after myeloablative haploidentical transplantation with G-CSF/ATG and posttransplant cyclophosphamide:results from the Chinese Bone Marrow Transplantation Registry Group(CBMTRG)显示文摘This study compared G-CSF/ATG and PTCy in myeloablative haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(haploHSCT)for hematologic malignancies between January 2013 and March 2018 reporting to the Chinese Bone Marrow Transplantation Registry Group(CBMTRG).For each PTCy,G-CSF/ATG subjects(1:4)were selected using the nested case-pair method.In total,220 patients including 176 in G-CSF/ATG group and 44 in PTCy group were analyzed.The incidences of 30-day neutrophil engraftment(88.6%vs.96.6%,P=0.001),90-day platelet engraftment(84.1%vs.94.2%,P=0.04),the median time to neutrophil engraftment(17 days vs.12 days,P=0.000)and platelet engraftment(22 days vs.17 days,P=0.001)were significantly inferior in PTCy group.The incidences of grades 2–4 and 3–4 acute graft-versus-host disease(GVHD),chronic GVHD and severe chronic GVHD were comparable.Among G-CSF/ATG and PTCy groups,the 3-year progression-free survival,overall survival,cumulative incidences of nonrelapse mortality and relapse was 74.3%vs.61%(P=0.045),78.3%vs.65.2%(P=0.039),12%vs.27.3%(P=0.008),and 14.9%vs.11.7%(P=0.61),respectively.G-CSF/ATG can achieve better engraftment,PFS and OS,and lower incidence of NRM compared to PTCy in myeloablative haplo-HSCT for hematologic malignancies. | Feifei Tang Yajing Xu Huiren Chen Lanping Xu Xiaohui Zhang Yu Wang Qifa Liu Depei Wu Xiaojun Huang | 2020 | Science China(Life Sciences)2020,63,4: | 3 |
| 3 | Experimental Investigation on the Adiabatic Film Effectiveness for Counter-Inclined Simple and Laid-Back Film-Holes of Leading Edge显示文摘The adiabatic film effectivenessηof the counter-inclined film-holes fed by varying internal coolant intake on the turbine vane leading edge model was experimentally investigated.A semi-cylinder model was adopted to model the vane leading edge which was arranged with two-row holes,which located at±15°on both sides.The four Leading edge model with the combinations of hole-shape(simple holes and laid-back holes)and intake structure(plenum and impingement)were tested under four blowing ratios M of 0.5,1.0,1.5,and 2.0.Theηcontours were obtained by the transient measurement technique based on double thermochromic liquid-crystals.The results present that theηis sensitive to the M for the four studied leading edge cases.The addition of impingement enhances theηfor the two studied holes.The film jets make the coolant-flow closed to the target surface,resulting in higherηunder lower M.The core with higherηappears in the downstream area of hole-exit.Theηenhancement can be provided to almost the identical level by adding the impingement-holes and improving the hole-exit shaping in most areas.With increasing M,the jets with stronger exit normal momentum penetrate into the main-flow.The impingement addition may be a more effective program to upgrade theηrelatively to the exit shaping under larger M.Besides,the laid-back holes with impingement case produce the highest film cooling performance among the four cases,providing great potential in the leading edge especially under larger M. | YE Lin LIU Cunliang XU Zhipeng ZHU Huiren LIU Haiyong ZHAI Yingni | 2020 | Journal of Thermal Science2020,29,3: | 3 |

| 5 | Film Cooling Effectiveness Superposition Calculation of Double-Row Injection Holes on Turbine Vane显示文摘Film cooling effectiveness superposition of double-row injection holes on the turbine vane was studied by infrared temperature measurement experiment. The Sellers superposition method and a modified Sellers method were adopted for dustpan-shaped hole and cylindrical hole. Numerical simulations were implemented to analyze the film superposition mechanism. It is found that the Sellers method is more accurate on the suction side than the pressure side. Injection film of the two types of holes exhibits different superposition modes. Cylindrical hole are “blocky-like” superposition. Dustpan-shaped hole are “sheet-like” superposition. The counter-rotating vortex pairs and separation of the film are the main factors affecting the accuracy of Sellers film superposition method. The modified method can significantly improve the superposition prediction accuracy for almost all situations. The modified method reduces superposition errors from 28% to 3% for the cylindrical hole, and from 42% to 13% for the dustpan-shaped hole on the suction side. | 7 | Micro/nano biomedical devices for point-of-care diagnosis of infectious respiratory diseases显示文摘Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)has developed into a global pandemic in the last two years,causing significant impacts on our daily life in many countries.Rapid and accurate detection of COVID-19 is of great importance to both treatments and pandemic management.Till now,a variety of point-of-care testing(POCT)approaches devices,including nucleic acid-based test and immunological detection,have been developed and some of them has been rapidly ruled out for clinical diagnosis of COVID-19 due to the requirement of mass testing.In this review,we provide a summary and commentary on the methods and biomedical devices innovated or renovated for the quick and early diagnosis of COVID-19.In particular,some of micro and nano devices with miniaturized structures,showing outstanding analytical performances such as ultra-sensitivity,rapidness,accuracy and low cost,are discussed in this paper.We also provide our insights on the further implementation of biomedical devices using advanced micro and nano technologies to meet the demand of point-of-care diagnosis and home testing to facilitate pandemic management.In general,our paper provides a comprehensive overview of the latest advances on the POCT device for diagnosis of COVID-19,which may provide insightful knowledge for researcher to further develop novel diagnostic technologies for rapid and on-site detection of pathogens including SARS-CoV-2. | Yang Wang Huiren Xu Zaizai Dong Zhiying Wang Zhugen Yang Xinge Yu Lingqian Chang | 2022 | Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices2022,,2: | 0 |
