8人工合成抗菌肽-A3和P5对断奶仔猪的生长性能、消化道内营养物质表观消化率、粪便和肠道内菌群和肠道形态的影响显示文摘研究旨在探讨人工合成抗菌肽-A3和P5(AMP-A3和P5)对断奶仔猪的生长性能、消化道内营养物质表观消化率(ATTD)、粪便和肠道内菌群、免疫球蛋白和肠道形态的影响。根据初始体重将猪(n=240,长白×大白×杜洛克,初始体重为5.9±0.56 kg)随机分为4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复15头猪。阴性对照组(NC,基础饲粮不添加任何抗菌生长促进剂)、阳性对照组(PC,基础日粮+阿维霉素150 mg·kg-1基础饲粮)、添加AMP-A3 60 mg·kg-1基础饲粮(A3)和AMP-P560 mg·kg-1基础饲粮(P5)。试验期为28 d。与NC组相比,整个试验阶段PC、A3和P5组的日增重、料重比均显著提高(P<0.05),且PC组仔猪的日增重显著高于A3和P5组(P<0.05)。PC组的料重比显著高于A3组(P<0.05),但与P5组无显著差异(P>0.05)。与NC组相比PC、A3和P5组的营养物质表观消化率的总能、粗蛋白质(Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期)和干物质(Ⅱ期)显著增加(P<0.05)。而且,PC组粗蛋白质的表观消化率(Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期)和总能(Ⅱ期)显著高于A3组和P5组(P<0.05)。在28 d时,与NC组相比,PC、A3和P5组粪中梭状芽孢杆菌和大肠杆菌显著减少(P<0.05),PC组和P5组仔猪回肠和盲肠的总厌氧菌、梭状芽孢杆菌和大肠杆菌显著减少(P<0.05)。与NC组相比,PC、A3和P5组十二指肠和空肠的绒毛高度和绒毛高度与阴窝深度的比显著增加(P<0.05)。处理组对回肠氨基酸的表观消化率和血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)无显著影响(P>0.05)。研究表明,AMP-A3和P5可以提高断奶仔猪的生长性能、营养物质的表观消化率,改善肠道形态和降低致病菌。由于试验测定的指标较低,因此需要进一步的研究来证实目前的结果。Yoon J H Ingale S L Kim J S Kim K H Lee S H Park Y K Lee S C Kwon I K Chae B J 2014饲料博览2014,,4:1
