3杀菌剂对湖泊水体温室气体浓度分析的影响显示文摘通过往湖泊水样中添加杀菌剂(CuSO4和HgCl2),利用平衡法,用气相色谱仪测定CO2、CH4、N2O浓度,研究杀菌剂(CuSO4和HgCl2)添加对湖泊水体CO2、CH4、N2O浓度分析的影响.实验设计:对照组(CK)不加任何试剂;处理组T1加1mL CuSO4溶液,T2加5 mL CuSO4溶液,T3加0.5 mL HgCl2溶液;每组的水样分两批分析:(Ⅰ)预处理完成后立即分析和(Ⅱ)预处理完成后静置两天再分析.结果表明,CuSO4和HgCl2的添加均能明显增加水体中CO2的浓度,CK(Ⅰ)和CK(Ⅱ)的CO2平均浓度分别为(11.5±1.47)μmol·L-1和(14.38±1.59)μmol·L-1,T1(Ⅰ)和T1(Ⅱ)的CO2平均浓度分别为(376±70)μmol·L-1和(448±246.83)μmol·L-1;T2(Ⅰ)和T2(Ⅱ)的CO2平均浓度分别为(885±51.53)μmol·L-1和(988.83±101.96)μmol·L-1;T3(Ⅰ)和T3(Ⅱ)的CO2平均浓度分别为(287.19±30.01)μmol·L-1和(331.33±22.06)μmol·L-1.但CuSO4和HgCl2添加对水体中CH4和N2O的浓度没有影响.对比Ⅰ和Ⅱ的实验结果可知,在水样预处理完成后需当天分析其温室气体(CO2、CH4、N2O)浓度.本研究表明,杀菌剂的添加能显著增加水体CO2的浓度.肖启涛 胡正华 James Deng 肖薇 刘寿东 李旭辉 2014环境科学2014,35,1:10
4Evaluation of Glycosaminoglycan in the Lumbar Disc Using Chemical Exchange Saturation Transfer MR at 3.0 Tesla:Reproducibility and Correlation with Disc Degeneration显示文摘Objective This study aims to explore the clinical applicability and relevance of glycosaminoglycan Chemical Exchange Saturation Transfer(gag CEST) for intervertebral disc. Methods 25 subjects ranging in age from 24 yrs to 74 yrs were enrolled. gag CEST was acquired using a single-slice TSE sequence on a 3T. Saturation used a continuous rectangular RF pulse with B1=0.8 μT and a fixed duration time =1100 ms. Sagittal image was obtained firstly without saturation pulse, and then saturated images were acquired at 52 offsets ranging from ±0.125 to ±7 parts per million(ppm). MR T2 relaxivity map was acquired at the identical location. Six subjects were scanned twice to assess scan-rescan reproducibility. Results Gag CEST intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC) of six subjects was 0.759 for nucleus pulposus(NP) and 0.508 for annulus fibrosus(AF). Bland-Altman plots showed NP had a mean difference of 0.10%(95% limits of agreement:-3.02% to 3.22%); while that of AF was 0.34%(95% limits of agreement:-2.28% to 2.95%). For the 25 subjects, gag CEST in NP decreased as disc degeneration increased, with a similar trend to T2 relaxivity. Gag CEST of AF showed a better correlation with disc degeneration than T2 relaxivity. 6MDF纤维中脲醛胶含量的定量分析显示文摘脲醛树脂胶是中密度纤维板生产的常用胶种,它的用量直接关系到产品的生产成本和产品质量及性能.本文利用在X-射线的照射下,不同的金属离子具有对应的波长衍射,含量的多少反映为衍射强度的原理,应用X-射线衍射仪(WDXRF)对MDF所含的脲醛树脂胶(UF)的含量进行定量分析.分析中采用与胶料固含量2.4%的比例将硫酸铜(CuSO45H2O)与脲醛树脂胶均匀混合和并按照生产工艺的施胶要求加入到纤维的方法,使铜离子成为UF胶料的分布标记.并通过实验室的标准含量的样品和衍射强度之间关系进行标定,从而实现对UF树脂胶料的定量测量.结果表明,Cu离子的波段位置清晰,X-射线的衍射强度和金属含量之间存在良好相关性,并以此建立了中密度纤维板中UF树脂胶含量和X-射线衍射强度之间的线性关系式.经验表明这一关系是精确可靠的.谢拥群 Martin FENG James DENG 2005福建林学院学报2005,25,4:6

8High population and dispersion of pentacoordinated Al~Ⅴ species on the surface of ?ame-made amorphous silica-alumina显示文摘Pentacoordinated Al(Al~Ⅴ)species in silica-alumina are promising to promote the formation of acid sites or act as surface defects for tailoring single-atom catalysts.However,pentahedral coordination(Al~Ⅴ)is rarely observed in conventionally prepared silica-alumina.Here,we show that high population and dispersion of Al~Ⅴ species on the surface of amorphous silica-alumina(ASA)can be achieved by means of flame spray pyrolysis.High resolution TEM/EDX,high magnetic-field NMR and DFT calculations are employed to characterize the structure of as-prepared ASAs.Solid-state ^(27)Al multi-quantum MAS NMR experiments show that most of the Al~Ⅴspecies are formed independently from the alumina phase and are accessible for guest molecules on the surface.Upon water adsorption,these Al~Ⅴ species are transformed to Al~Ⅵ species,structurally similar to surface Al~Ⅳ species,as confirmed by DFT calculations.The outstanding catalytic activity of as-synthesized ASA is demonstrated using the in situ H/D exchange reaction with deuterated benzene as an example.The Al~Ⅴ-rich ASA provides a much lower activation energy(~30 kJ/mol)than that reported for zeolite H-ZSM-5(~60 kJ/mol).The superior catalytic performance is attributed to the high Al~Ⅴcontent promoting the surface active sites in ASA.The knowledge gained on the synthesis of Al~Ⅴ-rich ASAs and the nature of aluminum coordination in these materials could pave the way to more efficient silica-alumina based catalysts.Zichun Wang Yijiao Jiang Xianfeng Yi Cuifeng Zhou Aditya Rawal James Hook Zongwen Liu Feng Deng Anmin Zheng Michael Hunger Alfons Baiker Jun Huang 2019Science Bulletin2019,64,8:2
9基于粉体流动测试仪的水泥流动性能分析显示文摘以CEMⅡ/A-LL 32.5R型波特兰石灰石水泥为研究对象,基于Jenike理论与粉体流动测试仪,分析其流动函数与时间固结效应,并采用304/2B不锈钢、Tivar塑料、低碳钢、橡胶与聚四氟乙烯胶带共5种材料进行壁摩擦测试。结果表明:时间固结效应使得物料的流动性能变差;以304/2B不锈钢为壁面材料时水泥壁摩擦角最小;结合流动因子图与整体流料斗半顶角函数图,得出低碳钢制圆锥料斗、楔形料斗最大半顶角分别为5、15°,相应的最小开口尺寸即出口直径、出口缝宽分别为0.112、0.057 m。蔡国华 Robert James BERRY Tong DENG 2016中国粉体技术2016,0,1:2
10Characteristics of Rat Lumbar Vertebral Body Bone Mineral Density and Differential Segmental Responses to Sex Hormone Deficiency:a Clinical Multidetector Computed Tomography Study显示文摘Objective To investigate sex hormone deficiency related osteoporosis and efficacy of different therapies. Methods Orchiectomized and ovariectomized rat models are used to investigate sex hormone deficiency related osteoporosis and efficacy of different therapies. A rat vertebral body can be longitudinally divided into central portion, which contain more trabecular bone, and para-endplate portions which contain more compact bone. In matured male and female Wistar and Sprague-Dawley rat lumbar spines, we investigated baseline bone mineral density (BMD) characteristics and the differential segmental responses in bone loss within the lumbar vertebral body post gonadal surgery with clinical multidetector computed tomography. Results Para-endplate sections had a higher BMD than central sections. The cephalad para-endplate sections had a higher BMD than the caudad para-endplate sections. Eight weeks after gonadal removal, there was more bone loss in central sections than para-endplate sections. The relative difference of bone loss between para-endplate and central sections was more apparent in male rats than in female rats. There was more bone loss in caudad sections than cephalad sections; this lead to a further increase of BMD difference between caudad para-endplate sections and cephalad para-endplate sections post gonadal surgery. Conclusion The approach described in this study provided a consistent way to study BMD change within predominantly compact bone portion and trabecular bone portion of the vertebral body.DENG Min WANG Yi Xiang James F. 12Macrophage-specific inhibition of the histone demethylase JMJD3 decreases STING and pathologic inflammation in diabetic wound repair显示文摘Macrophage plasticity is critical for normal tissue repair following injury.In pathologic states such as diabetes,macrophage plasticity is impaired,and macrophages remain in a persistent proinflammatory state;however,the reasons for this are unknown.Here,using single-cell RNA sequencing of human diabetic wounds,we identified increased JMJD3 in diabetic wound macrophages,resulting in increased inflammatory gene expression.Mechanistically,we report that in wound healing,JMJD3 directs early macrophage-mediated inflammation via JAK1,3/STAT3 signaling.However,in the diabetic state,we found that IL-6,a cytokine increased in diabetic wound tissue at later time points post-injury,regulates JMJD3 expression in diabetic wound macrophages via the JAK1,3/STAT3 pathway and that this late increase in JMJD3 induces NFκB-mediated inflammatory gene transcription in wound macrophages via an H3K27me3 mechanism.Interestingly,RNA sequencing of wound macrophages isolated from mice with JMJD3-deficient myeloid cells(Jmjd3f/fLyz2Cre+)identified that the STING gene(Tmem173)is regulated by JMJD3 in wound macrophages.STING limits inflammatory cytokine production by wound macrophages during healing.However,in diabetic mice,its role changes to limit wound repair and enhance inflammation.This finding is important since STING is associated with chronic inflammation,and we found STING to be elevated in human and murine diabetic wound macrophages at late time points.Finally,we demonstrate that macrophage-specific,nanoparticle inhibition of JMJD3 in diabetic wounds significantly improves diabetic wound repair by decreasing inflammatory cytokines and STING.Taken together,this work highlights the central role of JMJD3 in tissue repair and identifies cell-specific targeting as a viable therapeutic strategy for nonhealing diabetic wounds.Christopher O.Audu William J.Melvin Amrita D.Joshi Sonya J.Wolf Jadie Y.Moon Frank M.Davis Emily C.Barrett Kevin D.Mangum Hongping Deng Xianying Xing Rachel Wasikowski Lam C.Tsoi Sriganesh B.Sharma Tyler M.Bauer James Shadiow Matthew A.Corriere Andrea TObi Steven LKunkel Benjamin Levi Bethany BMoore Johann EGudjonsson Andrew MSmith Katherine A.Gallagher 2022Cellular & Molecular Immunology2022,19,11:2
