6Micro-mechanical deformation behavior of CoCrFeMnNi high-entropy alloy显示文摘In the present study,the micro-mechanical behavior of Co CrFeMnNi high-entropy alloy was investigated using an in-house micro-tensile setup at room temperature and 550℃ at different strain rates.Micromechanical properties are compared with those obtained using a commercial macro-tensile setup to check a potential sample size effect.Results show that mechanical properties such as yield strength,ultimate tensile strength and uniform elongation are independent of the sample size.However,the total elongation-to-failure of micro-samples is found to be lower than those of macro-counterparts.Apart from this,the material exhibits serrated plastic flow,which is strain rate dependent in terms of the onset strain and shape of serrations at 550℃.Furthermore,transmission electron microscopy investigations were performed to correlate the occurrence of serrations to the observed distinct dislocation structures.Microstructural results provide direct evidence that dislocations are curved and hence effectively pinned and unpinned at the lowest applied strain rate,which might be responsible for the occurrence of serrated plastic flow.Kaiju Lu Ankur Chauhan Dimitri Litvinov Aditya Srinivasan Tirunilai Jens Freudenberger Alexander Kauffmann Martin Heilmaier Jarir Aktaa 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,5:0

8钒作为中间层的钨和EUROFER97钢的扩散焊接研究显示文摘扩散焊接常用于聚变技术中一些零部件的制造,如钨(W)和EUROFER97钢的焊接。这2种材料不能直接焊接,因为这2种材料热膨胀系数不匹配,焊后会产生极高的残余应力。为了减小焊接过程中产生的残余应力,在焊接面之间增加一层厚度为1mm的钒(V)作为中间层(扩散焊接工艺条件为1050"12温度条件下保温1h)。在垂直于焊缝的轴向施加载荷,EUROFER97钢的变形在控制5%以内。观察焊接样品熔合面没有发现缺陷,对焊缝区域进行微观结构分析,在EUROFER97钢一侧沿熔合面出现一块硬度非常大的区域,宽度为4μm;在钒的一侧,出现一层宽度为6μm的碳化物层(含V2C),其硬度也很高。焊接样品的冲击韧性很低,在室温冲击下,与钨的冲击韧性相当。在550℃时对焊接样品进行拉伸实验,实验表明,焊接样品的抗拉强度很高,能达到EUROFER97钢抗拉强度的50%。Widodo Widjaja Basuki Jarir Aktaa 2013国外核动力2013,34,2:0
