| 1 | Efficient Ring Signature Scheme Without Random Oracle from Lattices显示文摘Among post-quantum alternatives, latticebased cryptography is the most promising one, due to its simple operations, reduction from aver-age-case to worstcase hardness, and supporting of rich functionalities. Ring signature enables a user to sign anonymously on behalf of an adaptively chosen group, and has multiple applications in anonymous e-voting, anonymous authentication, whistle blowing etc. However, most lattice-based ring signature schemes were constructed in the random oracle model from lattice basis delegation and they suffer large verification key sizes as a common disadvantage. This work proposes an efficient ring signature scheme from lattice basis delegation without random oracle based on the extended split-SIS problem, whose security is approximately as hard as the worst-case SIVP problem. Our scheme is proved to be anonymous and existentially unforgeable under latticebased assumptions. Finally, the verification key size is significantly reduced to a small constant, instead of increasing linearly with the number of ring members. | GAO Wen HU Yupu WANG Baocang CHEN Jiangshan WANG Xin | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2019,28,2: | 4 |
| 2 | Insulin sensitivity,βcell function, and adverse pregnancy outcomes in women with gestational diabetes显示文摘Background: The potential impact of β cell function and insulin sensitivity on adverse pregnancy outcomes in women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) remains uncertain. We aimed to investigate the association between β cell dysfunction, insulin resistance, and the composite adverse pregnancy outcomes. Methods: This observational study included 482 women diagnosed with GDM during pregnancy. Quantitative metrics on β cell function and insulin sensitivity during pregnancy were calculated using traditional equations. The association of β cell dysfunction and insulin resistance with the risk of the composite adverse pregnancy outcomes was investigated using multivariable-adjusted logistic regression models. Results: Multivariable-adjusted odds ratios (ORs) of adverse pregnancy outcomes across quartiles of homeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) were 1.00, 0.95, 1.34, and 2.25, respectively (P for trend = 0.011). When HOMA-IR was considered as a continuous variable, the multivariable-adjusted OR of adverse pregnancy outcomes was 1.34 (95% confidence interval 1.16-1.56) for each 1-unit increase in HOMA-IR. Multivariable-adjusted ORs of adverse pregnancy outcomes across quartiles of homeostatic model assessment for β cell function (HOMA-β) were 1.00, 0.51, 0.60, and 0.53, respectively (P for trend = 0.068). When HOMA-β was considered as a continuous variable, the multivariable-adjusted OR of adverse pregnancy outcomes was 0.57 (95% CI 0.24-0.90) for each 1-unit increase in HOMA-β. However, other quantitative metrics were not associated with the composite adverse pregnancy outcomes. Conclusions: We demonstrated a significant association of β cell function and insulin sensitivity with the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes. We have provided additional evidence on the early identification of adverse pregnancy outcomes besides the glycemic values. | Yun Shen Yanwei Zheng Yingying Su Susu Jiang Xiaojing Ma Jiangshan Hu Changbin Li Yajuan Huang Yincheng Teng Yuqian Bao Minfang Tao Jian Zhou | 2022 | Chinese Medical Journal2022,135,21: | 2 |
| 3 | Impact of Soil Moisture Uncertainty on Summertime Short-range Ensemble Forecasts显示文摘To investigate the impact of soil moisture uncertainty on summertime short-range ensemble forecasts(SREFs), a fivemember SREF experiment with perturbed initial soil moisture(ISM) was performed over a northern China domain in summertime from July to August 2014. Five soil moisture analyses from three different operational/research centers were used as the ISM for the ensemble. The ISM perturbation produced notable ensemble spread in near-surface variables and atmospheric variables below 800 h Pa, and produced skillful ensemble-mean 24-h accumulated precipitation(APCP24) forecasts that outperformed any single ensemble member. Compared with a second SREF experiment with mixed microphysics parameterization options, the ISM-perturbed ensemble produced comparable ensemble spread in APCP24 forecasts, and had better Brier scores and resolution in probabilistic APCP24 forecasts for 10-mm, 25-mm and 50-mm thresholds. The ISM-perturbed ensemble produced obviously larger ensemble spread in near-surface variables. It was, however, still under-dispersed, indicating that perturbing ISM alone may not be adequate in representing all the uncertainty at the near-surface level, indicating further SREF studies are needed to better represent the uncertainties in land surface processes and their coupling with the atmosphere. | Jiangshan ZHU Fanyou KONG Xiao-Ming HU Yan GUO Lingkun RAN Hengchi LEI | 2018 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2018,35,7: | 0 |
| 4 | Immunomodulatory and Antiviral Therapy Improved Functional Cure Rate in CHB Patients with High HBsAg Level Experienced NA显示文摘Background and Aims:A functional cure,or hepatitis B virus(HBV)surface antigen(HBsAg)loss,is difficult to achieve in patients with hepatitis B virus e antigen(HBeAg)-positive chronic hepatitis B.The HBV vaccine and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF)have been reported to help reduce HBsAg levels and promote HBsAg loss.In this prospective randomized trial,we evaluated HBsAg loss in patients receiving pegylated interferon α2b(PEGIFN-α2b)and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF),with and without GM-CSF and HBV vaccination. Methods:A total of 287 patients with HBeAg positive chronic hepati-tis B and seroconversion after nucleot(s)ide analog treat-ment were assigned randomly to three treatment groups for 48 weeks,TDF alone(control),PEGIFN-α2b+TDF,and PEGIFN-α2b+TDF+GM-CSF+HBV vaccine. The prima-ry endpoints were the proportions of patients with HBsAg loss and seroconversion at 48 and 72 weeks.Resu/ts:The cumulative HBsAg loss rates in the control,PEGIFN-α2b+TDF,and PEGIFN-α2b+TDF+GM-CSF+HBV vaccine groups at week 48 were 0.0%,28.3%,and 41.1%,respec-tively.The cumulative HBsAg seroconversion rates in these groups at week 48 were 0.0%,21.7%,and 33.9%,respec-tively.Multivariate regression analysis showed that GM-CSF use plus HBV vaccination was significantly associated with HBsAg loss(p=0.017)and seroconversion(p=0.030).Con-clusions:In patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B and seroconversion after nucleot(s)ide analog treatment,immunomodulatory/antiviral treatment regimens effective-ly improved HBsAg loss, and the regimen including GM-CSF and HBV vaccination was most effective. | Hongyu Jia Guodong Yu Jiong Yu Xiaoli Zhang Lisha Yang Bin Wang Jiming Zhang Lang Bai Xinxin Zhang Kai Wang Ping Zhao Dongliang Yang Yingren Zhao Yanyan Yu Yimin Zhang Jueqing Gu Chanyuan Ye Huan Cai Yingfeng Lu Dairong Xiang Liang Yu Jiangshan Lian Jianhua Hu Shanyan Zhang Ciliang Jin Yida Yang | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,5: | 0 |
