| 3 | The study on the mechanical properties of PU/MF double shell self-healing microcapsules显示文摘The self-healing microcapsules can be buried in the coating to improve the anticorrosive ability.In this paper,self-healing microcapsules of polyurea(PU)/melamine resin(MF)double shell were prepared by in-situ polymerization and interfacial polymerization with isocyanate as the core material.Scanning electron microscope was used to observe the microcapsule morphology.The structures of microcapsules prepared with different chain extenders were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The micromanipulation system was used to loading–holding,loading–unloading and loading to rupture individual microcapsules,so as to explore the mechanical properties of microcapsules.The Young’s modulus corresponding to microcapsules was calculated by mathematical model fitting.The self-healing properties of microcapsule coating were characterized by optical microscope.The experimental results showed that the microcapsule shell prepared under optimized conditions had a complete morphology and good mechanical properties.The microcapsule was in the elastic deformation stage under small deformation,and the plastic deformation stage under large deformation.The Young’s modulus range of microcapsules was 9.29–14.51 MPa,and the corresponding Young’s modulus could be prepared by adjusting the process.The surface crack of the coating containing microcapsule could heal itself after48 h in a humid environment. | Guohao Du Jianfeng Hu Jianhui Zhou Guangwu Wang Shengli Guan Hailing Liu Man Geng Chuang Lv Yaoqiang Ming Jinqing Qu | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,5: | 4 |
| 4 | Efficient singlet oxygen generation by excitonic energy transfer on ultrathin g-C_(3)N_(4) for selective photocatalytic oxidation of methyl-phenyl-sulfide with O_(2)显示文摘Efficient generation of singlet oxygen(1 O_(2)) by an excitonic ene rgy transfer process is highly desired on a semiconductor photocatalyst for selective oxidation of methyl phenyl sulfide(MPS).Herein,it is demonstrated that a large amount of 1 O_(2) is produced on pristine graphitic carbon nitride(CN) nanosheet compared with bismuth oxybromide(BiOBr) and comme rcial P25 titanium dioxide(TiO_(2)).This leads to a certain photoactivity of CN for MPS oxidation.The observed ~77% selectivity for CN depends on the competitive results of excitonic energy transfer for 1 O_(2) formation and charge carrier separation for superoxide radical(O_(2)·) production,which are based on the phosphorescence spectra and electron paramagnetic resonance signals,respectively.Moreover,ultrathin CN nanosheets are synthesized by thermal treatment with the cyanuric acid-melamine hydrogen bonded aggregates as precursors.It is confirmed that the amount of produced 1 O_(2) could be increased by decreasing the thickness of resultant CN nanosheets.The optimized ultrathin CN nanosheet(~4 nm) exhibits excellent photoactivity with high selectivity(~99%).It is suggested that the excitonic energy transfer for 1 O_(2) formation is close related to the intrinsic exciton binding energy and the two-dimensional quantum confinement effect.This work establishes a basic mechanistic understanding on the excitonic processes in CN,and develops a feasible route to design CN-based photocatalysts for efficient 1 O_(2) generation. | Fan Yang Xiaoyu Chu Jianhui Sun Yuhang Zhang Zhijun Li Haiyue Liu Linlu Bai Yang Qu Liqiang Jing | 2020 | Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,10: | 3 |
| 5 | The antigenicity of SARS-CoV-2 Delta variants aggregated 10 high-frequency mutations in RBD has not changed sufficiently to replace the current vaccine strain显示文摘Emerging SARS-CoV-2 variants are the most serious problem for COVID-19 prophylaxis and treatment.To determine whether the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine strain should be updated following variant emergence like seasonal flu vaccine,the changed degree on antigenicity of SARS-CoV-2 variants and H3N2 flu vaccine strains was compared.The neutralization activities of Alpha,Beta and Gamma variants’spike protein-immunized sera were analysed against the eight current epidemic variants and 20 possible variants combining the top 10 prevalent RBD mutations based on the Delta variant,which were constructed using pseudotyped viruses.Meanwhile,the neutralization activities of convalescent sera and current inactivated and recombinant protein vaccine-elicited sera were also examined against all possible Delta variants.Eight HA protein-expressing DNAs elicited-animal sera were also tested against eight pseudotyped viruses of H3N2 flu vaccine strains from 2011–2019.Our results indicate that the antigenicity changes of possible Delta variants were mostly within four folds,whereas the antigenicity changes among different H3N2 vaccine strains were approximately 10–100-fold.Structural analysis of the antigenic characterization of the SARS-CoV-2 and H3N2 mutations supports the neutralization results.This study indicates that the antigenicity changes of the current SARS-CoV-2 may not be sufficient to require replacement of the current vaccine strain. | Jiajing Wu Jianhui Nie Li Zhang Hao Song Yimeng An Ziteng Liang Jing Yang Ruxia Ding Shuo Liu Qianqian Li Tao Li Zhimin Cui Mengyi Zhang Peng He Youchun Wang Xiaowang Qu Zhongyu Hu Qihui Wang Weijin Huang | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,2: | 1 |
