1Amplification of the miR-181c/d cluster is inversely correlated with PDCD4 expression in gastric cancer显示文摘miR-181c/d is dysregulated in gastric cancer(GC).We investigated the amplification and expression of miR-181c/d and its predicted target genes in GC.Amplification of miR-181c/d was quantified by genomic real-time PCR in GC and adjacent normal tissues,as well as the levels of mature miR-181c/d was performed by real-time PCR in the same tissues.The potential target genes of miR-181c/d were predicted using bioinformatics software.Expression of one potential target gene,PDCD4,was measured by semiquantitative RT-PCR,real-time PCR,and immunohistochemistry.Next,the relationship between miR181c/d expression and PDCD4 expression was analyzed.Results indicated that the amplification and expression of miR-181c/d were significantly higher in GC than in adjacent normal tissues(primary miR-181c/d,P\0.001;miR-181c,P=0.0344;miR-181d,P=0.0153),and there was a strong correlation between mature miR-181c/d and primary miR-181c/d.Thirty-two target genes were predicted,including PDCD4 which is a known tumor suppressor gene.Expression of PDCD4 was significantly down-regulated in GC as compared to adjacent normal tissues and was inversely correlated with miR-181c/d expression in GC(miR-181c and PDCD4:R=-0.496,P=0.008;miR-181d and PDCD4:R=-0.454,P=0.003).Therefore,miR-181c/d may play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of GC by downregulating PDCD4 expression.Yuanming Pan Rui Xing Juan An Jiantao Cui Wenmei Li Mingzhou Guo Youyong Lu 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,19:6
2Ca^(2+) and OH^- release of ceramsites containing anorthite and gehlenite prepared from waste lime mud显示文摘Lime mud is a kind of solid waste in the papermaking industry,which has been a source of serious environmental pollution.Ceramsites containing anorthite and gehlenite were prepared from lime mud and fly ash through the solid state reaction method at 1050°C.The objective of this study was to explore the efficiency of Ca^(2+) and OH-release and assess the phosphorus and copper ion removal performance of the ceramsites via batch experiments,X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that Ca^(2+) and OH-were released from the ceramsites due to the dissolution of anorthite,gehlenite and available lime.It is also concluded that gehlenite had stronger capacity for Ca^(2+) and OH-release compared with anorthite.The Ca^(2+) release could be fit well by the Avrami kinetic model.Increases of porosity,dosage and temperature were associated with increases in the concentrations of Ca^(2+) and OH-released.Under different conditions,the ceramsites could maintain aqueous solutions in alkaline conditions(p H = 9.3–10.9) and the release of Ca^(2+) was not affected.The removal rates of phosphorus and copper ions were as high as 96.88% and 96.81%,respectively.The final p H values of both phosphorus and copper ions solutions changed slightly.The reuse of lime mud in the form of ceramsites is an effective strategy.Juan Qin Chuanmeng Yang Chong Cui Jiantao Huang Ahmad Hussain Hailong Ma 2016Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,9:5
3Hybrid assessment of pre-blasting weakening to horizontal section top coal caving (HSTCC) in steep and thick seams显示文摘Horizontal section top-coal(HSTCC)caving offers a powerful method to efficiently excavate rude coal in steep and thick seams,and pre-blasting weakening has a profound effect on pursuing great production,high efficiency and good benefit under particular conditions like a small-scale working face with large-scale sectional caving height.+564-level HSTCC working face in B3–6coal seams of Jiangou Colliery in Urumqi was taken as study case for in situ industrial experiment.Total thickness of seams in the study case is about 50.0 m and average angel here is over 83°.In the industrial experiments,at first we adopted continuous charge machine and emulsion matrix explosive to substitute for traditional blasting schemes for specific geological settings in the study case.Hybrid analyses and assessments with blasting crack propagation analysis,abutment pressure monitoring prediction and economical benefit assessment were attributed to be able to attest pre-blasting weakening effects practically.Meanwhile crack propagation analysis after pre-blasting weakening showed that in all triple monitoring bore holes rock masses of top-coal would be fallen into three stages from the bottom up:fracture zone,plastic zone and elastic zone generally,and fracture toughness respectively in correspondent zones was calculated by the analytical formula:0.5616–0.8806,0.6403–0.9541 and0.7535–1.1900 MPa m1/2after pre-blasting weakening.Pressure monitoring prediction and economical benefit assessment also indicated that it was necessary to introduce the pre-blasting weakening with predominant blasting scheme from both views.For excavation in extremely steep and thick coal seams,relevant results would be a useful tool to study the mechanism of pre-blasting weakening both qualitatively and quantitatively.Lai Xingping Shan Pengfei Cao Jiantao Sun Huan Suo Zhengyong Cui Feng 2014International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2014,24,1:3

6Intrusion detection based on rough set and artificial immune显示文摘In order to increase intrusion detection rate and decrease false positive detection rate,a novel intrusion detection algorithm based on rough set and artificial immune( RSAI-IDA) is proposed.Using artificial immune in intrusion detection,anomaly actions are detected adaptively,and with rough set,effective antibodies can be obtained. A scheme,in which antibodies are partly generated randomly and others are from the artificial immune algorithm,is applied to ensure the antibodies diversity. Finally,simulations of RSAI-IDA and comparisons with other algorithms are given.
