1Decratonic gold deposits显示文摘The North China Craton(NCC) hosts numerous gold deposits and is known as the most gold-productive region of China. The gold deposits were mostly formed within a few million years in the Early Cretaceous(130–120 Ma), coeval with widespread occurrences of bimodal magmatism, rift basins and metamorphic core complexes that marked the peak of lithospheric thinning and destruction of the NCC. Stable isotope data and geological evidence indicate that ore-forming fluids and other components were largely exsolved from cooling magma and/or derived from mantle degassing during the period of lithospheric extension. Gold mineralization in the NCC contrasts strikingly with that of other cratons where gold ore-forming fluids were sourced mostly from metamorphic devolatization in compressional or transpressional regimes. In this paper, we present a summary and discussion on time-space distribution and ore genesis of gold deposits in the NCC in the context of the timing, spatial variation, and decratonic processes. Compared with orogenic gold deposits in other cratonic blocks, the Early Cretaceous gold deposits in the NCC are quite distinct in that they were deposited from magma-derived fluids under extensional settings and associated closely with destruction of cratonic lithosphere. We argue that Early Cretaceous gold deposits in the NCC cannot be classified as orogenic gold deposits as previously suggested, rather, they are a new type of gold deposits, termed as 'decratonic gold deposits' in this study. The westward subduction of the paleo-West Pacific plate(the Izanagi plate) beneath the eastern China continent gave rise to an optimal tectonic setting for large-scale gold mineralization in the Early Cretaceous. Dehydration of the subducted and stagnant slab in the mantle transition zone led to continuous hydration and considerable metasomatism of the mantle wedge beneath the NCC. As a consequence, the refractory mantle became oxidized and highly enriched in large ion lithophile elements and chalcophile elements(e.g., Cu, Au, Ag and Te). Partial melting of such a mantle would have produced voluminous hydrous, Au- and S-bearing basaltic magma, which, together with crust-derived melts induced by underplating of basaltic magma, served as an important source for ore-forming fluids. It is suggested that the Eocene Carlin-type gold deposits in Nevada, occurring geologically in the deformed western margin of the North America Craton, are comparable with the Early Cretaceous gold deposits of the NCC because they share similar tectonic settings and auriferous fluids. The NCC gold deposits are characterized by gold-bearing quartz veins in the Archean amphibolite facies rocks, whereas the Nevada gold deposits are featured by fine-grained sulfide dissemination in Paleozoic marine sedimentary rocks. Their main differences in gold mineralization are the different host rocks, ore-controlling structures, and ore-forming depth. The similar tectonic setting and ore-forming fluid source, however, indicate that the Carlin-type gold deposits in Nevada are actually analogous to decratonic gold deposits in the NCC. Gold deposits in both the NCC and Nevada were formed in a relatively short time interval(<10 Myr) and become progressively younger toward the subduction zone. Younging of gold mineralization toward subduction zone might have been attributed to retreat of subduction zone and rollback of subducted slab. 3Daytime HONO formation in the suburban area of the megacity Beijing, China显示文摘Nitrous acid(HONO),as a primary precursor of OH radicals,has been considered one of the most important nitrogencontaining species in the atmosphere.Up to 30%of primary OH radical production is attributed to the photolysis of HONO.However,the major HONO formation mechanisms are still under discussion.During the Campaigns of Air Quality Research in Beijing and Surrounding Region(CAREBeijing2006)campaign,comprehensive measurements were carried out in the megacity Beijing,where the chemical budget of HONO was fully constrained.The average diurnal HONO concentration varied from 0.33 to 1.2 ppbv.The net OH production rate from HONO,POH(HONO)net,was on average(from 05:00 to 19:00)7.1×106 molecule/(cm3 s),2.7 times higher than from O3 photolysis.This production rate demonstrates the important role of HONO in the atmospheric chemistry of megacity Beijing.An unknown HONO source(Punknown)with an average of 7.3×106molecule/(cm3 s)was derived from the budget analysis during daytime.Punknown provided four times more HONO than the reaction of NO with OH did.The diurnal variation of Punknown showed an apparent photo-enhanced feature with a maximum around 12:00,which was consistent with previous studies at forest and rural sites.Laboratory studies proposed new mechanisms to recruit NO2 and J(NO2)in order to explain a photo-enhancement of of Punknown.In this study,these mechanisms were validated against the observation-constraint Punknown.The reaction of exited NO2 accounted for only 6%of Punknown,and Punknown poorly correlated with[NO2](R=0.26)and J(NO2)[NO2](R=0.35).These results challenged the role of NO2 as a major precursor of the missing HONO source.YANG Qiang SU Hang LI Xin CHENG YaFang LU KeDing CHENG Peng GU JianWei GUO Song HU Min ZENG LiMin ZHU Tong ZHANG YuanHang 2014Science China Chemistry2014,57,7:8
4Removal of humic acid from aqueous solution by cetylpyridinium bromide modified zeolite显示文摘Natural zeolite was modified by loading cetylpyridinium bromide(CPB) to create more efficient sites for humic acid(HA) adsorption.The natural and CPB modified zeolites were characterized with X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis.The effects of various experimental parameters such as contact time, initial HA concentration, solution pH and coexistent Ca2+, upon HA adsorption onto CPB modified zeolites were evaluated.The results showed that natural zeolite had negligible affinity for HA in aqueous solutions, but CPB modified zeolites exhibited high adsorption efficiency for HA.A higher CPB loading on natural zeolites exhibited a larger HA adsorption capacity.Acidic pH and coexistent Ca2+ were proved to be favorable for HA adsorption onto CPB modified zeolite.The kinetic process was well described by pseudo second-order model.The experimental isotherm data fitted well to Langmuir and Sips models.The maximum monolayer adsorption capacity of CPB modified zeolite with surfactant bilayer coverage was found to be 92.0 mg/g.Yanhui Zhan Zhiliang Zhu Jianwei Lin Yanling Qiu Jianfu Zhao 2010Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,9:6
5A single institution experience using the LigaSure vessel sealing system in video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery for primary spontaneous pneumothorax显示文摘This study sought to report our 6-year experience with the LigaSure vessel sealing system(LVSS) in videoassisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS) for primary spontaneous pneumothorax.A series of 180 consecutive patients with primary spontaneous pneumothorax were operated on in our institution from May 2005 to December 2010.Intraoperatively,large lesions(bullae or blebs) with a diameter more than 2 cm were resected by staplers,and the residual lesions were treated by LVSS.LVSS was also used to ablate the apical area when no lesions were found.Conventional apical pleural abrasion was done in all cases.All patients were successfully treated using VATS with minimal perioperative bleeding.The mean operating time was 76 minutes(range,43-160 minutes) for single-side procedures and 169 minutes(range,135-195 minutes) for bilateral procedures,the mean number of applied staples was 1.93 per patient(range,0-8 days),the duration of drainage was 3.8 days(range,2-15 days),and the duration of hospital stay was 5.8 days(range,3-16 days).Postoperative complications included persistent air leak(> 5 days) in 11 cases(6.1%) and residual pneumothorax in 6(3.3%).None required reoperation.The mean duration of follow-up was 57 months(range,24-105 months).Recurrence was seen in three cases(1.7%),and all underwent another operation thereafter.None of the lesions in the relapse cases received ablation with LVSS in the first operation.LVSS can optimize VATS for primary spontaneous pneumothorax and reduces the use of single-use staples.The method is safe,easy to use,and cost-effective and produces satisfactory results.Zhi Li Liang Chen Jun Wang Jianwei Qin Quan Zhu Bin Zhang Yijiang Chen 2014The Journal of Biomedical Research2014,28,6:6

7An advanced SEU tolerant latch based on error detection显示文摘This paper proposes a latch that can mitigate SEUs via an error detection circuit.The error detection circuit is hardened by a C-element and a stacked PMOS.In the hold state,a particle strikes the latch or the error detection circuit may cause a fault logic state of the circuit.The error detection circuit can detect the upset node in the latch and the fault output will be corrected.The upset node in the error detection circuit can be corrected by the C-element.The power dissipation and propagation delay of the proposed latch are analyzed by HSPICE simulations.The proposed latch consumes about 77.5%less energy and 33.1%less propagation delay than the triple modular redundancy(TMR)latch.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed latch can mitigate SEU effectively.Hui Xu Jianwei Zhu Xiaoping Lu Jingzhao Li 2018Journal of Semiconductors2018,39,5:5
8Syndecan-2, negatively regulated by miR-20b-5p, contributes to 5-fluorouracil resistance of colorectal cancer cells via the JNK/ERK signaling pathway显示文摘5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) resistance has been long considered as an obstacle to the efficacy of chemotherapy in colorectal cancer (CRC). In this study, we demonstrated the role of miR-20b-5p-regulated syndecan-2 (SDC2) in 5-FU resistance of CRC cells. 5-FU-resistant SW480 CRC cells were established by treatment of SW480 cells with stepwise increase of 5-FU concentration. The results showed that SDC2 was expressed significantly higher in SW480/5-FU cells than in SW480/WT cells as revealed by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and western blot analysis. MTT assay and BrdU assay showed that SDC2 overexpression led to increased cell survival rate, while SDC2 knockdown reversed the drug resistance of SW480/5-FU cells. Wound healing and transwell invasion assays revealed that knockdown of SDC2 inhibited the migratory and invasive ability of SW480/5-FU cells. Moreover, animal experiments indicated that si-SDC2 plays a suppressive role in tumor growth in vivo. We also confirmed that miR-20b-5p interacted with SDC2, which reversed the effect of SDC2 in SW480/5-FU cells via the c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK)/extracellular regulated protein kinases (ERK) signaling pathway. 9Formation and migration of space charge packet in low density polyethylene显示文摘Pressure wave propagation (PWP) method was utilized to observe the space charges packet-like behavior in sheet samples of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) under the relative low electric field. The experimental results show that space charge packets are always generated at the anode and move across the sample to the cathode regard- less of the polarity of DC voltage. 10Carbon deposition and catalytic deactivation during CO_2 reforming of CH_4 over Co/MgO catalyst显示文摘The deactivation mechanism of Co/MgO catalyst for the reforming of methane with carbon dioxide was investigated. The conversion of CH4 displayed a significant decrease in the initial stage caused by carbon deposition.There were two types of cokes, carbon nanotubes(CNTs) and carbon nano-onions(CNOs). The number of the CNO layers that coated on the surface of Co nanoparticles(NPs) increased rapidly in the initial reforming time,which was responsible for the deactivation of the Co/MgO catalyst. The deposition of CNOs was attributed to the oxidation of Co NPs. 12Ecological niche and in-situ control of MIB producers in source water显示文摘Odor problems in source water caused by 2-methylisoborneol(MIB) have been a common issue in China recently, posing a high risk to drinking water safety. The earthy-musty odorant MIB has an extremely low odor threshold(4–16 ng/L) and is hard to remove via conventional processes in drinking water plants(DWP), and therefore could easily provoke complaints from consumers. This compound is produced by a group of filamentous cyanobacteria, mainly belonging to Oscillatoriales. Different from the well-studied surface-blooming Microcystis, filamentous cyanobacteria have specific niche characteristics that allow them to stay at a subsurface or deep layer in the water column. The underwater bloom of these MIB producers is therefore passively determined by the underwater light availability, which is governed by the cell density of surface scum. This suggests that drinking water reservoirs with relatively low nutrient contents are not able to support surface blooms, but are a fairly good fit to the specialized ecological niche of filamentous cyanobacteria;this could explain the widespread odor problems in source water. At present, MIB is mainly treated in DWP using advanced treatment processes and/or activated carbon, but these post-treatment methods have high cost, and not able to deal with water containing high MIB concentrations.Thus, in situ control of MIB producers in source water is an effective complement and is desirable. 13High-performance all-polymer solar cells enabled by a novel low bandgap non-fully conjugated polymer acceptor显示文摘The non-fully conjugated polymer as a new class of acceptor materials has shown some advantages over its small molecular counterpart when used in photoactive layers for all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs),despite a low power conversion efficiency(PCE)caused by its narrow absorption spectra.Herein,a novel non-fully conjugated polymer acceptor PFY-2TS with a low bandgap of~1.40 eV was developed,via polymerizing a largeπ-fused small molecule acceptor(SMA)building block(namely YBO)with a non-conjugated thioalkyl linkage.Compared with its precursor YBO,PFY-2TS retains a similar low bandgap but a higher LUMO level.Moreover,compared with the structural analog of YBO-based fully conjugated polymer acceptor PFY-DTC,PFY-2TS shows a similar absorption spectrum and electron mobility,but significantly different molecular crystallinity and aggregation properties,which results in optimal blend morphology with a polymer donor PBDB-T and physical processes of the device in all-PSCs.As a result,PFY-2TS-based all-PSCs achieved a PCE of 12.31%with a small energy loss of 0.56 eV enabled by the reduced non-radiative energy loss(0.24 eV),which is better than that of 11.08%for the PFY-DTC-based ones.Our work clearly demonstrated that non-fully conjugated polymers as a new class of acceptor materials are very promising for the development of high-performance all-PSCs.Qunping Fan Ruijie Ma Tao Liu Jianwei Yu Yiqun Xiao Wenyan Su Guilong Cai Yuxiang Li Wenhong Peng Tao Guo Zhenghui Luo Huiliang Sun Lintao Hou Weiguo Zhu Xinhui Lu Feng Gao Ellen Moons Donghong Yu He Yan Ergang Wang 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,8:3
14Origin and Source of Deep Natural Gas in Nanpu sag, Bohai Bay Basin, China显示文摘Natural gas exploration in Nanpu sag, Bohai Bay Basin, has achieved breakthroughs in recent years, and a number of natural gas and condensate wells with high yield have been found in several structures in the beach area. Daily gas production of single wells is up to 170,000 m3, and high-yield wells are mainly distributed in?the Nanpu No. 1 structural belt.?Studies have shown that these natural gases are mainly hydrocarbon gases, with methane content about 80% to 90% and ethane 6%-9%, so they are mainly wet gas; and non-hydrocarbons are at a low level.?Carbon isotopes of methane range from -42‰ to -36‰, and ethane from -28‰ to -26‰. Calculated maturity based on the relationship between δ13C and Ro of natural gas, the gases are equivalent to those generated from organic matter when Ro is 1.0%-1.7% (mainly 1.25%-1.32%). The natural gas is oil-type gas generated from the source rocks at mature to high mature stage, associated with condensate, so carbon isotopes of the gases are heavier. Natural gas in the Nanpu No.1 structural belt is mainly associated gas with condensate. The analysis of the origin and source of natural gas and condensate, combined with the monomer hydrocarbon carbon isotopes and biomarker, indicated that the main source rocks in the Nanpu No.1 structural belt were Es3 (the lower member of the Shahejie Formation), followed by Es1 (the upper member of the Shahejie Formation).?The high-mature hydrocarbons from source rocks in the deep sag mainly migrated through deep inherited faults into shallow traps and accumulated to form oil and gas pools. 15Research for radiation-hardened high-voltage SOI LDMOS显示文摘Based on the silicon-on-insulator(SOI) technology and radiation-hardened silicon gate(RSG) process, a radiation-hardened high-voltage lateral double-diffused MOSFET(LDMOS) device is presented in this paper. With the gate supply voltage of 30 V, the LDMOS device has a gate oxide thickness of 120 nm, and the RSG process is effective in reducing the total ionizing dose(TID) radiation-induced threshold voltage shift. The p-type ion implantation process and gate-enclosed layout topology are used to prevent radiation-induced leakage current through a parasitic path under the bird's beak and at the deep trench corner,and the device is compatible with high-voltage SOI CMOS process. In the proposed LDMOS, the total ionizing dose radiation degradation for the ON bias is more sensitive than the OFF bias. 16Techno-economic analysis of MJ class high temperature Superconducting Magnetic Energy Storage(SMES) systems applied to renewable power grids显示文摘High temperature Superconducting Magnetic Energy Storage(SMES) systems can exchange energy with substantial renewable power grids in a small period of time with very high efficiency. Because of this distinctive feature, they store the abundant wind power when the power network is congested and release the energy back to the system when there is no congestion. However, considering the cost and lifespan of SMES systems, there is an urgent demand to conduct a cost-benefit analysis to justify its role in smart grid development. This study explores the application and performs economic analysis of a 5 MJ SMES in a practical renewable power system in China based on the PSCAD/EMTDC software. An optimal location of SMES in Zhangbei wind farm is presented using real power transmission parameters. The stabilities of the renewable power grid with and without SMES are discussed. In addition, a financial feasibility study is conducted by comparing the cost and the savings from wind power curtailment of deploying SMES and battery. The economic analysis tries to find the balance between SMES investment cost and wind farm operation cost by using real data over a calendar year. The technical analysis can help guide the optimal allocation of SMES for compensating power system instability with substantial wind power. 17Formation Mechanism of Ground Fissures Originated from the Hanging Wall of Normal Fault:A Case in Fen-Wei Basin,China显示文摘This paper takes Fen-Wei Basin(FWB)as a case to study the ground fissures controlled by normal fault.Based on the field investigation,geophysical exploration,drilling,GNSS data and numerical calculation,the characteristics and mechanism of ground fissures originated from the hanging wall of normal faults are revealed.The results show that the distribution of ground fissures in the hanging wall and heading wall of the active faults is not uniform.Ground fissures are mostly distributed in the hanging wall of active faults and show a linear distribution on the surface,their strike is consistent with the fault,mainly characterized by vertical offset and horizontal tension.Ground fissures destroy the farmland and building foundation through which they pass and cause the rupture or displacement.In profile section,the ground fissure shows the characteristics of normal faults and dislocates the strata,and is connected with the underlying faults.Numerical analysis shows that the vertical displacement of normal fault activity in hanging wall is much larger than that in heading wall,which is the reason that tectonic ground fissures mainly originate from hanging wall.The range of dangerous area of ground fissures is controlled by the depth of fault,the strength of the ground fissures disaster is mainly controlled by the activity of fault.The formation of the ground fissures originated from the hanging wall of the fault experienced three stages:the main fault activity stage,the secondary fault activity stage and the fissure formation stage.Zhijie Jia Jianbing Peng Quanzhong Lu Jianwei Qiao Feiyong Wang Mingdong Zang Yang Liu Junyan Zhao Fengji Zhu 2022Journal of Earth Science2022,33,2:2

19Significant difference between sirolimus and paclitaxel nanoparticles in antiproliferation effect in normoxia and hypoxia: The basis of better selection of atherosclerosis treatment显示文摘Compared with paclitaxel,sirolimus has been more used in the treatment of vascular restenosis gradually as an anti-proliferative drug,but few basic studies have elucidated its mechanism.The anti-proliferative effects of sirolimus or paclitaxel have been demonstrated by numerous studies under normoxia,but few studies have been achieved focusing hypoxia.In this study,porcine carotid artery injury model and classical cobalt chloride hypoxia cell model were established.Sirolimus nanoparticles(SRM-NPs),paclitaxel nanoparticles(PTX-NPs)and blank nanoparticles(Blank-NPs)were prepared respectively.The effect of RPM-NPs on the degree of stenosis,proliferative index and the expression of PCNA after 28 days of porcine carotid artery injury model was evaluated.Compared with saline group and SRM groups,SRM-NPs group suppressed vascular stenosis,proliferative index and the expression of PCNA(P<0.01 and P<0.05).Endothelial cell(EC)and smooth muscle cell(SMC)were pre-treated with cobaltous chloride,followed by SRM-NPs,PTX-NPs,Blank-NPs or PBS control treating,the effects on cell proliferation,HIF-1 expression and glycolysis were detected.SRM-NPs could inhibit EC and SMC proliferation under hypoxia,while PTX-NPs couldn't(P<0.001).Significant differences between sirolimus and paclitaxel NPs in anti-proliferation effect under normoxia and hypoxia may due to the different inhibitory effects on HIF-1αexpression and glycolysis.In conclusion,these results suggest that sirolimus can inhibit the proliferation of hypoxic cells more effectively than paclitaxel.These observations may provide a basis for understanding clinical vascular stenosis therapeutic differences between rapamycin and paclitaxel.Youlu Chen Yong Zeng Xiaowei Zhu Lifu Miao Xiaoyu Liang Jianwei Duan Huiyang Li Xinxin Tian Liyun Pang Yongxiang Wei Jing Yang 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,3:2
20Automatic sweet pepper detection based on point cloud images using subtractive clustering显示文摘Automatic identification and detection of fruit on trees by machine vision is the basis of developing automatic harvesting robots in agriculture.The occlusion of branches,leaves and other fruits in canopy images will affect the accuracy of fruit detection.To provide a scientific and reliable technical guidance for fruit harvesting robots,a method using point cloud images was proposed in this study to detect red fruits to overcome the impact of occlusion on detection.Firstly,the fruit regions were segmented from a tree’s point cloud by applying the color threshold of red and green.Then,the noise in fruit point clouds was removed with sparse outlier removal.Finally,the point cloud of each fruit was detected and counted based on the subtractive clustering algorithm.For the sweet pepper dataset,the true positive rate(TPR)is 90.69%and the false positive rate(FPR)is 6.97%for all fruits that are at least partially visible in the scene.Xiaokang Zhao Hao Li Qibing Zhu Min Huang Ya Guo Jianwei Qin 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,3:2
